My stay at the Burj Khalifa was exceptional in every way. From the moment I arrived until my departure, they always made me feel like I was living in a world of luxury and comfort. The panoramic views offered by the tower are unmatched, providing a breathtaking view of the entire city of Dubai from the highest point in the world. Every detail of my stay was perfect. She was extremely professional and played a significant role in making my stay at Burj Khalifa truly extraordinary. This has been the case every time I have stayed at this amazing hotel. 1 - The unique outstanding professional customer service, starting from reservation staff Mr. Torres. 2- The location offers an absolutely amazing view to Dubai dancing fountain. 3- All staff with no exceptions are well trained and professional. 4- The rooms are equipped with the latest technology, not to mention Armani unique fashionable decoration.

The main bathroom did not have bidet sprayer. Which is very important for Arabs and Muslims in my personal opinion.

The staff were very wonderful, especially Joseph was very nice to me and helped me a lot, and Amelia, the receptionist was wonderful, and the assistant sager, I loved the hotel so much, and I will advise my family to try it. The owners of the park were also servants, the people at the door were very smiling, and the restaurant staff from a manager and the staff were all very nice.

There is no spray for w/c.

The receptionist DINA is really amazing she’s is really the right person in the right place . She didn’t wait for any request she did everything the guest needs or should have by herself. Thank you Dina you are amazing I really believe that amazing staff is very important because they add more value to the 5 stars hotels.

A few days ago, I was in Dubai and stayed at the Armani Hotel, which is located in the Burj Khalifa. We had a Premier Room spanning 75 square meters. The layout was well thought out and comfortable—two restrooms, a bathtub, a separate shower, and everything functioned perfectly. Housekeeping did an excellent job, even preparing the bed for the night. There was plenty of storage space, including two walk-in closets, and two TVs. The room featured stunning panoramic windows and had a semi-circular layout, with separate living and sleeping areas. The mattress was fantastic—no gaps or uneven spots—so we had a great night’s sleep. In the evening, we had guests over, and the space was cozy and comfortable for entertaining. Breakfast was a highlight—everything was delicious and elegantly presented, and the service was impeccable. I’d also like to mention the receptionists, Salamat and Alima, who made our stay especially warm and welcoming. The SPA was quite nice as well, though it’s a shame it closes early at 10 PM—it would be perfect if it stayed open until midnight. After a hot day, taking a late-night dip in the pool would have been ideal.

We were greeted by the night shift manager Mr. Harris who instantly made a personal connection with us. This immediately tells you that he is a sharp, and very courteous professional who is a master of his trade. Our room was immaculate. Facilities were absolutely great. Location is awesome. The buggy service to the mall is a bonus.

Unfortunately the Dubai Fountains were closed for repairs. No fault of the hotel. There is a bit of walk to the mall if you don't take the free buggy ride provided by the hotel.

The rooms were beautifully designed, well-equipped, with a perfect balance of comfort and luxury! Every detail reflected the Armani touch; modern and refined. One of the highlights was the private access to Dubai Mall, which made shopping and dining incredibly convenient and exclusive. Atmosphere lounge was amazing: the view, ambiance, food and the whole experience was unforgettable. A special thank you to Amine at the reception - always professional, warm, attentive and made our stay memorable. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a sophisticated and seamless Dubai experience.

During a layover before our flight to Zanzibar, we chose Armani Hotel for its perfect blend of location, elegance, and service—and had just one day to enjoy it. We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel went above and beyond, allowing us an early check-in. But the most delightful touch came when staff noticed my upcoming birthday during check-in! They transformed our stay into a celebration with: - A stunning gift from Armani Fiori, - A gorgeous in-room cake, - And exquisite Armani-logo chocolates. Beyond the birthday magic, the hotel excels in every detail: prime location, breathtaking views, exceptional dining, and genuinely attentive service. Breakfast restaurant is 10/10. Special mention to Ms Ani Ms Fatima for professionalism. The view from our room at level 39 was very nice. We were introduced to fine dining restaurant at level 124 by Assistant Manager front desk Mr Tassoufra. We love the restaurant and the view from level 124. Our room 3906 was as we expected with luxury amenities and all that comes along in Armani branded hotel. What we didn't like was the daily traffic jam in the evening 7 pm to 9 pm. Nightmare. Armani Hotel must look into this for special lane only for hotel guests who drive or taking Uber.
