Fantastic, excellent service, food, and wonderful staff, only issue we had is the cost of the wines unfortunately this had an negative impact on our holiday, come on I know it’s Dubai but this should be addressed.

An amazing hotel which really focuses on the experiences. From the multi-cuisine breakfast, to the breathtaking rooms & views of the palm, there is nothing I can fault. You pay for what you get at the end of the day, and though this hotel is extremely expensive, the experience is second to none. I highly recommend trying out some of the in-house restaurants including Jaleo & the Royal Tea Room. Use the free sprinter to get to the Atlantis, The Palm and check out Nobu as well!

A big downside for me is that there is an additional cost to use the rooftop pool - Cloud 22. I understand that the hotel want to keep this exclusive, but not offering any deals or discounts to hotel paying guests isn't right given that we are already spending a lot of money to stay at the property.

Hotel is fantastic. The bedrooms are the best I have ever stayed in and the onsite facilities such as the Gym, Restaurants and pool were top class. Management in all areas are very attentive if you have an issue and try to resolve as quickly as possible.

Felt like a second class citizen. The adults only pool allows external guest so those paying a premium to stay in the hotel very often do not get a lounger at the pool. The rooftop pool is an extra change when you are already paying 880 a night. Again, let external guests in. The smoking and vaping at the pools and all out doors areas at the restaurants is incredible, they have no non smoking areas. The guests were even doing this in the pool.

I thought having to pay to spend time on Cloud 22 pool was a bit unfair . In my opinion it is not as good as Marina Bay Sands in Singapore at that pool is free to use . This hotel is not cheap and guest should be able to book and use for free. Also at adult pool Nobu , we are non smokers and we did not appreciate being close to people who smoke. Smokers should have their own area.

The fact that it’s additional to use Cloud 22 pool beds, just seems like everything is chargeable for commerce reasons given that hotel guest have limited option when it comes to sun deck beds. I can understand the cabanas being chargeable. Also I didn’t like the fact that the life guards Cloud 22 were standing at the pool for hours at a stretch without any breaks or chairs for them to sit on. This is not acceptable by any means and should be rectified as a matter of health and safety. no human being should be left standing in one spot for hours on end not to talk about having a rotation in personnel.

Big but not too big. Great pools. Very good food in Milos and Ling Ling. Great view from Palmscape room and Cloud22. Aquapark - perfect.

I had to change dates of our stay (only one day). Hotel didn't agree for change. Reason - no room available. I was ready to stay only 3 days instead 4 days - hotel didn't agree also for this change. I had to make a new reservation for room which was more expensive. During check in I was offered the same room which was 'not available'. Receptionist even tried to convinced me that rooms have same prices - which is not true! (king and queen bed palmscape rooms). I asked for later check out, only 1 hour (1 pm) - no. I asked if it is possible to make a reservation for Cloud 22 - no. Not true. Floating beds and cabanas can be reserved. Luckily staff in Cloud22 was very helpful and ready to make our stay the best they could.

We had a wonderful honeymoon experience at Royal Atlantis Dubai. The facilities were exceptional and the staff went the extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable. The ambiance, services, and amenities made our stay truly special. The breakfast was amazing. We had a fantastic time and would recommend Royal Atlantis to couples looking for a Dubai escape.

The only issue was that the number of pools available was limited, which at times made it a bit crowded. Additionally, it would be great if the hotel could introduce more budget-friendly dining options.

Definitely one of the most impressive hotels we've ever seen, anywhere ever :D It's obviously still very new but the rooms were spotlessly clean, the executive lounge serves the most delicious drinks (entirely for free!) and the tastiest food. Breakfast is on another level entirely, neither my Wife or I have ever seen anything close to the amount of variety on offer at this place. There are 17 live cooking stations, chocolate fountains, outrageously expensive cheeses/meats, caviar, an entire station dedicated just to eggs benedict, a proper v60/chemex style coffee cafe and even a whole room for greenery / healthy eating -0 interest for me but it looked amazing haha. If you can afford the extra, pay for the club / lounge access rooms - there is so much value to be had. The butler service with the suite rooms are also incredible and a hugeee and most grateful thank you to Frank and Ahmed who welcomed us to our room and gave us a tour. Impeccable service. This is the first hotel we've found to rival the service of the Burj Al Arab and I hope your stay is just as wonderful as ours. Ohhhh and finally, the toilets in the rooms are insane! They have Japanese/Korean style electric toilets and magic class! I had never seen magic glass and i won't ruin the childish like enjoyment I took from it but check it out! :D

Fabulous new addition to Dubai's portfolio. Fantastic facilities and F&B options. Food in all outlets was first class and there was a great selection of restaurants to chose from. Also provided free access to Aquaventure, which was a plus Great offer for UAE residents, made it cheaper and better value for money than any Jumeirah properties,

Whilst a pillow menu was available when enquired, it would have been good to have this in the room as the pillows provided were a bit too thick and soft. Also, the hot water in the room never got truly hot and took an age to get through to the shower. Finally, I am not a fan of minibars with the sensory pads that charge your bill every time an item is removed. As we had a baby and needed to store baby food in the minibar fridge, we had to go through the whole process of negotiating with the check out desk that we did not consume anything from the minibar.
