Great location and breakfast included

The elevators have a bad programming i think, are stopping at every floor where are called even if are already full And in busy hours you spend a lot of time to go up or down. And for me personal the pool area is great but you have sun only until 12:30 :( and i love to stay in the sun as long as i can. This was not expected and i would like to knew before arriving to make different plans. They also give you a free voucher to spend a day on a beach on the palm, but for us was far away to includ in our plans.

Check in was fast and easy, valet parking was always helpful & welcoming. Eron and deshit were very friendly and helpful waiters, shout out to the daily cleaners, you are the best!

Pool team really need to train on how to talk to people, extremely rude. Especially the Indian guy that passed the towels. He was screaming at visitors as they were leaving they only had 20 minutes to bring down the towels they took, there is always a nicer way to approach people. Also, my kids are athletes between the age of 9 and 16, they weren’t able to do their training & when asked I was told only the 16 year old can work out. & outdoors was their only option, unfortunately, it was too hot for me to let my kids workout outside. A couple of my friends went to the gym on the same day and their kids were 9 and 11, they were both able to use the gym with no hassle. “Trainer” definitely picks and chooses who can and cannot use the gym which was disrespectful in a sense.

A big thanks to Nesrine in the reception! She was amazing and very friendly and would listen and help a lot if I had a question or a small complaint ❤️ The hotel was clean and all the staff were great and the breakfast was cool too !

I’d suggest booking a room in a higher floor if you want the burj khalifa view cause the bar has music until 3 am which for me was annoying but other than that the hotel is great !

The location and view are excellent. The room is neat and comfortable.

The clear glass between the beds and the toilet was too much.

We can highly recommend the hotel; it is located quite centrally, on a beautiful esplanade by the creek. The food is diverse (soup, various dishes, salads, vegetables, bread, and desserts) - we had booked breakfast and dinner, as we also needed gluten-free options. I would like to commend the chefs and the entire staff - everyone was extremely friendly and always very helpful. We felt very comfortable. The meal times are easy to remember. The terrace is wonderful, except for the occasionally loud air conditioning. The interior of the restaurant is very nice, but it was a bit too cool for us. The pool in the 3rd floor is open from 7 am to 7 pm, and you can always find a spot. I appreciated the consistency of the pool staff in removing towels from occupied loungers if someone tried to reserve them - you had 10 minutes to show up. Perfect! There are construction sites, but we didn't have any issues with them. Lillys Bar (3rd floor too) is nice, but if you need silence - book higher floors or other side. The fitnessstudio is nice too. The room was always clean - we think that the towels didn't necessarily need to be changed daily... the guest could toss them on the floor, if they had to be changed. By feet we went 45 Minutes to Burj Khalifa….we made this once in the night….better you take a taxi! Thank you being so helpfully and friendly.👍🏼🥰

- This hotel has such a friendly international staff. All of them were very helpful and professional. BIG thanks to receptionist from Tajikistan for his patience and explanations during the registration process. - From valet parking to reception, housekeeping, and restaurant services, they all were kind people. The staff greeted us always with a smile and made us feel truly valued and welcome in Dubai! - The rooms are spacious with modern design and nice color combination. - Hotel's swimming pool was beautiful. There is a bar in the same floor with very good a la carte food. - The elevators with transparent crystals shown breathtaking view of the canal and buildings around. - There are several mini markets at walking distance. Useful when you need snaks at midnight. - There's also a corniche area along the canal, perfect for a quick walk. Bicycles and electric scooters are available nearby, and you can even catch a view of the Burj Khalifa from the canal. - I did not see metro station near this place, however if you come by car the downtown and other main attractions are easily reachable. Regular taxis are not very expensive. Uber, Bolt, Yango or Careem are available in Dubai as taxi alternatives. - The GYM desing is great. It is big, with several machines and with great view of the near area.

We had some issues at the beginning of our stay at Canal Central Hotel, Business Bay, but I want to thank the team for how they handled everything. They upgraded us to a suite, offered a free dinner, and gave us a late check-out — all free of charge. The team was polite, responsive, and did their best to make our stay better. Special thanks to the guest relations team for their professional attitude and efforts to make things right. The hotel has a great view, comfortable rooms, and the location is excellent. Appreciate the way they handled the situation. Thank you again.

From check-in to check-out, everything was flawless. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the room was spotless and beautifully furnished, and the location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay. Special mention to staff members Farhat, Saqlain, Kamran and Sedati for going the extra mile and making our first family trip even more special.

The pool was crowded often and noisy with unnecessary adjacent bar. Could do with an indoor or private pool for families. Very slippery and prone to many falls. Anti slip footwear should be provided or warning signage. Thankfully we bought water socks. Otherwise cool pool especially for summer.

The smell when you enter the hotel lobby is great All staff were super nice!! They assigned us high floor room as per our request upon checkin The whole place was pretty clean (Lobby, rooms, public restrooms) They have free drinks in the lobby They offered us complimentary drinks upon arrival to be redeemed at their restaurant Nice toiletries Nice surrounding area Fast room services Concierge was also fast during checkout (but slow during checkin)

Room is a bit small for 3 people We asked for 2 twin beds and we got one king bed. They asked us to check the day after due to high occupancy. Although they showed us a twin bed room the next day, we were reluctant to move as we have already unpacked. The Booking.com booking initially showed me that I will have half board (breakfast and dinner/lunch). When the stay dates were closer and checked again, it seemed like they removed that! I hated this so much!! Be careful and make sure you document offered meals so you are not fooled later.
