I had some specific needs regarding the sleeping arrangements for my mother, as she had encountered some recent back pain issues. The staff were very accommodating and helpful and I am grateful for their assistance during this time. After long flights, we slept very well and enjoyed staying here. The food in the restaurant was of excellent quality, also with very nice staff. Great experience and I would love to stay here again.

I thought that the in-house breakfast buffet could have had a little more variety in food - for example some cooked mushrooms, sausages, cooked tomatoes and fried eggs.

Everything was great

An excellent experience with good breakfast and nice staffs, especially Mr.Irshad (Arshad) & MS.Camelo (from restaurent), Mr.Liam and MS.Pyae Pyae (from the front reception) and an Indian (Punjabi) securtiy guard(sorry, i forgot his name). It was a very pleasant stay with my family. Location is very good. People don't mind the size of the room can go for it. Thank you so much IBIS & all staffs

Break fast was very good. Staffs' dealings was also good(Few of the names I mentioned)

good parking, very close to the metro, close to Carfour in the City Center Diera mall, close to day-to-day shop which have very good prices for gifts to take home for your family and friends , also very good staff especially Mr Abhishek who helped me to book for Aquadventure which saves me money and time

no room service to help for taking the luggage to and from the room (self service) which for big family and many rooms may be difficult

Despite the fact I was doing my business mostly south (Business Bay, Mall of the Emirates), I felt happy to move back up to Deira as it feels a lot more like a "village". I didn't have breakfast or lunch there but the buffet looks fantastic and relatively affordable (65 AED) with quality products. Shared access to gym and swimming pool with Novotel is a great plus. Staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was great.

Nothing except that the Management should review their card locking time to ONLY lock doors at 12pm check-out time, and not before. I was running down before check-out time for grocery shopping and a swim and found myself locked out of my room at 10.30am wet and freezing with the aircon all around and had to run down and up again to tell the reception. Never experienced this anywhere else so far.

the varity of food at brekfast including a lot of varity.and it is expected to work on a certain test on the hot dish side.Since i saw so many ethiooian stayed in your hotel if your breakfast include a traditional ethiopian dish like 'INJERA FIRFIR'in addition to this it is necessery to pick up fast used plates from the dining table i noticed that there is a shortage of waiter but if busy time pleasure to work with the team,including the restaurant Manager and the ladies standing the restarant get.

I forget the name of concigise the Egyptian guy is amazingly hard working,always happy to help and anticipate the guests need in advance .there should be more people like him in the hospatility industry.

The overall location is so convenient, walking distance to bus stops, train stations, malls and eateries. The check-in was excellent given i arrived quite late in the night and didn't have local currency to pay for my stay. The reception staff was very helpful on how i can go about things to complete my check-in the next day. Breakfast was very good, a continental variety to choose from.

For whatever reason my bathroom didn't drain well, water pooled at my feet. It was more of a structural issue than a I clogged drain, I'm not sure much can be done about that. The room doors are presumably heavy, so when someone slams their door about 3 rooms away i can feel it in mine. Jerked me from sleep a couple times because my neighbors were up and about at odd hours.

when i first arrived i had to share a room with my friend because we had to arrive in Dubai earlier due to unforeseen weather condition from where we came before arriving to Dubai, the young lady was very accommodating, though our first two days was short notice. afterwards i moved to my private room on the day that was intended and i got exactly what i paid for. room 463 was perfect i enjoyed the view and the plane taking off.

the room first floor i shared with my colleague at first there was no toiletries and hand towel but upon request that was fixed and the next days went by quick which i then moved into my new room.

The Location was Amazing and the Over all Experience all meets my Expectation

We always visit and make sure to stay at IBIS in Deira City Center every once in a month, coming from place of Travel, I always loved to stay here as it’s really gives a very comfortable environment and amazing experience. Just a little talk to Ramy in the Reception pls. He is changing the image of the Wonderful Place. He should be more friendly and think more carefully before talking. All the Receptionist I meet so far in the Place was Amazing except for him. He should be more considerate for the feelings of their clients. Thank you

Excellent location and reasonable pricing Opposite the city mall entrance, couldn’t have asked for a better location

The night sleep was bad, pillows were solid round and big. No options. Breakfast is just okay, not great either. Service wasn’t great. Such as these must have the option for the traveller who stays to just a couple it days and you find that the sleep is poor, it just doesn’t work. I complained it to the department but did not get the desirable outcome.
