There is 2 tv but no Netflix, no Amazon, no Disney, not one streaming service ... even no paramount+ (it's a paramount hotel .. but there is no paramount+ .. Come on, what is that .. in a 5 stars hotel) No diner buffet .. for the price, in a 5 stars hotel, it's bad In the diner package, water is not inclued, even a filtred tap water .. for the price and in a 5 stars hotel it's a shame !

Mostly very kind staff and helpful (especially at the breakfast area), the cleaning staff came to check if we are satisfied with cleaning service or we need anything else. The cleaning staff did amazing job, especially Junior, taking care that we had everything at hand.

The food and drinks are very expensive at bars (15€ for small beer, 20€ for bad pizza). The staff outside the hotel wants you to always take the expensive taxis. In general they seek to take as much money as possible from you, we paid extra for city view but was definitely not worth it because the window was blurred by water all the time for no reason...

This hotel leaks customers' phone numbers, which caused me to receive calls every day from people trying to sell real estate information after I stayed at the hotel. It was really annoying.

Valeat Car Parking (need 30 minutes to get your car) and not allowed for self-parking. TV been stopping every 5 minutes - not accepted and tv channel not working probably Dealy at the left depend on traffic ICE at night cost you 20 Derham (not accepted) Concierges need to be answered the calls and reply to the gust requirements. my opinion: The Hotel need more care in maintenance (TV, Carbert, in general)

The Paramount movie theme is a great concept throughout the hotel. High standard of cleanliness and customer service. Spacious, modern rooms with great attention to detail to make a comfortable stay e.g. tea, coffee, water always available in room, touch control electric blinds and lighting. Excellent bath and shower facilities. Very large comfortable beds and mirror screen television. Comfortable lounge areas in the lobby, lovely pool area and on site supermarket with a wide range of products you might need. Fantastic variety of foods for breakfast. Truly wonderful place to stay. Bravo to the staff and management.

Everything was great. My only comment for improvement is I found the choice for evening meal to be a little limited to similar style of food.

So to start with the service and the staff, they were really making us as comfortable as possible. They were really working hard. Also the accommodation was neat en taken care off. And if you have a car you can get anywhere or by a taxi. Walking is an option but it will take you more than 30 minutes to go to Dubai mall.

There are 2 issues to take in consideration: 1. Waiting for the elevator is really horrible. I had to wait 15-20 minutes at some point. That is not really convenient. 2. Breakfast. At peak hours the staff is understaffed, they work so hard (they don’t even had time to breathe) to help you so it’s not about the service!

I stayed here for more than a week and had a wonderful experience cleaning services were excellent Wasiq and Anas kept everything spotless, and Supervisor Ali Khan made sure everything was perfectly managed.he was person who comes everyday to check that maybe we need something thank you so much Ali khan for giving us memorable stay and i also want to mention. The hotel facilities were also impressive. The pool was always clean and relaxing, the lobby had a welcoming atmosphere, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. Overall, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Truly a memorable stay

Breakfast was just about the best I've had anywhere in the world! Restaurant staff were very efficient and were always on available to meet our every need. All the staff across the entire hotel were brilliant, we couldn't have asked for more than they did. Qw paid for a room upgrade upon arrival which meant we were able to ckeck-in early and enjoyed a spacious suite with amazings views across the Burj Kalifa.

Prices of alcoholic drinks in the hotel were different in the various bars. The cost of 2 glasses of wine to our room cost us 67.00€! The glasses weren't even a correct measure, nor a particularly good wine! Everyone knows alcohol is expensive in Dubai, but this was another level! Regardless of this we didn't let it ruin an otherwise fantastic stay in the Paramount, Business Bay

The hotel was extremely crowded, as our room was situated in a high floor, the wait time for the elevator is way too long.
