There is 2 tv but no Netflix, no Amazon, no Disney, not one streaming service ... even no paramount+ (it's a paramount hotel .. but there is no paramount+ .. Come on, what is that .. in a 5 stars hotel) No diner buffet .. for the price, in a 5 stars hotel, it's bad In the diner package, water is not inclued, even a filtred tap water .. for the price and in a 5 stars hotel it's a shame !

Mostly very kind staff and helpful (especially at the breakfast area), the cleaning staff came to check if we are satisfied with cleaning service or we need anything else. The cleaning staff did amazing job, especially Junior, taking care that we had everything at hand.

The food and drinks are very expensive at bars (15€ for small beer, 20€ for bad pizza). The staff outside the hotel wants you to always take the expensive taxis. In general they seek to take as much money as possible from you, we paid extra for city view but was definitely not worth it because the window was blurred by water all the time for no reason...

This hotel leaks customers' phone numbers, which caused me to receive calls every day from people trying to sell real estate information after I stayed at the hotel. It was really annoying.

Valeat Car Parking (need 30 minutes to get your car) and not allowed for self-parking. TV been stopping every 5 minutes - not accepted and tv channel not working probably Dealy at the left depend on traffic ICE at night cost you 20 Derham (not accepted) Concierges need to be answered the calls and reply to the gust requirements. my opinion: The Hotel need more care in maintenance (TV, Carbert, in general)

So to start with the service and the staff, they were really making us as comfortable as possible. They were really working hard. Also the accommodation was neat en taken care off. And if you have a car you can get anywhere or by a taxi. Walking is an option but it will take you more than 30 minutes to go to Dubai mall.

There are 2 issues to take in consideration: 1. Waiting for the elevator is really horrible. I had to wait 15-20 minutes at some point. That is not really convenient. 2. Breakfast. At peak hours the staff is understaffed, they work so hard (they don’t even had time to breathe) to help you so it’s not about the service!

Breakfast was just about the best I've had anywhere in the world! Restaurant staff were very efficient and were always on available to meet our every need. All the staff across the entire hotel were brilliant, we couldn't have asked for more than they did. Qw paid for a room upgrade upon arrival which meant we were able to ckeck-in early and enjoyed a spacious suite with amazings views across the Burj Kalifa.

Prices of alcoholic drinks in the hotel were different in the various bars. The cost of 2 glasses of wine to our room cost us 67.00€! The glasses weren't even a correct measure, nor a particularly good wine! Everyone knows alcohol is expensive in Dubai, but this was another level! Regardless of this we didn't let it ruin an otherwise fantastic stay in the Paramount, Business Bay

The hotel was extremely crowded, as our room was situated in a high floor, the wait time for the elevator is way too long.

This is my second stay here at the paramount, this one being longer for 9 days. It was just as lovely as the first time - most of the staff are amazing. If there are any issues, there was always someone to help. The room was clean, and breakfast was good. The staff that made my stay that much better was Owen, Sumit, Alyiah, Joseph, and Saidy. There were others, but sadly, I didn't get the names, especially the guy that handled my check-in.

The time it took to get my car at times from the valet service was long, but I just had to head out in good time. The TV also didn't work very well as nice as it looks.

Interiors and furnishment of the common areas are amazing. The restaurants are very good. Breakfast is amazing. Gym is full of machines. Taxis and valets available 24h. Bathroom is lovely. Bath soaps and equipment is top notch. Entertainment program was nice (even an art expo).

Broken appliances in the room (lamp, fridge, hifi). Dust on the lamps and some corners. The discipline and accuracy of the staff is the weak point . I was woken up 1 hour before the agreement by room service. Laundry service promised me an invoice which revealed to be actually not possible. Someone announcing as cleaning supervisor entered my room in the afternoon while I was in. The only way to go out from that location is by taxi.

The reception staff were friendly and professional. Thank you to the barista in the Craft bakery cafe for an excellent pistachio coffee. We have stayed here multiple times and highly recommend it.

The carpet was not initially removed from the room as requested. The housekeeping staff (new) did not seem to know what hollow fiber pillows and duvets meant. They insisted they didn't have (I have stayed here more than 6x before and these were always provided), so they only put a sheet (not 2 sheets) and blanket on the bed. Even after requesting 2 sheets did the same the next day.
