Hesitated on booking this hotel because I saw a couple of negative reviews and seen it was only 3* but so glad I booked it, I don't usually leave reviews but don't want others to Hesitate like I did. Room was immaculate clean also great view from window and very child safe as I was worried about that. The pool is amazing didn't realise it was a heated salt water pool it was absolutely roasting and again in a very safe secure area for kids and not too deep which was perfect, the staff are so friendly and polite they are so helpful, didn't matter how busy they were they would help you straight away with anything you asked, also loved how well the English communication was from the staff, hotel is literally in an ideal spot. 5minute walk from dubai mall/burj khalifa, you get stunning views from Outside the hotel. Honestly their photos don't do it justice. I couldn't believe how close the hotel was to the burj, a thousand percent worth the price of the hotel, taxis always outside the hotel and are mega cheap if you take the hala taxis with the red roofs, was also impressed with the shop inside the hotel, seemed to be open all the time from really early to really late anyways which was perfect, also they had a great selection of food u can also get food heated up and they have a little bakery and a costa machine, they also sell all your holiday gifts etc.

Hotel: We stayed here for NYE, and it was the best choice to see the fireworks hassle-free. This little hotel is close to Burj Khalifa, and we upgraded our stay to a Burj Khalifa view for a fair price. It was fantastic for NYE. The hotel is very clean, with 24/7 cleaning services, and the staff is friendly and attentive to small details. For a 3-star hotel, it is excellent. The amenities are top-notch, including the pool, a small supermarket in the lobby, a tech corner for kids, a spacious lobby with couches to relax, and a laundry corner. Dubai Mall is just a 10-minute walk away. The room wasn’t big, but it was sufficient for a 3-night stay. All the essentials were provided. The bed and blanket were very comfortable, which my wife greatly appreciated. #happyroving

Improvements: The only suggestion would be to add more closet space for clothes. Also, getting NYE information from the hotel was a bit confusing. They seemed more focused on promoting dinner at TGI Fridays than simply answering our questions. To be honest, the dinner price for NYE was exaggerated—at least 1,400 AED (380 EUR / 370 USD) per person. While they said this was a normal price, we noticed that there were fewer people in the restaurant than in the lobby. We hope they offer fairer pricing in the future. Lastly, during checkout, they asked us to write a review immediately and even wanted to show us on our phone where to find it. This felt intrusive, especially when we were trying to get to our flight on time.

The hotel is modern and very nice, the staff is very kind and helpful. The decoration is beautiful. The rooms are large, and very comfortable. Everything is fine, and there is a supermarket inside the hotel.

The location is helpful, but everything in Dubai is far, so moving by car is needed (rented, uber or taxi). Thus, it's not a practical place, but it's ok for tourism. Moreover, I understand the days are really warm in Dubai, but the air conditioning is too strong.

excellent breakfast,option to order extra, choice of quality omelette with cheese, avocado toast and waffles, French toast - we tried everything :)), super view on Burj Khalifa, very good ribs at FridayDays restaurant, It would be very nice to see congratulations on the mirror and on desk upon check-in, there were many options to use the shuttle to various attractions, but we did not use it due to inconsistency of plans

Our stay at Rove Downtown Dubai was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was modern, welcoming, and super trendy. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of—always smiling and eager to help. The location couldn’t be better, with breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa and easy access to Dubai Mall, which was just a short walk away. The rooms were impeccably clean, with a smart layout that maximized space and made it feel so cozy and functional. I also loved the little creative touches in the design—it made the whole place feel fresh and vibrant. The on-site restaurant,Friday's was another highlight—delicious breakfast and multiple choices. The common spaces were just as impressive, with a cool co working vibe, games to keep you entertained, and even a mini-store for anything you might need. Rove Downtown really nailed it when it comes to combining comfort, style, and affordability. We can’t recommend it enough, and we are already looking forward to our next stay. If you’re visiting Dubai, this place is perfect!

Rove is definitely the best. The ambience speaks volumes. Their design is modern, clean, and sophisticated, and the rooms are spacious and neat. Just across the street from the hotel are Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. They offer a free shuttle service to various attractions, and there are always plenty of taxis waiting outside. Located in Downtown, many tour operators offer direct pick-up and drop-off, which is a great bonus for tourists. The staff is warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Overall, our stay at Rove was exceptional. I can't recommend this hotel enough — a three-star hotel with a five-star experience

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful, and we also want to thank the housekeeping staff who brought fresh towels every day and kept our room very clean. Everything was perfect, and we were completely satisfied. The view of the Burj Khalifa from the pool is simply stunning. We have no negative comments at all. Our experience during these few days was absolutely wonderful. We liked almost everything and truly hope to choose this hotel again when we return to Dubai. Thank you!

Excellent stay in Downtown Dubai. The photos and description are exactly what it is. The room: Burj View Junior Suite There’s huge space in the room, and can easily fit 2-4 medium sized luggage’s sprawled on the floor. There’s also a single sofa with a small laptop table. Perfect to relax if you don’t want to sit on the bed. Plus, there’s a separate table and stool too. They offered a bottle of water and coffee and tea. There’s an also a small fridge. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The amenities are just hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel. Unit was well looked after and clean. The amenities around the hotel were very good. There’s a pool area and lounge. We took our coffee to sit by the pool but didn’t use the pool. We can see from our hotel room that it gets a bit crowded. The gym has new technogym equipment. It was clean and well maintained. We loved the ping pong table and foosball table which we used. There were meeting rooms available and also individual phone booths if you need to do an important video call. On the hotel lobby you’ll find several areas for chilling and also working. It has an ambiance of a co-working space. We love the idea that there was a small grocery store too that’s open 24/7. There’s no hotel restaurant so you can’t charge your bill to the hotel. However, a Friday’s restaurant is right in the hotel. This is also where they serve breakfast. Which brings me to the breakfast selection. They had a mix of salad, variety of different main meals, fruits, veggies and a lot of pastries. It was good! They served breakfast until 11am. One downside was that they did not have room service. But that’s okay, it’s easy to just pop by Friday’s or the supermarket. Check in and check out was fairly straight forward. We arrived around 2pm and they handed over the keys to the unit straight away, even though the check in time is 4pm. We checked out at 4:30AM, by just handing over the keys. That was it!

No room service but that’s okay. There’s minimal amenities provided but that’s also okay.

A nice hotel, not fancy but really comfortable and nice. Staff are great, very helpful. I got a lot of assistance from Ms. Riany Dian from the reservations desk who was very patient and very efficient and helped us a lot.

The location demands constant use of taxies as the nearest metro is in Dubai mall (about 15 min walk) and it was very hot outside so walking during the day is not great. Also, there is nothing outside the hotel, no shops or restaurants (this is probably common to other hotels in that area of Dubai). I think that other locations could be better.
