builder noises from outside, mistake with our accommodation for 1st night (room without balcony) and after waiting time for room change. We expect view for inside the palm( it was unclear information on booking) but we had a view for outside☹️ smell in wardrobe ( like a fish smell), not possible use it.

We originally booked three nights at this hotel, but since we felt so comfortable from the very beginning, we spontaneously extended our stay for another three days. The hotel is very clean, tastefully furnished, and offers a relaxed atmosphere. We especially want to highlight the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. A big thank you to Dianne at the reception – she showed us several room options on the first day and was always friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Our rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day, and the team regularly checked in to see if we had any further requests. The service was simply excellent. A very special thank you also goes to Rahman and Durga – you always had a quick solution for everything and made sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We also really liked the beach options – two beach clubs were available. Unfortunately, one of them wasn’t always accessible to us, which was a bit of a downside. Still, the accessible beach club was beautiful, clean, and very well-equipped. If we come back to Dubai, we will definitely stay at this hotel again. Many thanks to the whole team for this unforgettable experience!

There were two beach clubs available, but one of them was not always accessible to Wyndham guests.

The hotel is very clean, with really diligent and friendly staff. The beach club was great. The room was really comfortable and the cleaning staff couldn’t do enough for you.

The location on the palm is great for the beach but not that good for exploring Dubai. Luckily we had a car.

It was a comfortable serviced apartment in a hotel complex in the Palm during a work event. It suited our purpose and we got some time to relax on the wonderful beach attached to the pool. The apartment suited us fine.

There was building work outside our room which we would hear from time to time. We had hired a car and kept getting lost on the way out and to the Palm ! Driving in Dubai takes some practise. It would be have been convenient probably to be on the marina.

Balcony a little dark and not best outlook but can't be helped

Every thing was very good from reception surendra is very helpful and always help us with smiling face that i like very nice.karina.faurat arikul sadik and dianne are very friendly from house keeping Yoon is very good she cleaned my room very well every days thank you all staff for make my stay very professional. I will come back again.

The staff are all cooperative and friendly(front desk staff, staff whose handling the luggage and parking cars, cleaning staff) and would accommodate to your requirements for the room and preferences as they can 😊

I hop you can provide some apartment with twin beds and sofa bed to have variety of choices and when we reached the hotel there was only one person to park the car and at the same time he was handling the luggage and alot on pressure on him , my suggestion to provide more than one for handling the parking and luggage to not make the customers wait, the breakfast space was very narrow and please provide varieties of food choices

The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was fantastic. The apartment was very spacious and had a luxurious feel to it.

The main pool was closed for maintenance so we had to use a different pool which was not very big nor deep.

The hotel was clean, the room was large and it was easy to get to the pool/beach area. Staff were friendly. The gym is well equipped with modern fixed and free weights. Only a small collection of cardio machines, but enough as the gym was never more than 4 people busy. Location on the palm meant there wasn't an awful lot to do except walk along the front. Even then there are no shops/cafes. A taxi ride was needed to venture off the palm. The nearest shopping/restaurant complex, called the Pointe, wasn't that great and a lot of units are empty.

Very confusing with the pool set up. First day we collected our own towels and were allowed to sit anywhere. Second day, we were told we couldn't sit in several places - one area for the residents, one area for paying day guests. Left sun beds that weren't in the sun. Whilst observing other people arriving, it was obvious that the same rules didn't apply to everyone! On the third day all the towels were on the beds and we didn't need to pick up our own towels. On day four, we got a wrist band...... very weird

there is no beach , if you want to swim , you should another hotel's beach and pay money them, its strange, already we came for holiday,
