The hosts are very friendly and very welcoming .We arrived early and the room was ready early and I am so thankful for that .The mattress was so comfortable I had a great night sleep .The room had fans for warm days very good pillows clean towels and everything that you need for a short stay we didn't need to ask for anything

The only thing I could fault was the flush in the bathroom was a bit faulty you need to press good a few times to water flush down in the toilet so a bit noisy at late hours to pump the water but It wouldn't stop me from re visiting

Amazing, family that owned the place were so lovely. Rooms were nice and clean, basic but everything you need. On our second night they offered us some of their home made curry (sadly declined due to just eaten) and then they offered us a cooked breakfast which again we declined as we didn't want them to go through the rouble of making it for us. Amazing hosts, couldn't ask for better. Amazing location. Thank you

At Deneside guesthouse the owners were lovely and really welcoming and helpful. It was a great location - very close to the beach and promenade, bars, restaurants and lots of other attractions. The room was nicely decorated, a good size, extremely clean and great value for money. It was my birthday and they were so lovely helping my friend to put balloons and cards in the room as a surprise and even put some chocolate and flowers in there themselves! It was really kind of them! I had such a nice birthday holiday and I would definitely go back to Deneside - a super cute and good value guest house. !

The Deneside Guest House was an absolute delight - the rooms are really clean, cosy and well equipped and for the price and location, a really great bargain. I stayed in a single room with shared bathroom access and the shared bathroom was always kept clean and well stocked and there was even complimentary shampoo, shower gel and soap for anyone who might have forgotten to bring any. The rooms have TV's and they provide a fan and heater in case you get cold/hot in the night. I found the room comfortable and the temperature just right but it was nice to know that equipment was there in case I needed it. On my second night I was offered a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room with en-suite, which was very kind. The double room was also excellent. The bed in this room was comfier, by dint of being a double and it had lots of space to store clothes and just like the single room, had tea & coffee making facilities, towels, etc. But really, what makes this place fantastic is Muneer and his family who run this place impeccably, they were extremely kind and generous in helping us arrange a few surprises for our friend's 40th. They went out of their way to make sure we were all comfortable and had the best stay - nothing was too much trouble and they were the icing on the cake! Thank you to Muneer, his wife and son. A great little family run guest house in a good location close to a really fun Karaoke bar and the beach - also a super short walk from the coach station. There was five of us staying and we all said that if we return to Blackpool that we would all definitely stay here again.

Just some small things, the tap in my double room was hard to turn - you gotta put some real welly behind it and the remote control needed new batteries - I didn't get a chance to ask for help with these things but I'm 100% sure that I had I mentioned them, they would have been sorted out immediately. Other than that, expect an excellent stay!

Cute little room, looked nice and clean , double bed was very comfortable, private bathroom was clean, tv in room, tea and coffee making facilities available in room

Tiles in shower broken and been siliconed over the cracks, doesn't look the best tbh but perfectly usable. The curtains looked like kids curtains it let the decor of the room down a little bit. Not a major issue tho.

The hotel was spotless but the owner was the best part, my daughter really liked him and he couldn’t do enough for you. When you have a good host it makes the stay even better. Thanks so much again will definitely be back! X

Nothing really. If it had parking it would have been better but the car park was only around the corner so wasn’t that much of an issue.

Location was brilliant for where we needed to be, staff were lovely and so helpful, couldnt fault them at all. Great for what we needed

Room decor needs improvement but if youre there for a one night stay then its spot in. Only complaint was the room next door were arguing early on and woke us up but thats no fault of the hotels.

The proprietors were welcoming and friendly. They were on hand to deal with requests or queries. They kept the room and communal areas spotless. They were keen to see that as a customer, you were comfortable.

The location was close to all main attractions in Blackpool and the host and hostess were so sweet and accommodating! They appreciate their guests and put their heart into their guest house!

The water taps at the sink were old and did not work well.

Great location. Great hosts. Basic very clean rooms. If u want cheap very clean accommodation extremely close to Blackpool Tower then this is ideal. Would deffo stay again

Parking very limited in the street. There is a multi storey literally at end of street but very expensive. No breakfasts provided.
