I stayed here for the first time with friends for a long weekend and we were really impressed. We're regular visitors to Blackpool but had never stayed here before. The hotel is in a brilliant location, close to the centeral pier and a short 5 minute walk to the seafront. There is free parking on the street or a long stay carpark at the end of the street which is convenient. The hotel itself was really clean and rooms were comfortable. The shower was great. There is an option to buy breakfast in the morning at the hotel. We didn't do this but the prices were good. The hotel bar is also really nice and was a great venue to meet our friends to start our nights out. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed chatting to them. A huge thank you to Rikki and Diane for being so lovely. We would definitely recommend this hotel and I'll be staying there again next month and for future trips.

The lady Diane was absolutely amazing !! Very helpful chatty and went above and beyond for us ! Love the fact that if you need anything like toiletries they had them at reception all the time !

Only thing was they need a bench outside the front so we can sit

The hotel was lovely and clean. Very welcoming. Updated decor, which was nice. The beds were presented nicely and very clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee & milk topped up daily. Plenty fresh clean towels. A lovely seating area at the back. Very close to car parks and the centre. My daughter took a shine to one of the lady's that worked there called Diane. She is a lovely lady and took time out to really chat with myself and my 6.year old.

The rooms were cold through the night. There was a crack on the window frame that let a draft in. No heating through the radiator or any heaters.

What is there not to like about this hotel. It is stunning inside and out. Room we stayed was 11 and was perfect for our 3 nights stay whilst my little one competed in freestyle world championships. Perfect location to everything managed to park outside which I first I was worried about but street is quite and away from busy streets. We will be coming back here for sure next year if not sooner. Massive thanks to Diane too what a lovely lady she is.

Not a bad word to say about this hotel was perfect. If there was one tiny tiny thing but this is sole personal preference would liked bigger bath towels. But that’s just me.

Location was very central to where we needed to be, enough on street parking which helped. Games room and bar downstairs with music. I'd say the room was spacious enough, even with a dresser table so partner doesn't take up all space in bathroom doing makeup 😁

Bathroom on the small side but it's not really unexpected with Blackpool. Mattress wasn't comfiest but that's just a personal preference. Had a slight issue on arrival as there was no key in the key box so had to call owner and grab spare key from office so issue was resolved quickly 😁

Just got home from a lovely mini break with my husband … What a lovely hidden gem … From checking in to checking out the staff were helpful and lovely.. very clean room great bed and amazing shower with sea views .. tranquil and relaxing decor throughout this hotel … We spent a couple of hours in the bar with ( Mrs zoflora) what a lovely lady very chatty and friendly we had spent all day out in the wind and was struggling to warm up and she very kindly gave us an extra heater for our room so we could get rid of our chills … Absolutely made up with our weekend and already looking at dates to go back … Definitely recommend this hotel … Thank you so much for our stay and we will see you again very soon

Central location near Central pier. Secure parking £20 for 48 hours close by Very modern and clean. Our room had recently been decorated. Bar downstairs outside seating area, quick check in

Surrounding area a little run down but this seems to be the case in Blackpool property front and inside very well maintained No breakfast available but again plenty choice within walking distance

It was a great location ( short walk to the centre ) . It was very clean and comfortable. Super quiet and warm . Facilities were good - WiFi - ironing board and iron , kettle and supplies , hairdryer and in house bar .

Didn't see any staff ( reception or welcome ) during stay or anyone to ask for anything Could have done with another pillow or two and a refill on the teabags etc in the room . Just missing the personal touch . States parking on website but although super near - it's a pay and display / app public carpark . Maybe have a discount for hotel guests .

Great staff. Central location, near the front. Nice feel about it. Secure door entry. Clean room (room 2). Extra blanket if required. Access to extra tea, coffee, sugar & milk in reception. Good shower pressure. I realised I'd to turn the shower control all the way round to get hot water. Bar was well stocked with reasonable prices. Nearby Premier shop (Katy's). 10am check out.

There was only one bath towel, but if I asked, I would have been supplied a hand towel. I had one with me so I didn't need to ask. Pillow was a bit flat.

The staff were lovely and Diane couldn't do enough for you, we will definitely be back!

Would of liked breakfast - wasn't a major issue but would of just topped the stay!
