The hotel has a nice big car park. At the reception we were met with a genuine smile and welcome...so professional. The breakfast was excellent value for money. the staff in the restaurant was both polite and welcoming. We spoke to the chief who's demeanor was really pleasant. As we left he said thank you sir and madam. Perfect. The good staff customer care program was clearly evident.....well done Grand Management. The bed was perfect for us, and the room was a good size for the price.

The view from the restaurant was lovely as it overlooked the sea. However due to the elements of the sea the scud and salt on the windows slightly hid the view. Its a pity as it is a unique selling point. Maybe if the cleaning program was more frequent in this area. No need to clean every window in the hotel as often just those in the restaurant. The previous occupier of our room must have had a sly smoke as there was a slight whiff but not enough to be uncomfortable and we would happily stay in the the same room again. There was no smell anywhere else in the hotel so it was just the result of a selfish customer.

stayed here a few times now and love it here. lovely caring friendly helpful staff (apart from one) other than that all great. nice staff, great place to stay. thanks grand hotel

i wish more cleaners cleaned the car park. the car park is a bit grubby at times . Dog crap is very ''unacceptable'' sorry but it is...and i really WISH vile stinking dogs were NOT ever aloud there. not any where in a lovely hotel like the grand,,, i stay up in the high floor/rooms thankfully NO pets aloud up there. the middle section sadly stinks of animals. this hotel would be a 100 per cent great hotel if ALL PETS were banned from it all together,. i live in hope....i say i LIVE IN HOPE!!

Our stay at the Grand Hotel Blackpool was absolutely wonderful! We stayed in a Double Room with Partial Sea View, and it was everything we hoped for. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a comfortable bed that ensured we had restful nights throughout our stay. The view of the Irish Sea from our window was stunning, especially at sunset, adding a touch of magic to our trip. The breakfast served at the Promenade Restaurant was delicious and had a great variety, from hearty English breakfast options to lighter choices like fruits and pastries. It was the perfect way to start each day before exploring Blackpool’s attractions. We especially enjoyed the heated indoor pool, which was a relaxing treat after a long day of sightseeing. The health club’s sauna and steam room were also fantastic for unwinding. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it very easy to explore Blackpool’s attractions, with most places accessible within 10–30 minutes by tram or car. Overall, the Grand Hotel Blackpool offered a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and great amenities. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Only stayed one night as was visiting casino for a birthday so very pleased with room and breakfast

The £7 parking fee , should be free to guests, also paid for sea view as only one night and a birthday but feel the hike in price did not justify the view

We got an upgrade to better room as there were no standard double rooms available and we were very pleased with this.

Paying for parking in the hotel you have already paid to stay in, this should be included and not an extra.

Everything was nice and clean. Staff were helpful The chef that was on the Wednesday and Thursday was great the food was well presented and really tasty.

Our only complaint is we have is the food on the Tuesday night was not fit for eating. We paid £30 and we had nothing to eat and that was at 7pm and meals were up till 8pm. The cold meat was dried up the cheese had curled up round the edges and dried up. The soup was like water and no taste( tomato soup) there was only 2 slice of cake left and we were not the only ones in eating. The gammon roast was dried up at the top as it was not covered . We had to go to the supermarket for sandwiches for our dinner.

Staff who helped in any way they could as we had an autistic child ,facilities, layout ,the seating even compliment to the chef who was on hand at meal times ,and the food was great and great selection to choose , when we went for breakfast we had a pleasant surprise as our autistic child had misplaced his 1 legged storm trooper figure ,the staff knew who it belonged to and it was waiting on us to be returned when we arrive at breakfast.

The person who came back from a night on the town that drunk he couldn't place his key card (which was clearly marked which way to insert) so decided to take his frustration out on the room door by trying to kick it open , this was dealt with by the staff reasonable quick (this was no way any fault of the hotel or it's staff .

For the price It was Excellent, staff where really friendly, polite and all staff including cleaners and wating staff. The facilities are brilliant and good value for money . The fine detail there where a clean razor for men, body lotion, shaving cream toothbrush, tooth paste and informative pack about the hotel and area. well done.

My mattress was uncomfortable, could not open windows so it was like a sauna, and very humid, so did not sleep well and it made me fatigued so could not do all the stuff I had planned to on my stay. The Evening food was awful and in edeible, the break fast was good though.

The family room was big and beds were clean and comfortable. The location was very good. The beach in front was not crowded. Parking was easily available.

It was very hot and they gave us only one small fan which didn't help alot. Now when the weather is getting warmer they must consider getting air conditioning in the rooms. We couldn't sleep at night properly. The sun was coming direct on the face from the window cuz the curtains were not properly installed or were not wide enough to cover the window. The key card won't let us in back to the room and we had to go back to reception for validation.
