Only stayed one night as was visiting casino for a birthday so very pleased with room and breakfast

The £7 parking fee , should be free to guests, also paid for sea view as only one night and a birthday but feel the hike in price did not justify the view

Our stay at the Grand Hotel Blackpool was absolutely wonderful! We stayed in a Double Room with Partial Sea View, and it was everything we hoped for. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a comfortable bed that ensured we had restful nights throughout our stay. The view of the Irish Sea from our window was stunning, especially at sunset, adding a touch of magic to our trip. The breakfast served at the Promenade Restaurant was delicious and had a great variety, from hearty English breakfast options to lighter choices like fruits and pastries. It was the perfect way to start each day before exploring Blackpool’s attractions. We especially enjoyed the heated indoor pool, which was a relaxing treat after a long day of sightseeing. The health club’s sauna and steam room were also fantastic for unwinding. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it very easy to explore Blackpool’s attractions, with most places accessible within 10–30 minutes by tram or car. Overall, the Grand Hotel Blackpool offered a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and great amenities. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

We got an upgrade to better room as there were no standard double rooms available and we were very pleased with this.

Paying for parking in the hotel you have already paid to stay in, this should be included and not an extra.

I have stayed at the hotel many times , Friendly staff very helpful and informative. Housekeeping staff topped up my room essentials efficiently. Clean spotless room. modern hotel, I had a double room with an amazing view of the sea, a window you could open and central heating. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Just a slight disappointment when I went down to the lounge bar for snacks and a soft drink, it was closed. The website states it opens at 12 lunch until 1am. Also on the same night the restaurant was closed too. Bit of a shame when guests are looking to eat and relax with food/snacks in the hotel.

I only live near Kirkham, but I needed a break and I have stopped here before. The first room I was put in I wasn’t very comfortable with, but the staff were amazing and changed me straight away. So I was very happy. Also it’s across the road from my dad‘s best fishing spot. So it means a lot to me. He passed away two years ago so I sit there all the time when I’m down in Blackpool.

I love the location and the swimming pool. Plus if you are coming to stay on a holiday, it is very near to Blackpool Centre.

The staff were friendly and efficient and the room was at first nice and clean.

When I stayed for two nights Mon 16th June and Tues 27th June I asked one of the lady cleaners to give me clean towels for my second day at the hotel. If I hadn't asked for clean towels I suspect that I wouldn't have been provided with them for my second day. In addition, because I was not vacating my room on the second day I anticipated that in addition to giving me clean towels for that day my room would at least have had a cursory tidy and the bed made. When I returned to my room in the evening I discovered that my room hadn't been tidied at all and the bed hadn't been touched. This was a disappointment to me.

Plenty of car parking space. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Room was an adequate size and very comfortable. Bathroom a decent size. Room and bathroom both very clean.

Breakfast was of mediocre quality. Sausage of very poor quality - reminded me of ones from a school canteen! Very few tables were set with appropriate cutlery. We had to go looking on other tables for it. Some days very little fresh fruit was available and selection of cereals inadequate. Our room was not serviced at all while we were there. We had to ring reception to get toilet rolls, tea, coffee and milk.

Almost everything, the greeting upon arrival at reception, the friendliness of the staff, the size of the room which had plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom contained a nice large bath with attached shower with independent controls, the pressure was always constant and temperature control is great.

Sadly the room we stayed in had the window screwed shut, There was also cigarette damage to the windowsill. With the window not being able to be opened it also caused the room to get very hot so I highly recommend you keep the curtains shut when you go out to stop the room getting too hot.

Hotel was lovely, spacious communal areas, excellent food options for dinner and breakfast and plenty of it, room was nice, staff were helpful and polite. Good price and would definitely go back and recommend to others. Ideal location and close to tram and bus stop which makes visiting neighbouring towns easy.

Dinner options had no signs to say what the choice was, would have been helpful if evening menu was displayed during the day. The only downside was the entrance was always blocked by smokers and entering/exiting the hotel meant walking through them and inhaling their cigarette smoke, which also lingered on your clothes-not a pleasant experience. A designated area away from the entrance and monitored by staff/security would be more suitable and courteous to other guests.
