The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay from the moment we arrived until we checked out We had a triple room which was spacious,clean,comfortable and had everything we needed The dining area was clean and plentiful,cereal,fruit,croissants,fresh juice,choice of full english,toast,jam,tea and coffee,well cooked and tasty.Our 16 year old didn't go to breakfast but we were given fruit and croissants on both mornings which she enjoyed and thought was very kind The location is a little away from the main attractions which suited us and we like walking but it is easily accessible to trams,buses,taxis which are right on the doorstep and free parking also if you have a car Gorgeous view of the sea and sunset All in all we had a lovely pleasurable stay and would definitely return in the future and recommend

Nothing at all,everything was perfect

We had a lovely warm welcome from Nikki on arrival. Nikki even helped me with my bag up the stairs. There is a large chargeable carpark right opposite Breaside, which was handy. The room was really clean and fresh, and the ensuite was also very clean. The water in the shower was lovely and hot. The towels were very soft and fluffy. There was a good supply of tea and coffee with delicious cookies for us. The room felt nice and cosy as there was a portable heater for our use. The clothes rail was a useful addition and met our needs for the one night we stayed. The bed was very comfortable and we got a good night's sleep Breakfast was delicious and served in the most beautifully decorated room, as was the Breaside overall.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

We arrived early and had no problem checking in the room was light and had everything we needed for our overnight stay plenty of tea/coffee/milk ,the bed was very comfortable and the shower was great . We would stay here again very quiet area and a nice 20 mins walk to tower but we loved the walk not to far for the tram and bus stop should you need them . Also get a day return or day pass if you need to ride both ways as it’s cheaper . Nick and Nicky were very pleasant and approachable .The breakfast was first class my husband had a small size breakfast and it was cooked well and I had cereal and toast all very nice and you will never leave their dinning room hungry . All in all a very nice happy hotel .

Perhaps the only thing for me and my husband we would probably ask for a room on the first level but otherwise can’t find fault with our stay .

Nikki and Nick are such welcoming and wonderful hosts. They went out of their way to make us feel lovely. We had two rooms, both extremely clean, warm, enough spacious and equipped with all the facilities. The beds were very comfortable. There was no problem with the shower and hot water.We were able to park for free right in front of the property. The breakfast was excellent. I strongly recommend this accommodation.Thank you very much for our stay.

We had room no. 3 with a sea view where you will find a nice corner with armchairs next to the large window ,you can enjoy the view while sipping coffee. Everything was super clean, you can see that the hosts care about this place and invest, they also care about their guests. In the morning you can eat a tasty breakfast, which is included in the price also free car park on the street.

This is the second time we have been to Braeside and went as part of our 50th Wedding Anniversary celebrations. The room was clean, neat and tidy and the breakfast was superb. Our hosts were helpful and made sure we had all we needed. In Blackpool we went to the Circus rode the trams, met friends for lunch and drove through the lights. We had a wonderful time.

Weather not brilliant but made the most of it.

Nick and Nikki where fantastic hosts. Warm, generous and friendly people. The whole place is spotless and felt like home. A pleasure to stay.

The only criticism I can think of is the stairs, especially the landing to our room was a bit dark. Just needs a little light or something to see even where the key hole is 🙂My wife (who is blind in one eye) did find it a little scary.

Nick and nikki were absolutely lovely. Breakfast was amazing. Room was spotless, beds were comfy, noise pollution from the room was next to nothing. with the best view of the sea, and watching the trams go by. Couldn't fault the experience at all. Will definitely be back. :)

Couldnt dislike anything from the experience from this guesthouse.

Breakfast was excellent, plenty on offer Location was fine, not too far to where we was going

Unaware of the room being in the attic so struggled with the stairs, no lighting once at the top when dark, shower too small to use, few areas in room particularly at the edges of carpet and in corners of en-suite that hadn’t been cleaned properly

Everything was exceptional. Staff always accommodating to my mother and the kids. Nothing was too much .

Everything was rated amazing to me by my mother. She absolutely loved her stay and wishes to return.
