The staff were super friendly, lovely couple, very welcoming, very hospitable, great with the kids. The rooms were great, spacious, clean, comfortable, great facilities in and out of the room. Really lovely kids area that was a lovely added touch. Didn't get to spend too much time there as we were out most of the time but the time spent there was great Delicious breakfast, shame we overslept and didn't get to experience it the 2nd day! Would definitely return.

Nothing to dislike. The only minor issue was trying to fill the kettle in the bathroom sink, it's not low enough but nothing to be unhappy with.

The hosts were fantastic. They made our stay incredibly comfortable and were nice, warm and welcoming we really enjoyed our time there. The breakfast was perfect, the rooms were clean and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. My daughter enjoyed the family play room area too and we all enjoyed the lounge / bar area on Saturday evening. It was a pleasure staying there and it encouraged us to return to Blackpool in the summer. Parking was easy, very close to a tramline stop which took around 5 minutes down and back up to Blackpool centre.

I liked the nicely prepared breakfast instead of buffet style luke warm offering and the spacious room with walk in shower instead of awful telephone box showers. I took my double adapter to charge our phones but not needed as no less than 14 3 pin sockets in the room. These and the off road parking and the genuinely welcoming owners are just one of the many good reasons to stay here.

As pensioners we live in a bungalow so stairs aren't prefered, but the to stay here was well worth this small inconvenience.

The hotel is brilliant, great value for money very nice/friendly owners. Breakfast was incredible (I had a cooked breakfast), they give a little breakfast form to fill out so can choose whatever at your leisure and drop it at desk and it can be prepped for you in the morning. They have a lovely seating area aswell and owners were great local guides for recommending where to eat, etc. Room itself was clean and spacious. It is a B&B so no activities in the hotel itself but it is a couple mins from a tram stop where you can get to Blackpool centre quite quickly. In summery they were very kind and accommodating, breakfast is amazing and it's in a great location and the price is very reasonable. Great stop, thank you.

Hosts very welcoming, Lovely atmosphere, Rooms clean, spacious & light. Breakfast was a 10/10. Hosts very accommodating i spoke with them about arriving late due to plans on the Saturday, that wasn't an issue & Mark checked in with us Saturday evening to make sure we were ok & if we needed anything. Will definitely be coming again, currently arranging a date with my sister in law to bring our nephew. See you soon

The location, the staff were super friendly and accommodating! The breakfast tasty and plenty of choice. The room was lovely too!

The shower wasn’t the best, the shower head could do with being replaced. The shower also didn’t have a colder setting so it was far too hot to use. The bathroom tap needs changed also as the hot side was cold and the cold side was hot. Could also done with a bit of a fan or something in the room as it was far too hot.

The room was very clean and very comfortable. Room had everything you could need, kettle, coffee & tea things, hair dryer and even straighteners! Iron and ironing board. Very friendly and helpful hosts- recommended best tram deal, told us a bout the Christmas market and lights that we would probably have missed! Free parking, perfect location - tram stop just a short walk away. Delicious breakfast, great choice and piping hot! Perfect! Loved the Christmas decorations, tree and warm fire in the lounge after a chilly walk on the front! Very relaxing. Child friendly too. Would highly recommend and we would love to stay again. Breakfast was very nice, freshly cooked, fresh fruit as well every day. Our room was very clean. toilet and shower were also spotless. shower was nice and big. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here. There is also a nice sitting area with a bar, if you want to unwind after a day out. The Hotel is situated in a nice quiet area, and you can hop on a tram, a few minutes walk from the Hotel. The hosts are very helpful with information, on attractions and eating out places, and can also give you a weather forecast for the next day.

EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY. We received a lovely warm welcome. Room was immaculate with every necessity and added extras! Bed was very comfy, we slept soundly. Breakfast was lovely and was just perfect to set ourselves up for the day. Lovey bar and lounge area. It was our first time visiting Blackpool, and the owners were so helpful with directions and recommendations. They're input really added to the pleasantness and "smooth running" of our trip. Couldnt fault a thing. We will definitely return and dont plan on staying anywhere else. Highly recommend this B&B.

Really nice warm reception and lovely smell as you enter the property. Rooms were really spacious and clean Our stay at the Beaucliffe was lovely. We had a large nicely decorated room with a huge comfy bed. The rooms have everything you need for a home from home stay. Breakfast was really nice and so well organised, there was no waiting around. Will definitely be going again. Fabulous place
