We went here with family. It was a very nice hotel with the mist amazing staff who couldnt do enough for you. They all went that extra mile. I must mention Alix in the restaurant however she was jyst the most friendliest girl and if she had time i could have listened to her stories all day she was jyst busy but made the few minutes she spoke with us memorable . The staff came across as if they were a little family and the atmosphere between them was great. The entetainment was very good . I joined in a competion and had to say a ryme about Suzy ( if you know you know) absolutly hilarious. I will definitely be going back soon . Blackpool is on the up .

It was a lovely place, made really good by the friendly and really helpful staff. The breakfast was really nice, and plenty.

The rooms were a bit dated, and needed cleaning properly. The bathrooms were clean, but the rest of the room, especially the supposed suite, where the floor looked like it hadn't been hoovered for a while, but the room was really big. The bathroom tiles were really slippy, and could do with a change to prevent a serious accident. Could do with some more tea/coffee/sugar /milk, as the sugar and milk was all gone after the one.

Paul Mac great Compare wish he were the resident one at the Boston, entertainment excellent, Reception, Bar, Kitchen and cleaners doing a great job and Boston Burger with fried egg added second to none, all really doing great job getting through these hard times with little or no help from government circles, all incentives going to polluting airlines taking all the hypocritical environmentalists on holidays abroad instead of Blackpool.

One mediocre singer the girl on Friday evening seen her a few times before reasonable voice but keeps getting carried away and ends up screaming needs some voice coaching so that she is aware of her limitations, she will never be an Adele regardless of her ambitions. She is letting your side down.

Very impressed indeed with this hotel. All the staff were not only professional but seemed genuinely happy to be part of a team who worked really well together from a exceptionally clean room to food that was very good indeed. The entertainment was really good and they even had a free quiz in addition. Have already booked another stay. Thank you to the staff who made it holiday even better.

Been going to the Boston for years always clean always tidy staff are always amazing and hard working, as much as staff are working double and over time they don’t make guest feel uncomfortable or uneasyed, this stay was just for one night but I stayed longer via booking a holiday through Blackpool promotion I didn’t see any point in taking a hotel elsewhere when I could stay in the same place that I’d be staying for the week, my part of 9 - me of 8 turned up and confused staff at dinner time with a million and one menu and sitting out with rooms but by the end we found a way that would work for staff and would work for us.

Only down side to the stay was we had two single occupants staying as part of out party we meant to ask Blackpool promotions for a single room with a Double bed but got two single rooms one room with one single bed and the second room with two single beds but other than that it was all good

Facilities good and nearby eg lift right in the Foyer next to bar and entertainment room and Restaurant, this is because we asked for low floor as we have mobility issues. Food was excellent and staff very helpful, room could have been a bit larger but we managed. Ps parking was not good had to go across the road to Ma Kelly’s which cost us £14.00 for 2 nights.

Evening entertainment far to loud could have turned down sound. Could not talk to people had to shout which spoilt it as we had to sit away from the room.

Hotel Entertainment/Staff/Cleaners all great as usual, I had a great week there.

Entertainment area tables have bee rearranged canteen style making it more like the Seabank, instead of the way they have been arranged on all previous occasions more restaurant/club arrangement arranged like this the clientele on an evening can rearrange to suit party size but still keep segregation from those that do not want close contact.

The staff were super friendly. Attentive to your needs and requests. The other guests were of the older generation but were great company also. The room was prefect for the price. Rm no 226. Bit of a mission from town on foot but worth it. (just don't go to the all you can eat and walk back, that was hard work) 😩🤣 Easy to find the room. Well numbered. Room was clean, although a little dusty but hey ho. Bed could probably have done with a mattress topper as a bit hard but none the less we still slept really well.

Not really any where to park. We parked on the road. The hotel carpark wasn't very big at all. Taps were a bit stiff in the shower but might just of been my weak hands haha

Lovely hotel, modern and clean, the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, spacious . The all inclusive option for the drinks package was well worth it. Breakfast was plentiful and for £6.50 each per day was a bargain. I would absolutely return in future.

As the hotel was at the far end of the central Blackpool it would have been more convenient for there to have been some sort of food option apart from breakfast. Especially in the evening even if it was just sandwiches/ snacks. My only other issue was the shower the temperature control was very difficult to get right so it was really hot and the shower head could have done with descaling or changing so made it an impossible task to get a decent shower. For me personally the bed was uncomfortable, too hard and lumpy but as I say that was me personally, my partner said it was fine for him.

We didn't have meals in the hotel, the location was fine with shops, a cafe and a few good pubs nearby

The lift was a bit small, my wife struggled to get in with her mobility trolley, I didn't like the beers on offer except for Guinness, I don't drink lager and I don't like Boddington's bitter
