The hotel was relatively close to the town centre. Not the fault of the hotel, but, I did find the cost of the trams to and from the hotel expensive. The breakfast was really good. Very good selection of cereals, fruits, juices, yoghurts and full English breakfast. The room was much better than I had anticipated. We had a sea view room with a double and single bed. The bathroom was very clean and tidy. We had both a bath and shower. Superb for me, who prefers a bath and perfect for my son who prefers a shower. The only dislike of our room was that it was extremely cold on the 1st night, with a gale force wind coming through the window surround. I used the the bed runner to o try and block this. I also turned on the radiator. Another problem with the window was when it rained extensively. Water came through the top left-hand side of the window and soaked the bed runner. I was concerned that water would go down the cable to the television. I reported both of these issues to reception when I checked out. The receptionist was concerned and made a note of the problems. In all fairness, the new management only took over in April. I am very confident that my concerns will be addressed

As a family of 5 we booked a family room, our first impression of the room was fantastic! A double bed, bunk beds and a sofa bed, spread out in a big room with 2 tvs, a shower room, all facilities you could need. Whilst setting ourselves up and unpacking there was an issue with the sofa bed. The manager came to look and after realising she couldn't immediately fix it, took me to look at another room to check it was suitable for us and within the hour she had cleaned the new room herself and ensured it was immaculate for us to move into and even gave the whole family a complimentary drink at the bar for our (very minor) inconvenience! We stayed in the bar a while for the evening entertainment, the compare Jamie was excellent and very friendly, a lady called Kat sang and she was very engaging and had a great voice! They even let me up on stage to sing myself! The bar staff were absolutely bloody brilliant, very friendly and super helpful. Would love to come back and stay again very soon!

That we only booked 1 night :-)

This hotel was perfect! We booked on to see the Sabinelles at the Showboat for their Friday show next door and we wanted to be able to get to and from the venue with ease, which we did! It was a small step away! Absolutely perfect! Staff were extremely friendly! Also, very accommodating. They even managed to get us a full length mirror for our room! They also went out of the way to ensure we had glasses for our champagne… all lovely! Clean, tidy… great value for money. Thanks!

We woke up around 6am to the sounds of clicking… I’m not sure if it was the radiators or not but it was extremely annoying. This in turn meant that unfortunately, we could t sleep in.. 6am was our time to get up!

Well situated with good public transport links, just outside of town centre. Staff were wonderful, very kind and helpful. Our room was just right - had a small living room area too. Everything we could have needed for a short stay Bed very comfortable. Liked being able to reserve parking. We've even booked again!

I would have liked to have seen a menu at breakfast time to know what I could select from.

We went here with family. It was a very nice hotel with the mist amazing staff who couldnt do enough for you. They all went that extra mile. I must mention Alix in the restaurant however she was jyst the most friendliest girl and if she had time i could have listened to her stories all day she was jyst busy but made the few minutes she spoke with us memorable . The staff came across as if they were a little family and the atmosphere between them was great. The entetainment was very good . I joined in a competion and had to say a ryme about Suzy ( if you know you know) absolutly hilarious. I will definitely be going back soon . Blackpool is on the up .

It was a lovely place, made really good by the friendly and really helpful staff. The breakfast was really nice, and plenty.

The rooms were a bit dated, and needed cleaning properly. The bathrooms were clean, but the rest of the room, especially the supposed suite, where the floor looked like it hadn't been hoovered for a while, but the room was really big. The bathroom tiles were really slippy, and could do with a change to prevent a serious accident. Could do with some more tea/coffee/sugar /milk, as the sugar and milk was all gone after the one.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice little breakfast, tram and bus stop right outside making very convenient for getting into town. Plenty of storage space in room

Panel behind headboard was a bit uncomfortable as it bulges out and head was resting on it. Evening Entertainment was very loud and could be heard clearly through the floor which made it difficult to get to sleep. Beds not the comfiest but manageable.

Very impressed indeed with this hotel. All the staff were not only professional but seemed genuinely happy to be part of a team who worked really well together from a exceptionally clean room to food that was very good indeed. The entertainment was really good and they even had a free quiz in addition. Have already booked another stay. Thank you to the staff who made it holiday even better.

Paul Mac great Compare wish he were the resident one at the Boston, entertainment excellent, Reception, Bar, Kitchen and cleaners doing a great job and Boston Burger with fried egg added second to none, all really doing great job getting through these hard times with little or no help from government circles, all incentives going to polluting airlines taking all the hypocritical environmentalists on holidays abroad instead of Blackpool.

One mediocre singer the girl on Friday evening seen her a few times before reasonable voice but keeps getting carried away and ends up screaming needs some voice coaching so that she is aware of her limitations, she will never be an Adele regardless of her ambitions. She is letting your side down.

the staff were great and the location is good. Our room was lovely with sea view and great . Good for a overnight stay at reasonable price

The room was bright, but couple of issues like grouting in the shower. and one plug surround broken . Also it was right above the stage with evening entertainment daily. The hotel is dated in public areas and breakfast is basic
