A lovely welcome and a parking spot! That's rare in Blackpool. A nicely decorated room with comfy bed. Breakfast was made to order and beautifully presented cooked to perfection after a choice of cereals, juices and yogurts. There's a lovely sun lounge. The hosts Trudi and Malcolm are friendly and happy to help with information about the area and transport. I made an excellent choice booking this accommodation I could recommend to anyone. .

Owners are lovely people, very welcoming and full of recommendations for things to do and places to eat over the weekend. Room was comfortable, clean, quiet and well stocked with hot drink makings. Also appreciated the guest fridge, which meant we could buy things for lunch the night before. Breakfast was a decent full English on both mornings, made to order and set us up for the day. The event we were trading at might not have been up to much, but we'd definitely like to go back for a short break sometime!

Arrived to a warm welcome from hosts Trina and Malcolm 😁 Room lovely and clean warm and cozy. Bed comfortable and shower powerful. Lovely Full English Breakfast and choice of cereals fruit juices etc. Our stay was very pleasant and we would recommend this lovely B&B. The location is good. Tram 2 minute walk to promenade 10 minutes from Blackpool tower. Will be returning in the future

Friendly welcome even though we only just made the 10pm check-in. Large room with small shower space but husband found it easy to use which was amazing! Good choice of food at breakfast. Free car parking outside the hotel which was great. Short walk to the tram and seafront.

Hot chocolate and biscuits provided in the room (as well as tea and coffee) on first night but not on the second which was a little disappointing as they were tasty.

On a fairly quiet side street which afforded a better sleep than the promenade. The beautiful period property has been well maintained by owners. The public areas: foyer, conservatory, dining room were bright and clean. My 2nd floor room was big enough for my 5 night, solo trip. It had a good shower, toiletries, large and quality bath sheets. Nice bed linen. I was on B&B basis and the breakfasts were amazing!! Cereals, juices, fruits. Then the cooked breakfast was plentiful, well presented, HOT, and delicious. The owners couldn’t do enough for their guests and you could feel they genuinely care about their guests and their business. would love to return.

Its not a fault of the hotel really, but I need an almost “blackout” bedroom to be able to sleep. The white curtains were not for me. But that’s just my fussy preference.

Good breakfast and they went out of their way to provide my preferred vegan sausages.

Very warm welcome from Trudi & Malcolm, great breakfast & very comfortable room. Everything clean & spotless. Location great, about a mile walk into Blackpool or just a few minutes away from the tram stop that can take you into the hustle & bustle of Blackpool or to the more sedate Cleveleys & Fleetwood. Close to a local shop for your morning papers or cheeky bottle of wine, The Gynn Pub just up the road.

Lovely place to stay, very comfortable, very friendly, location is fantastic, just a walk away from the tram stop to catch to the main part of Blackpool front, or a little Walk if preferred. Breakfast was amazing, we would definitely go back. The hosts Trudy and her husband was outstanding and made us feel very welcome…

There was nothing that we would like improved.

The proprietors “Trudi and Malcolm” were very warm and welcoming, accommodating of my dietary requests. A fab cooked breakfast with plenty of choice, Delicious and beautifully presented. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and everything was provided for a very comfortable stay. Being in the North of Blackpool it is obviously quiet but the centre can be easily accessed by public transport or a leisurely stroll. The added bonus of car parking spaces meant I could easily park at any time of my stay either on the allocated spaces or directly on the roadside. I was a solo traveller for the first time but was made to feel at ease, I have booked to return in August for a long weekend.

Everything was fab

Conveniently placed for trams in a quieter area, pub close by with decent meals. Comfortable bed. Trudie and Malcolm were nice hosts. We were attending an event so had to go out before the 8.30 breakfast so Trudie kindly served cereals and toast etc early at 7.30 which was ok as we don't really do full English often.

Ensuite shower/toilet was a little small with sink in the bedroom.
