Can't praise the hotel and staff enough for the excellent customer service, they took their time to get to know our family and always were available to chat with us and our children about our day and what we got upto on our stay even suggested places to go to such as the wizard golf and places to eat, breakfast was good and you can customise it to your taste and know it was freshly cooked with a good verity to choose from, room was clean and beds were comfortable, the shower was easy to operate and good water pressure. Great access to both bus routes and tram lines on the doorstep,

Where to begin? A beautiful apartment with a huge balcony overlooking the ocean. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. It’s worth mentioning that the Wi-Fi doesn’t reach the apartment, but that wasn’t a big issue for us. There was some construction work being done on the façade (which didn’t bother us, the balcony was still fully usable), and we were even given free breakfast as compensation, which turned out to be delicious. The hotel is located slightly outside central Blackpool in a very peaceful area, but it’s easy to get to the centre by tram or have a lovely walk along the ocean. Christine and the others who run the place are such warm and kind people. We were so happy with our stay and would love to return. Out of all our stays during our Euro-trip, this was our favourite.

We liked all of it

The breakfast was really good, freshly cooked. The host was very attentive and efficient. The room was comfy. The view was nice but the windows restricted some of the view. It is an old building and has loads of the old world Blackpool charm that takes me back to my childhood. The location was perfect with a tram stop right outside. We will definitely go back.

Nothing really. It is full of the old world charm of Blackpool a proper tradition B+B. It's not modern but perfectly clean and very comfy beds. If you are looking for modern this isn't for you.

Gary & his mum were lovely, very friendly. They were great with our 2 little boys 😁They made a nice cooked breakfast. The location of the hotel is excellent, it's further up from Blackpool Tower & the piers so it's quiet at night time, which is perfect when you have young children. It's right next to the beach & a tram stop so travelling to the piers, The Sandcastles & Pleasure Beach was easy. We parked our car right in front of the hotel & didn't move it again until we went home.

friendly little team.. could not help enough. made an effort to remember our names and added tinned tomato's because I don't like grilled to the breakfast.. it was the little things. advised about the shower which tool a while to heat up. also about the drain which has a funny catch. even let us stay an extra night because we wanted to stay longer. it has been worth it.. handy for local transport if you want to leave the car. smack bang in the middle of blackpool and fleetwood. definitely thinking of coming back..

everything was good. water tasted a little funky so could maybe provide bottled water but otherwise great.

A pleasant little B&B on the seafront a little way out of the hubbub of Blackpool city centre. It's walkable from Blackpool North, though there is a tram stop nearby. The rooms are quite plain but clean and comfortable. I was greeted by the owner who was very friendly and helpful. I didn't get to try the breakfast unfortunately, as I was in town for the marathon which meant an early start!

The guys that own this lovely hotel are absolutely fantastic hosts , everything was explained clearly , with plenty of tips on what to do around the area . We got a room upgrade with balloons and banners and bottle of wine as we were celebrating a birthday . Room was very spacious with tea coffee making facilities in a kitchenette with fridge freezer , bathroom was spacious with a double shower . All was fresh and very very clean . I could not fault our stay just a shame we had to cut our visit short due to an emergency at home . Would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to friends . Thanks for a great stay see you soon

Lovely friendly people who ran the hotel. Couldnt have done enough for us. Hotel clean ,bed very comfy tea and coffee available in the room. Food was lovely nice cooked breakfasts. Would definately recommend !!! Fab value for money! Didnt get chance to say thank you to the land lady who was lovely so if she reads this thank you making it a lovely stay for us 😊 x

The location was a tram ride away to the piers. Tram was quite expensive had to keep buying a day saver ticket as the hotel was a 20 minute walk into the town. If we wanted to go back to the hotel to get ready for the evening and go out again the Trams only worked til 11.30/midnite so then had to pay for taxi as well to bring us back for the night.

Just as per other reviews, owners very welcoming and attentive and nice seafront property. My small single room with seaview was No. 16 at the top of the hotel was nice and comfortable with a shower room, I knew before from description it was accessed by steep stairs I was OK but others could have problem but as said mentioned in The Hotel Description. Breakfast was v good freshly cooked while I devoured my cereal. Would definitely visit again.

A wonderful apartment room with a splendid view from the balcony. It had everything you could need. We parked up in a handy space right outside the hotel and there was a warm welcome. Breakfast was just a little bit extra and was delicious. This is a well positioned hotel with very experienced owners. Would highly recommend.

It was all wonderful.
