Didn't have breakfast. The location is OK but it's quite a trek from the tower or piers if walking. There's a bus stop not far and easy access to the tram line The bed was comfy and slept well It's right on the seafront though is at the far end of the promenade

It's quite dated, needs a good refurbishment The shower was either cold or way to hot so strip washed on the second day Only one towel and hand towel for 2 people. The TV was tiny.no WiFi. Not much coffee ect in the rooms kettle needed descaling

I booked it because it was close to the venue and only £27 -- after I booked room I then read the reviews which in my view were total nonsense--the shower was hot- no damp that I could see or smell -- the staff we seen were extremely helpful and happy--the bed was a good hard mattress which I prefer--for £27 for the night it was great for my needs and also had a sea view

The stairs need a bit of a repair but I think the owners are doing a good job

I booked here as somewhere inexpensive and far enough away from the hustle but only minutes from everywhere . The hotel has recently been bought and is undergoing refurbishment and the price reflected that which is why I have kept with perfect scores . The host was exceptional and went above and beyond . I felt nothing was too much effort and I wish him all the success in his business .

This wasn't relevant to me but the owner (who was really open and honest )did say that whilst most of the rooms are fully refurbished that there are some that are not to the same standard yet but he hopes to sort that as soon as cash flow allows .

Currently in hotel staying for two nights. All I can say hotel I think is currently being refurbished freshly painted walls. Brand new mattress’s so smells clean and is clean. Staff will do anything to accommodate your needs if you’re considering staying here do it !!! White bedding white towels most importantly. There wasn’t mirror in bathroom on arrival but within minutes of asking if they have one we had one. I think they probably waiting on arrival of new ones I’ve stayed in some different places in Blackpool that I wouldn’t return to but I will definitely be staying here again when visit again!!! About 15 minute walk to the Blackpool tower. Tram stop right opposite the hotel too which are every 15 minutes outside hotel During peak times. 😃

The staff were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond expectation. As a single traveller they were not only my tour guide but made me feel like family when I visited. He even opted to be my unofficial photographer during my visit and that made for a great holiday experience. I would happily revisit and recommend to friend and family.

My experience at Jini hotel was wonderful, the room was clean and the staff were very helpful and amazing.They went over and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Blackpool. A big thank you to Mahesh who provided a top notch service.

The circumstances I am currently in, the staff, I felt went above and beyond after contacting many other hotels and no one could help me. They have eased the stress of my current situation at home and I’m eternally grateful. This was originally a 2 night stay which has now turned into temporary accommodation until I sort my housing.

For a hotel that is in the process of a revamp, I think this will become a very popular hotel close to tram stop so easy to travel up and down sea front, clean room, plus the private bathroom. Owners and staff are very hospitable and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely,even stayed an extra night, we will definitely be going again.

The staff were amazing. Overall, the experience has been very pleasant. My room was pristine and the attitude of the staff was outstanding, literally couldn’t do enough for me.

Staff were great, very welcoming, and opened the bar to us whenever we wanted.. Family run business with a great view. We will definitely be back soon we were hoping to go back 4 days after leaving but due to circumstances we had to leave it for now.
