The owners were lovely and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. They went above and beyond for us during our stay. It was like we were a part of the family. They made a fuss because it was my birthday. I was unable to go out for the meal my husband and I had planned due to a flare up of my Fibromyalgia, but the owners accommodated this by setting up a room for us to have a meal in and gave excellent recommendations of curry houses in the area. Absolutely incredible and we will definitely be returning when we have another weekend without our children.

There was nothing to not like.

Lovely quiet area, little shop and cafe 1 min walk away and nearest tram stop 3 min walk away. Nice modern furnishings and decor, spotless everywhere. Great added extras like plenty of hot drink supplies, small fridge in your room and small honestly bar on ground floor. Finding a fan in my room was great too as it was a warm weekend.

Only gripes were just little personal preferences such as our room a tad bit small, had to shimmy down the side/end of the bed, bathroom and shower were a bit of a squeeze too but still managed it. The mattress was comfortable and clean but for me personally I like a very firm mattress, this was more like medium firm but was so glad it was a sprung mattress and not a memory foam. These are very personal to me so not complaint at all just an observation.

Compact comfortable small hotel just outside the noisy centre of Blackpool yet convenient to either walk, bus or tram in. Small but clean rooms with all facilities that you need. A nice lounge area with a honesty bar if you wanted a drink thus trustworthy owners who also meet and greet to make you feel welcome. Great value for money per room per night.

Probably the lack of breakfast availability yet a visit to the Cafe 47 literally 100 yards up the road more than compensates! So nothing really 🤔

The front of the hotel was pleasant & inviting with great detail to flowering baskets hanging. Their was parking on the road but not dedicated to the hotel but space for us to park which was handy or a car park near by. The hostess greeted us on an early arrival & was warm & friendly as was her significant other later in our stay. We liked that it was "adults only" & was a reason we selected this hotel. It also had a cosy lounge area with an "honesty bar" which was a nice feature although we did not use it. The room was small as expected but had everything you needed plus extras & bed was comfy. We only stayed for two nights to see the "Airshow" & were not disappointed in any way & would certainly revisit this hotel again... It is a little gem!!!

The extractor fan in the bathroom was on the noisy side but not a big a big issue but would be a bonus if looked at. We did not complain!

Stayed for the weekend with a big group of people. We got a very warm welcoming from the hosts, they were very friendly and accommodating. The room was lovely, had everything you needed, we didn’t stay in the room much as we had a busy weekend so was just perfect for our purpose. Little touches were great, like cookies and different brands of tea, enough milk and sugar, two big waters in the mini fridge, a mini fan for when the room got too hot, plenty coat hangers in the wardrobe etc. The room was spotless! Bathroom clean! The honesty bar downstairs was fantastic, it was fun pouring your own pints, the lounge was large and felt homely, with board game and tbh he to play. Well worth the money, would most definitely stay again if I go to Blackpool again!

The only downside was the rooms were small-ish, but didn’t affect us as we didn’t spend much time in the rooms, they still had everything you need in the rooms and enough storage space for your things, so wasn’t an issue and the size of the rooms can’t be helped. I was in room 6 and the bathroom had a strong smell of cigarettes, that was the only negative.

On arrival me and my partner had a very warm welcome from the owners, they explained everything in great detail, (how the trust bar works, how to fill out your breakfast item list for the following day, how the lights work on way upstairs as they are on timed pressure switches) and then shown to our room which was really nice and welcoming and clean. The facilities were exceptional for a small double room from tea coffee making facilities even a small fridge. Beds were comfortable and clean. Towels supplied which were also clean, the decor was also really nice and up to date as was the bathroom facilities too. I could praise this hotel all day but I’m probably going to run out of character in this box so I’ll leave it there. We both really enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back again. 100% recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nothing everything was great

Owners were really Friendly and kind and happy to chat. The rooms were really clean and smelt nice and fresh . There is fridges in the room which is nice and tea makeing facilities. The beds are nice and comphey and a classy look to the hotel. The bar is open all night which is really nice and they give you a good level of trust to pour and make your own drinks. Overall very accommodating and was so happy I stayed here . Thank you will be staying again .

The shower was a little bit under pressured but with 9 rooms you would expect that. But there was nothing not to like about this hotel and owners were ace . Thankyou

Had a few messages before arrival regarding our stay which was lovely and helpful. Arrived and greeted with a lovely smile and shown around. Bed was super comfy, room was very clean and just all over a lovely stay. I also liked the little touches in the room such as makeup remover wipes, fresh cookies and tea/coffee facilities in the room.

There was nothing.
