Great hotel, excellent breakfast, and Jay the host was lovely

Bed a little hard,but only because our home one is very soft and not used to it

My son and I had a wonderful time 👍 👌 at this private accommodation. The place was so nice and quiet. The staff, who are the owners, were amazing 👏. Our room was very clean and the service was so good. The breakfast was very nice and served on time. We had easy access to the city centre and most of the attractions. Public transport is just across the road. Sometimes, we were walking alongside the seaside to other attraction sites. On my next vacation to blackpool, I would like to stay there. Thank you so much to Jay and your family for your kindness. 👌👏🙏

Lovely hotel, we booked for a weekend it’s was exceptional value for money for a family of four including breakfast, the hotel was clean, beds comfortable and the bathroom facilities all well maintained. It is clear to see the owners take a lot of pride in their hotel. Breakfast in the morning was lovely with the option for a cooked breakfast or a selection of cereals, also hot drinks and fruit juices available. We had fast check in and was out and about straight away thank you Highfield private hotel for a lovely stay I will definitely recommend :-)

Parking was a bit hit and miss as have to use the street or surrounding streets, but this is no negative in the hotel we just found a space and then utilised the trams for the weekend which worked out cheaper then paying for parking in central Blackpool anyway.

Perfection is guaranteed at The Highfield Hotel. This stay was as excellent as previously. The quiet location is just a short walk to the promenade. Many happy, delightful hours were spent sitting on the front admiring the sea view with the Lake District mountains being clearly visible. You must try watching the sunset from there. The sunken gardens with the waterfall are only minutes away as well. The outstanding qualities of the hotel and its location make for an extremely enjoyable and memorable holiday.

Stayed over Easter with my family and the staff were lovely and very helpful. Nothing was to much for them. They were very helpful and couldn't do enough. One of my children was very sick and they pointed us in the right direction to get him seen. Not sickness due to the hotel as he was not staying in the hotel with us. He was playing football in Blackpool and was staying in a different hotel with his team mates. The owners of the Highfield let him come to stay in r room with us and fed him whilst he was there and wouldn't take anymore money off us. Thank you once again Highfield. Keep up the good work 👌🏻👌🏻the location is right next to the tram stop what runs every 15mins up and down the promenade. The breakfast was excellent and they always asked if u wanted more when u were done.

the friendliness of staff, the fine dining Breakfast and the quality of the rooms. Whilst I was told check in times weren't until 2 o'clock, they let me check in early and get settled in. They went above and beyond by giving me a choice of rooms to stay in

The staff at the hotel and the entire service and environment were so welcoming and ideal that I have nothing to complain about

The Highfield provided a superb, full breakfast freshly cooked and presented with fruit juice, cereal, toast and coffee. The rooms were spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The location is excellent being just off the prom and close to tram and bus stops. The panoramic views from the prom in that area encompass the Lake District and Wales and of course, mile after mile of the Irish Sea. The attractive sunken garden with waterfall is just opposite the Hotel. The Hotel has its own forecourt with seating and a highly attractive display of bedding plants and flowers; the very essence of summer.

The whole place was very clean and the management was friendly and well organised. The breakfast tables were nicely set and the service was excellent. The bathroom was among the cleanest I have known and the shower was efficient with no water escaping.

The location was perhaps not to everyone's taste. It was close to buses and trams but the buses do not run late, so if you went out you had to rely on trams.However it is close to a quiet beach with good views,nice walks and plenty of seats.

Originally booked two nights however through no fault of the hotel and purely down to personal circumstances we only stayed the one night. Across the road is a tram station with an easy 10 min ride if not less into the main Blackpool promenade area. I stayed here with my best friend for the night for her 30th birthday weekend and was greeted with a very warm welcome and even had the offer of being helped with our bags which we thought was very thoughtful. The hosts always seemed very happy and welcoming and pleasant and friendly and couldn't do enough for you, always going above and beyond. Our room was lovely and clean, the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was really well served and tasty in the morning. Would highly recommend and If not down to personal circumstances, we would have stayed the second night....will definitely look to stay here again in future. 😀

Bedroom quite spacious, lovely modern shower, big downstairs lounge, delicious breakfast ever morning, friendly host as usual very helpful and the whole family of owners very nice and accommodating we were very happy and going home relaxed and definitely will be back thank you

3 things : 1. found some cobwebs on back of bathroom door 2. no towels change for a stay mon-fri not sure about the bedding as Monday and Tuesday were really hot and sweaty days 3. bed bit springy but nothing major
