Food (breakfast) was the best (even got offered a tiny bit of haggis!). Super-clean room. Bathroom tiny but enough. We had a bunk bed too for the kids. Maddie gave us a sheet for the night as well as it was boiling hot. Toiletries available (hand soap, shower gel, shampoo). We even got given bottles of water/flavoured water for the family. Maddie couldn't have been more helpful and lovely. She remembered all our names (including the kids). Give the hotel a call to discuss your needs and I'm sure you won't be disappointed ❤️

Sun in the bedroom windows from 5am. We tried to block the sun with spare pillows and towels. Something not quite right with the fan as it didn't blow much air (like perhaps the motor was back to front?). We had our own so it didn't matter that much.

The hotel is lovely. A very welcoming atmosphere and the hosts were brilliant. Probably the most comfortable hotel stay I've had. I don't normally sleep well in hotels but was so comfortable I had a great night's sleep.. Breakfast was superb. Excellent location, far enough away from the main attractions to be quiet and peaceful but there's a tram stop and bus stop virtually on the doorstep for easy access to the piers and tower. Just superb. Will definitely stay again.

Maddie and John from the start were very welcoming. My fault I booked a single room in error, they were more than helpful and gave us a double room for a little extra charge. The room was very clean and tidy. Everything you need tea coffee, iron and ironing board. The bar was lovely and reasonably priced. Breakfast was really excellent alot of options. Extra points to Maddie for making swans on the bed for both nights we stayed.

It's alittle far to walk to the tower especially when it's cold but this is not no fault of the hotel. Tram was only £2.60 and a taxi 6 pounds. I would pay this all day long for how good the hotel is.

Amazing stay with welcoming owners and other guests, everyone was friendly. Room was lovely and spacious, tasty breakfast included. Can’t wait to return. My favourite part was that it felt like a little family with the owners and other guests having a nice chat and few drinks together in the bar area. My children loved it and also got some sweeties out of the sweety drawer. I love how they have a toy corner for children to play with a few toys. See you soon. Toni and boys x

Can’t fault anything

What is not too like about this little gem!! Our stay was like a home from home. John and Maddie could not have been more accommodating, and I couldn't recommend this place highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble. It totally exceeded my expectations. Ideal for families and couples alike. Will definitely be back at some point. Rumour has it, that if you phone direct you may get a better price too 😉

From arriving at this property Maddie and John were brilliant, felt like we had known them for years, nothing was too much trouble, it was like a home from home, johns breakfast WOW absolutely beautiful and added bonus was the haggis for my partner, great value for money aswel, we will 100% return again

The owners were very polite and friendly we all felt at ease. They couldn’t do enough for us. They offered us their parking space but we had already found one. There are spaces on the property. The breakfast was beautifully cooked and there was plenty to choose from. Maddy was especially kind and patient to our 11 year old grandsons and myself as we struggle with food. The hotel was peaceful clean and was situated near the bus stop on the seafront. There is a shop nearby.

Maddie and John are welcoming, caring and great hosts. Room was very comfy and spacious. Maddie took good care of us from picking the best options for breakfast, it was yummy and cooked beautifully. Plenty of games to play and pool room has relaxing atmosphere. Location is perfect can walk to Blackpool tower and for other attractions. Parking was free which a bonus. Really enjoyed the stay, will visit again by sure and highly recommended.

the owners was very acceptable there were so friendly and helpful if you had any questions that they would answer them on the spot the facilities was unreal for what you get the breakfast I would say was 10 out off 10 and I would recommend that if anybody would stay there you would be very very impressed the location is so great it is only a five-minute tram ride from Blackpool tower

Property was clean and tidy. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay.The hosts were an absolute pleasure and couldn't do enough for us. Location was quiet and only a short tram ride away from Blackpool Tower,

I like high pressure showers ( this is more a personal preference) but the shower was more than adequate to wash with. So not something I would mark the property down for.
