We always find the Sheraton very comfortable, and the friendliness of the owners and all staff is admirable. The food is excellent, the evening entertainment and bingo are really enjoyable and the Wednesday complimentary trips are a definite bonus. Blackpool can be quite a busy place. Fortunately the Sheraton is in a quieter part of town. But still very accessible to all the amenities and other local towns if you want them. The tram service is excellent, and a very easy to access and regular. An easy way to get around locally, even i would say for disabilities and prams.

Everything about this hotel was perfect! The location, the staff, the entertainment, the food was AMAZING! Best place I have stayed in Blackpool. Thank you Sheraton! I was definitely the youngest guest staying there at 36 years old but you know what, I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The entertainment and food was amazing and I would deffo stay here again. The staff are very friendly and always love to have a chat with you. I loved staying with older guests and talking about life experiences.

Only thing was the scaffolding on the front of the building but it’s not a bad thing as this hotel invests a lot of money and keeping it up to date

The staff were amazing, so warm, welcoming and personal. I would say they went above and beyond by storing our bikes and even knocked up a mushroom stroganoff for my girlfriend who is a vegan. At breakfast, they put sunflower butter on our table too. The pool was very modern and added to the stay. There was a fan in the bedroom and the bathroom was beautiful with a high power shower. It’s a gem of a place that exceeded my expectations. Thank you to all the staff.

For us personally, sitting at the same table as others during dinner and breakfast was a bit uncomfortable.

The food on offer is wonderful. Makes staying in Blackpool easier , knowing you can come back to the hotel after a long day out and about and have a great meal. The swimming pool is great. Tram stop and bus stop right outside hotel: great entertainment

Only negative is rooms were too hot. I totally appreciate we had some very hot weather , but I feel the rooms could do with air conditioning as a table top fan was not enough and where our room was situated, no air was getting in the windows either. We had same issue last year when we visited

The food was on point ,absolutely lovely, the owner was helpful and very kind ,nothing was to much trouble ,entertainment focused on a specific age group,so wasn't really for us Kids room was a bit in need of some more activity ,other than that can't fault it ...swimming pool was very clean .

The room was hot and heating was hard to control ,I'm sure had we of asked the staff would of come up to help, also the lift was broken for a little while I had to come down and upstairs ,which were very steep ,however this was corrected in a short time .

Very welcoming, we emailed to update we would be arriving later then expected so requested if possible if we could reserve some food, recieved a call to update the options, the staff was amazing to reach out on our request, on arrival we was shown to our table and presented with our amazing food, entertainment was great, could not fault from entering the hotel to checking in to checking out, our room was lovely comfortable and very clean all in all I would honestly say this was an amazing break and hotel and will be definitely booking again

a plug socket near the bed would of been good but luckly I brought an extension lead so my issue was resolved

The hotel and staff are excellent, we booked on recommendation from friends who had stayed several times in the past. We had been told the food was excellent which unfortunately was not the case during our 2 night stay.

The evening meal we were served was of very poor quality. I had beef and my wife chefs chicken salad. My meal was at best warm and the vegetables' where in my opinion very undercooked and hard. The salad my wife ordered looked like it had been on the plate in a hot area as all leaves etc. where flat and discolored (yellow). The breakfast was of the same low quality with bacon as hard as the plate it was served on and sausage I could barely get my knife through. We were informed by the waiters that the chef had only recently been employed so thing may well improve (they have to).

We just love this beautiful hotel staff are very welcoming rooms are just stunning food is beautiful can't fault anything location is excellent trams and buses right outside indoor pool is spotless jacuzzi is excellent entertainment is good nothing to fault even Liz Brown the lady owner makes her appearance and Ollie her son is a lovely chap very friendly rooms are furnished to a high standard We've had 4 beautiful stays here this yr and will be booking again as soon as hubby is over his hip operation in sept

The staff make this hotel they are a great assesst They are so welcoming from the moment you arrive The food is lovely and very fresh and good quality The swimming pool is a added bonus and it was lovely to have that The cleaners are great and the rooms were very clean the location is great with a tram stop right outside and a shop around the corner If you need anything night entertainment is good if you want to stay in and have that but overall a great stay we will be back.

The room of a night time was extremely hot even with the fan on Also the seating at dinner we found was abit close next to each other and you had to seat were you was seated the whole stay which we found abit uncomfortable

The hotel was spotless the food was excellent. The staff were always very helpful and nothing was a problem with any member of staff . I requested a room with a walk in shower and got exactly as requested the hotel staff also provided some sandwiches and tea has we had. Travel delay getting there and they made sure we had a light bite and a warm cup of tea at no extra cost . Outstanding service .
