I didn't utilise the breakfast or dinner aspect due to leaving early for work and currently following some dietry precautions. I did have a look at the menu and it seemed fairly priced and interesting with varied fayre. the room is a decent sized room, has provision of a fridge. It was very clean with a daily room service too.

The heating could do with improving and the radiator was tepidly warm at its highest setting. I tried adjusting the radiator to no avail and had a staff member try too. I was offered use of a portable heater. It would be nice to arrive to a warm or neutral room.

The hotel is beautiful, in a lovely location. Everything was clean and the room itself spotless. Staff seemed unsure about allowing us to leave our suitcase with them in order to attend a wedding at the venue, which seemed odd as we can’t take a suitcase into a ceremony (though they did eventually look after our bag). Staff were friendly and well presented. The wedding we attended was fabulous and beautifully organised / run. Dogs are allowed! :) Comfortable beds - though my husband and I remembered we struggle to sleep in a double. Great pillows and lovely crisp bedding.

The room was very small and hot with a broken shower and a window that we had to prop open with a towel. The room price (without breakfast) was expensive considering the small basic room. The check in was odd as mentioned, and prior to check in I received several messages to promote a faster (pre)check in, but there were no links to complete this. Also there is no lift (completely understandable in the building context but worth noting if you have mobility issues). Drinks at the bar are expensive - but they do carry a fab selection of mixers which is uncommon and pleasant.

Beautiful hotel. The wedding ceremony room is stunning! Facilities are good. Staff are mostly friendly and attentive. Ethan, in particular, was fabulous! Clean and comfortable rooms with a very comfortable bed. The added products in the bathroom were a nice touch. Blackout curtains, fridge, safe, iron, and ironing board all provided.

The price of drinks is far too expensive. The net curtain in the bedroom was damaged, which let the room down slightly. The quality of the food was a little disappointing. A couple of members of staff lack customer service skills. Bottled water in the room would be great.

We booked a standard room or so we thought and when we checked in we were given room 6 just behind reception which was stunning, so nice we thought it was a mistake, on opening the door we thought it was a lounge to walk through to get to our room, then we saw the bed and realised it really was our room, the young man on reception didn’t say a word about it but when we asked why we got that particular room he said it was just allocated so luck of the draw! It was amazing and apparently the brides getting ready room, even had a private hot tub outside but it wasn’t working or we’d have used it. We ate in the restaurant and it the food was really good and most definitely be back but we’ve been spoiled now with that special room

I booked a solo stay here for the night before my friends wedding and got upgraded to a lovely luxury suite. The suite was incredible and allowed me to fully relax and rejuvenate the night before. The bathroom was huge and there was even a bath in the room. The TV had netflix and all of the apps so it was great overall. I was really touched by this and would most definitely return.

There is no mobile phone signal in the hotel which makes it difficult to take calls. I ordered food and had to walk to the front of the hotel as the delivery driver couldn't get through to me. Luckily I caught him whilst he was there. There were also no staff around which made it so difficult to order a taxi or even a cup of tea. The lady at the reception desk was lovely but I did struggle in getting answers out of some of the staff when I was in a rush to book a taxi to go to my friends wedding.

Although I arrived late in the evening and checked out early in the morning, when I arrived there were no staff to be found. It took quite a while for someone to appear. The toilet in my room had damaged floor tiles and the shower cubicle had problems with the shower hose and some mould behind the shower door. Not a huge deal, but annoying when you’ve had a long drive and need to rest and relax.

Nice hotel in the lovely village of Croft. We had a premium double room which was large and had an excellent modern bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

The hotel was busy and at breakfast there was only one member of staff serving all of the guests. This was insufficient for the number of guests. As a result we waited for around 30 minutes for breakfast. I ordered the full English which, despite the very high quality, was served lukewarm and borderline edible. I was told I would need to wait an additional 15 minutes to have it replaced so I declined.

Large room with recently renovated bathroom. Ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely! Really nice public areas and plenty of parking available. The member of staff who dealt with me was very polite, efficient and friendly too.

Curtains in the room could do with a revamp / replacing (very yellow and tatty). Very "fusty" smell on the main stairs landing!?! TV looked like it's predecessor had been a lot bigger which meant there was a smaller TV which was quite a distance from the bed, in a now offset wooden frame, with wires hanging down loosely.

The rooms were well equipped and great mattress and pillows, not particulary big but I was there only one night

The service for dinner was a bit slow, and being sat outside I think you were slightly forgotten. As coeliac the menu was adapted but the bread for breakfast a poor quality brand need to up grade there are beautiful multi grain options. Coffee could have been stronger

General appearance and atmosphere were lovely. The wedding was simply beautiful and the food was delicious. Well presented and promptly served. The staff were all professional, friendly and welcoming .

Fridge in room was not plugged . We had to pull it out to connect. As my husband needs fortified drinks as cannot eat we needed them to be cold. Also as a wedding party rooms were not all ready by 5.00 pm . A relative we’re given their key to find room unmade from previous guest .
