Excellent apartment, very well equipped & decorated. Great space in living area for catching up with friends. Lovely wee village with nice walks, shops & fabulous coffee shop. We had dinner next door in the hotel, lovely place & food was really good, staff lovely too. Only stayed 1 night but would definitely return.

Slightly later check-out at 11am would be much appreciated, 10am is abit sharp, very rushed in morning trying to get breakfast cooked, do dishes, tidy up, strip beds. Would also be helpful to receive notification that £150 deposit is being returned, I had to phone 3 days later to check.

Staff are all excellent very welcoming and friendly with first class service - the outstanding feature of the weekend. Apartment is really well laid out very clean with top quality fittings. Location - even in the torrential rain is good, everything close at hand and accessible and lovely walks -weather permitting !!! Having the hotel facilities next door for reasonably priced good food etc was very convenient, giving the dreadful weather during our stay.

personal choice of course but beds a bit hard for us and pillows perhaps need bigger pillow cases to allow them to squash a bit -very high and uncomfortable -but overall a very minor point

The Woodside gets everything right. From the very friendly service to the clean, stylish and spacious accommodation. It’s exceptionally well fitted out, to a good standard. The rooms were all comfortable and bright, and we were made to feel welcome. Parking is easy and we also enjoyed a good dinner at the adjacent hotel. We would definitely return.

The apartment is brand new so everything was spotless and shiny, clean and comfortable. We were in the three bedroom, which also has three bathrooms, two en suite. The bedrooms aren't huge, but they have enough room for what you need and the livingroom/kitchen space is very generous, well appointed, and comfortable. While breakfast isn't included with the self-catering apartments, we had breakfast every morning anyway after having had dinner at the restaurant our first night and really enjoying it. Very tasty. Lovely, kind staff.

One of the bedroom overlooks the delivery side of the restuarant. I actually thought this was going to be a huge problem and it wasn't. The first night, I didn't realize I hadn't shut the window fully, so an early morning lorry woke me. But once I closed the window properly, it was fine. And there's no 'pub noise' since they shut at 10pm.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and appointed. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms excellent. They had a breakdown with the central heating which couldn’t be fixed quickly but several electric heaters were put in every room and we were warm.

We couldn’t get into the apartment until a 4 pm check in which for the price of this accommodation was disappointing. On top of this they requested an additional £150 as security deposit even though the total cost had been asked for and paid weeks in advance of the trip. We found communication from this property quite curt. There was more emphasis on security and rules than on the welcome.

Very well equipped, clean, bright, large apartment, right next door to a restaurant/bar, in a very cute little town and just down the road from Deanston distillery (about 2 minutes drive). Three immaculate ensuite bedrooms, a full kitchen plus a living room. Nothing else is needed. A short walk into town for essentials and with plenty of parking.

If I have to pick something, then it is a first floor apartment and the stairs to reach the front door are a tad narrow, but that is only an issue when you are humping suitcases up and in.

Beautiful spacious modern apartment with lovely upgrades to the kitchen and living room . We loved that each room has its own en suite. It was it was close to a great restaurant operated by the Woodside hotel . The apartment is located in his own building separate from the main facility.

We loved this apartment. It was brand new, and really nicely decorated. Each room had its own ensuite. Warm and cozy, and a great location. Supermarket yo can walk too, and plenty of parking. The Sunday roast for dinner in the restaurant was also 10/10 Would definitely recommend staying here!

One of the bedrooms faces the kitchen for the restaurant , which can be abit noisy with delivery’s and people working, but it’s not too bad

Apartment new and high quality furnishings. Very good full English breakfast.

Minor issues: didn't particularly like the sauteed potatoes served with the steak at dinner. Seafood linguine was a bit of a mush, with no individual tastes. Tomato relish with breakfast not as good as ketchup. Overall, quality apartment, hotel and services. Had heating issues when we arrived, but was fixed inside two hours, and continuity issue resolved.

Lovely accommodation, friendly staff, good food and would definitely return. Few minor issues to feed back - no washing up sponge/cloths/spray for cleaning surfaces, dust on pictures/blinds/headboards/corners of bathroom floors, broken blind in one bedroom and small leak in roof of living room.
