Hotel was clean and everything worked well. The blue night-light in the bathroom is a great idea - visit the 'bathroom' without a bright light to take you up! Bus stop at the bottom of the drive. Breakfast was good with a good choice and all items were still available well after 9:00.
The location could be a bit better if you are not travelling by car. It is across the street from an Asda superstore, and within a fairly good walking distance of Dunfermline QM station, but a fair distance from Dunfermline town. I was surprised that my room was not cleaned (at all) on Saturday - the first full day of my stay. My room was quite noisy - especially from cars and taxis picking up and dropping off at the main door - which was almost immediately beneath my window. (You need to check the window is properly closed and locked!).

The staff were helpful and happy to accommodate anything. The bar was airy and open, and the breakfast was well equipped and neatly presented. Everywhere was clean and nicely decorated. The rooms were fresh and comfortable. Good use of bathroom facilities e.g. the bathroom door to cover the toilet area - useful for families when several people want/need to use the bathroom. The car park wasn't far away either and spacious. We enjoyed the location as around the hotel were plenty of places to eat and shop. It wasn't too noisy or busy, though. Every morning, we would watch the playful bunnies 🐰 outside on the hill and around the hotel. Great stay for a stressful time (visiting and collecting our Mum from hospital). Thank you so much! Would use this hotel again. ❤️
The one thing I and my brother both agreed on was that tea was slightly overpriced. We were very tired, so we didn't venture anywhere the first night (we stayed 3 nights in total). The food seemed home cooked, which was great, but we didn't think £17 for a medium pizza or £17 for a small lasagne was worth that. We would have ordered more if it wasn't as expensive. Very tasty though! P.s they also accommodated for my gluten free diet too.

The hotel was a perfect location for the conference centre - 200 metres away and it had good parking facilities. The staff were very helpful as I use a power chair to get around and they paid attention when I tried to open a door etc.
Although I did not ask for an accessible room because in most circumstances I don't need one, the shower required a step up that I a not used to because my own shower at home has a flat entry. As I was not paying attention I was not expecting to step up over the entrance to the shower. Perhaps staff could mention this at check-in so that mobility-impaired people are aware of the possibility of a trip.

Clean room, large and comfortable bed. Beautiful and well-organized bathroom, it was a nice idea to have soap dispensers available in the shower. There was also a kettle with coffee, milk, and tea. There was also an iron and a hairdryer, and a large TV. Overall, a nice room.
The staff is impatient with foreigners. My English isn't perfect, and I noticed some impatience. Our soup of the day wasn't great; it was sour and had a strange flavor. The elevator was working fine the night before, but the next day it made the noise of a tractor. I didn't feel safe going up it.

This was a clean and efficient hotel. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast buffet each morning and were pleasantly surprised that simple dinners were available to order for a reasonable cost in the evenings. It saved us going out again after a couple of busy days sight seeing. The staff were as really friendly and helpful.
We booked this particular hotel hotel because it indicated it was near the airport when, in fact, it was at last 20 minutes away. Also, we didn’t know shuttjj look e services were not available.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent location. We stayed here 2 years ago - still a great place to break a journey. Design of bathroom excellent! Lighting better than 2 years ago as there is now a good desk light - thank you for improving this!" Good communal area downstairs - welcoming - a place to sit and relax with friends or family.
Shower very slow draining - but will be fine for next guests as the staff were going to sort this straightaway. You used to have Earl Grey tea as a breakfast choice - please bring it back!

Bed was comfortable, room large. Bathroom also very good. At £55 for B&B for two on that particular night, 23 December, very good value, but more consistency in pricing for longer stay would be appreciated, even if prices are - understandably - increased for busier periods.
The lighting was VERY poor for use when reading. Availability of light is more important than design appearance, In this respect, use of the room on a winter evening was somewhat frustrating. Only one chair provided for a double room. At least two should be standard. However, a helpful staff member brought another. No guide to facilities or instructions for TV provided.

The hotel room was spacious, with plenty of storage and a nice long table for using my laptop. It was super quiet, the window could be opened to let in fresh air, the bathroom was lovely and rather big with all that is needed when travelling: clean towels, toiletries, etc. I particularly liked the fact that the room was so big but cosy at the same time, lighting was lovely, just right. Moreover, I got a great night's sleep undisturbed as the whole place was peaceful. I highly recommend this hotel and one I shall be returning to when I'm up again in Scotland. Ah, almost forgot, you've got a huge Asda superstore right in front as well as a McDonalds and petrol station all of which did not disturb but proved very handy when I need to put more petrol into my car and to get a few items from Asda. Lastly, wifi was fast, strong and reliable.
Unfortunately, the pressure in the shower was weak and the water was lukewarm though the water from the tap over the sink was hot. This did not detract from my enjoying the room as my overall experience was very positive.

Staff were so friendly. Easy to get there, 30minutes or less (depending on traffic) to Edinburgh city centre, but 5mins to Dunfermline city centre. Room was not huge but lovely anyway. There was a hair dryer and beds were comfy. You can buy your own food and use a microwave in the communal area. Also, dogs are allowed.
Water pressure of the shower was weak. Breakfast selection was limited and scrambled eggs were ok, but not the best ones (however it seems to be the standard across UK now)

Nice welcome and staff. Nice to be able to have a good dinner there too. Good premises for staying, and practical family room for two adults and two children. Good breakfast.
We do not like the English system with shared duvet, which disturbes our sleep. Individual duvets is far much better. We had to wait a long time to get hold of someone from the reception when we were going to pick up our suitcases, so the taxi had to wait a while.
