The staff were friendly and welcoming... Anything I asked for the staff was more than happy to help with. Always on hand if needed.

I could honestly say there was nothing as a sole traveller with very limited mobility, I didn't enjoy.

When we arrived, we were given the key for the room and was told that we had an appointment . Great place, very clean and tidy. We had stayed here the previous one and the room was great . Just like being at home

The only thing we did have a problem with was that the tv in the sitting room had no volume the first night . The kitchen tap was very slow running, and the shower had poir pressure.

I loved this hotel. The room was spacious and looking to the greenery, very clean, comfortable, has a small fridge and everything you need. The staff is very helpful and kind -with some exceptions though-. Breakfast was excellent. Totally recommend it.

The location is hard to reach if you don't have a car. You have to walk a long way -with your luggage if you are like me-. They provide a taxi calling service tho.

Ideal location (chosen for being right side of airport for my requirements).

Only one minor negative point: room at front of hotel affected by aircraft noise, will ask for different room next time- And there will be a ‘next time’ as very pleased with my stay on the whole. Everything else was great.

This place is a little gem, it is in a great location not far from the airport for those that are flying, it has a fab bar and restaurant and the food is delicious, room service is also available. The rooms are well equipped and exceptionally clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Great place to stay

The bed was just a little too hard for me as i have back issues. However, when I let them know on check out, they said if I stayed again to tell them in advance and they would supply a mattress topper .

Everything about our stay, the room was very clean and comfortable. Electric heater in the room which meant that we could have a comfortable temperature in the evening, a lot of hotels fail on this point. All staff were very polite and attentive, including quite young waiting staff who were very pleasant and who are a credit to the hotel. The food was very good and reasonably priced. I thoroughly enjoyed the very cold Mcewans 80 shilling beer! Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay and will definitely go back when staying in Aberdeen in future. Do not be put off by its' close proximity to the airport, aircraft noise can barely be heard.

The fact that there is a charge for Wi-Fi, this is a bit mean, most good hotels provide free Wi-Fi.

Room was large and comfortable. Most breakfast options were delicious (my partner was not a fan of the continental). Staff were polite and helpful, especially the older staff who had a lot of local knowledge they were happy to share. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet and peaceful. A very enjoyable place to stay.

Evening meals were too large to finish.

Shower runs for a long time before warm water comes through Food and drinks charged to the room, but was not presented with a summary to sign before checking out. Requested the invoice be sent via e mail. Staff member seemed surprised. Was presented with a scrap of paper onto which I wrote business e mail address. To be fair, the email was sent that day or the next day. But check out experience was rather unprofessional.

Staff is very helpful and friends . Places clean and tidy . Food was out of this world. It's very tasty and very filling . Good plat full. Would stay here again and have already been telling friends about it .

Two things I found wrong were the pillows being soft for me . And need more chose of tea's The room needs to be checked if things were used

Everything. This hotel is set in very pleasant grounds with outside seating and is easy accessible from Aberdeen city. The room was exceptional, very clean, great size with a comfortable bed and 2 comfortable chairs and a table and an outlook on to trees making it quiet and peaceful. Nice bathroom with walk in shower. The staff were professional, very pleasant, helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The evening meal was so delicious with a good choice on the menu. The owner served us breakfast which again was very good and he gave a potted history of the Lodge which was the manse for the church next door before it was demolished some time ago. We would certainly recommend this hotel and hope to return soon.

Everything was beyond our expectations, nothing not to like.
