Excellent location for our stay. Short walk from the airport and we could walk to P&J Live where the event we'd come for was being held. We arrived well before check in time and expected to have a long wait but we were checked in on arrival which gave us time to head into Aberdeen and explore. Our room (410) was quite big with ample storage. Lovely and clean, nice comfy bed. Good selection of foods at breakfast and the cooked to order items came piping hot. All the staff we dealt with were very pleasant and efficient at their jobs. Would happily recommend staying here if going to P&J live or visiting Aberdeen the bus from the airport to the bus station runs every 15 minutes.

Would have liked a bit more water pressure in the shower, just my preference, it did the job well enough.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel was ideal for the airport and the Press and Journal Area which we were attending a 2O min walk. The room was lovely and comfortable just what you want.

The things I say that I don't like was the breakfast was not great you can tell it had been sitting out in the buffet hot plate for a while. Then only facility which let the room down was the shower it was a based one was set to very hot or very cold no in between not like other crowne plaza hotels I stay at they have rain fall showers.

Room was lovely, facilities really good, coffee machine, bath, walk in shower, USB ports by bed, air con worked really well. Very clean & quiet. Restaurant lovely, also had access to the Club Lounge due to booking a Club Room, very worth while. Had breakfast delivered to room one of the mornings, it was lovely & hot. Great selection for breakfast. Hotel booked taxis for us.

The only thing, we had attended a concert at near by P&J Live therefore had an early meal in the restaurant. When we came back after concert we were hungry, ordered room service which was 24 hours but it doesn’t tell you that after 10pm the selection is limited, only pizza or a curry. Would have liked a sandwich as it was late on & didn’t want anything to heavy.

My son has stayed at all the airport hotels in Aberdeen and strongly recommended the Crowne Plaza. The staff were welcoming on arrival and explained my options re breakfast etc. The room was very clean and comfortable, the bed and bedding were luxurious and the shower was large and a delight to use. When checking out, a lovely young man named Muhamed (sp?) asked in depth about my comfort and stay, and then escorted me outside to physically point out the route to the airport. Definitely would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Nothing. I didn’t investigate in depth, but there didn’t seem to be room service although it may have been in the online information. Luckily I didn’t find it as I was considering ordering wine and had just come from a meal where I had consumed a sufficiency and was very glad to have missed out on another glass when I awoke.

The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance from the P&J live, which was the reason for our stay. The staff were friendly and quick to check us in and out. Value for money was amazing, there isn’t many hotels that have late check out, include parking and be under £100!

Our only issue with our full stay was a half drank bottle of water in the room fridge. Thankfully, that was easily discarded off and we continued our stay with no other issues

From the moment we entered the hotel, the service, hotel experience, facilities, and ease of access were fantastic. The room was modern, comfortable, and handsomely appointed. The hotel was backing onto the airport, so we were worried about the noise but didn't hear a thing in the lobbies or the hotel room. Bar staff were amazing, and the front desk hotel clerk Sharon was exceptional. Our key cards were deactivated twice due to my bag with a magnet, and we were swiftly helped. Thank you for a great stay in such a beautiful space.

The location of the hotel was perfect - less than 5 minutes to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely - very clean and very quiet. The bathroom was modern and luxurious. The whole stay was perfect. I would definitely stay again and would recommend the hotel to anyone travelling through Aberdeen.

The only thing I could have wished for were more pillows on the bed and I'm sure if I'd asked they would have been provided.

The hotel really accommodated my mum who needed a disability accessible room. The bathroom is amazing, it even has a speaker connected to the sound system inside the bathroom. The beds are comfortable, breakfast was great, staff were friendly and polite. There's also 5 disability parking spaces right outside of the hotel, and right across from the hotel, there's also more parking. But it is also in conjunction with the holiday inn hotel right next door. Also, about 2 minutes walk away, there's the airport parking which is £4 a day.

The room was freezing for about 2 days. Staff did try and move us, but the other room was just as cold. It wasn't the staffs fault, and the room started to heat up a day before we left.

Very clean, nice decoration, good breakfast, 5 minutes walk from the airport, good bus connection to the city center. Very supportive stuff.

I would enjoyed some more bath consumables, slippers and bath dress. Additional i had a big discomfort by receiving messages from the hotel via Booking.com messaging system, asking 150 for advance payment for the room, which afterwards proved was a phishing email.

Lovely hotel, very nice staff, nice room, good size, very comfortable bed, nice shower, great view of the airport and still very quiet and peaceful. Location is perfect if you're wanting to go to P&J Live for a concert which is why we stayed there.

Room could've been a bit more clean, it was a bit dusty and there were no bags in the bins, bathroom floor wasn't very clean and crumbs on carpet.
