Breakfast is a buffet with a wide selection of delicious food. The bed is very good. I slept well despite jet lag. There are pillows to choose from, hard or (soft) decision. Clean room. There is an iron and a hair dryer. The soap and shampoo smell very good. Near westhill shopping centre. 24 Hr check-in and check-out front desk. The staff are lovely and good service. The staff called a taxi for me when I was going to the airport. Thank you very much. Overall, very impressed.

There is no drinking water provided, but I have no problem with that.

Location and car parking brilliant reception staff absolutely fantastic so pleasant every facility you could need or want, ice and vending machines on the bedroom floor elevators too. Room tea making lovely bathroom hand wash and shower gel and shampoo big fluffy towels, Good bed comfortable my only problem and was mine my husband was fine the pillows were not very comfortable! Fantastic restaurant beautifully decorated lovely menu too, our breakfast was delicious and again everything you could want cooked, fresh fruit, yoghurt pastries, coffee tea juices we would definitely stay again and we recommend

You will not leave the same way that you came! The staff were very accommodating and kind. The best meal I've had in a long time was the haggis and mash. I've had some miracles since I've been here. That may have also been because l participated in jglm.org.uk conference nearby. I got to speak with my Scottish relatives for the first time. I just turned 50. Confirmation that God timing is prefect! You know Holiday Inn are quality set up if they also offer oat milk in your coffee. Come on! They also had a gym and their Wifi was A1 I was so thankful that they had posh pillows that my head sinks into 😊 I now wish to tell my world about this hotel I MUST DAY THE SHOWER WAS MY BEST HOTEL SHOWER TO DATE. I LOVE MY COLD SHOWERS AND NO ISSUES WHEN I PUT THE HOT BACK ON

Can l phone a friend.... Slightly bigger room maybe with higher raised chair if l had to say something. The management were spot on 👍 It would have been a dream come true if there had also been a pool and sauna. You know what, l cast my cares upon the Lord 💃 🕺

My experience of dinner will be detailed in the section below. The waitress who welcomed me into breakfast, I think ~ Gemma was charming. She asked me about my stay up until our meeting and when I mentioned to her the negative aspects of my dinner experience, she was clearly disappointed and was extremely helpful throughout breakfast service. Gemma was exceptional and reception staff were very welcoming but all staff encountered were very helpful. Breakfast provision in terms of choice and quality of foods was excellent. Thank you.

Dining area was very cold whilst guest ate dinner. Some even requested heaters. Staff provided oil heaters for those who requested. Also, after waiting over 35-mins for my sea bass to arrive, I caught the attention of a waiter who explained there had been a problem with the device that communicates with the kitchen and I had fallen foul of that. My meal then arrived within minutes ~ somewhat, dry but otherwise quite tasty. A complimentary drink to accompany my meal was offered.

Have stayed several times before great base and location excellent for shops and restaurants. Staff all helpful and friendly. Always a warm welcome from Dave (Manager). Breakfast is very good and breakfast staff very helpful and friendly.

The bed settee is not the most comfortable but okay for 1 night stay. The carpet in the room between the beds had a few bits of debris on it and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed very well. Room comfortable and warm. Air con making a dreadful noise so switched off and opened window which meant we could hear the Seagulls outside squawking early in the morning but don't think Hotel can do anything about that.

only concern is the sofa which was supposed to accommodate 2 person but the thing is that is very uncomfortable even for teenagers not to mention for a normal adult, I would recommend this for use only for children under 15 years old and just 1 person not two how is intended

The staff on arrival were very welcoming and helpful. It’s a great location for us to visit friends and family and the price is always reasonable.

The receptionist did not even acknowledge us when entering the hotel and not nearly as pleasant as the two gentlemen on the first evening. Not the hotels fault but kids constantly screaming in the rooms next door and banging against the walls.

Great hotel and great location. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. All very deserving of a mention. George, Laura, Dave and Paul to name but a few. Breakfast, a good selection, was very tasty and a great start to our day. Dinner, meals were very tasty but a selection of veg on the plate instead of one sprig of broccoli would have been preferred. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Music in the foyer was a bit loud and very repetitive. The seating could be more comfortable. Rooms, although clean and comfortable could benefit from refurbishment. Would like if some of the twin rooms be located away from the back wall and generators. Would be nice to have the option of a front view.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Good choice plenty to choose from. Also the meals in the restaurant were very good standard. The Haddock was the best we had tasted for a long time. Gemma and all the restaurant team were so kind and very friendly. We had booked an accessible room to accommodate my husbands disability. Could not fault it. Good size, clean, comfortable and one of the best bathrooms we have found which addressed his needs.

The lifts worked but were a bit scary due to the noise they made.

A great hotel, with superb customer service, gorgeous food (the breakfast is in buffet form - help yourself, and the standard full Scottish was OK, but if you really want a treat, ask for the Strawberry Cheesecake porridge. It was AMAZING!) Dinner in the hotel was delicious, the beds are comfy and the room was spacious enough for our needs. The air-conditioning was very welcome. It is perfectly placed with a small shopping centre opposite, a Costco 5 minutes down the road, and a bus stop right outside the hotel should you wish to go shopping in the city. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The only thing I could complain about wasn't the fault of the hotel. It was the noise of seagulls outside. Short of employing someone to stand on the roof and shout 'Shoo!' there wasn't much they could do about it! Noise cancelling earplugs help!
