Room was a good size, nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Not a huge selection but enough.

Bed just slightly too firm but that's obviously a personal preference. They really need to sort out their car park. It is far too small for the size of the hotel. Had to park along with loads of other cars in a field. Which after heavy rain gets very muddy/boggy!

The staff, very respecful, cheerful and willing to assist you promptly. My bad, I forgot to ask the name of the staff who gave a charger to my daughter and extended my checkout till 2 because my flight was at 4 pm. She was so willing to assist and very respectful and cordial. The rest of the staff was so good as well. I was happy with their attitude, they were all brilliant and friendly. Also the fact that you can book a taxi in the reception and dont need to bother about ringing up a taxi on your own is really handy.

There was nothing to not like, it was just very pleasant.

Room was pleasant, clean, spacious and very warm. Staff were also very pleasant and warm. Children loved the waffle maker facility and made lovely waffles. Loved the dairy free option yogurt and milk

Breakfast was better on second morning than first as there were more people on first morning and food that i could eat kept running out and had to wait a bit longer for replenishments. Would have loved to have the option of boiled or fried egg as that was not available.

Good breakfast included with lots of choice. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean, & it was very quiet.

Beds were rock solid- even my husband (who can sleep anywhere after 30 years in the military) commented & said it was like sleeping on the floor. Pillows were feather & very thin, 2 each were not enough for adequate support.

All round very good, clean hotel. Plenty of space in the bedroom. Desk and chair very good to work at. Good wi-fi. Nice quiet room. Good location. Nice new towels and toiletries. Didn't use the bar or dining area but all looked very nice.

Car park too small.

Parking wasn't great I had to park on the road outside the car park even though it said no parking but there weren't any spaces available in the hotel lot also the mattress was very hard i struggled to get comfortable

The property is nice and clean and staff are nice and friendly and also helpful.

It could do with an improvement on the very limited menu. Not only is it limited but most of what is offered is not for the average consumer or child friendly.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious and well worth the money, the room was lovely, the bed was really comfortable, it was that comfortable I didn't want to get up in the morning, and we also never heard any noise it was that quiet and we would definitely come back again plus it was also easy to get to it. It was our first time there but it won't be our last.

The only thing we didn't like was the limited choice of food available not everyone likes curries and salads and also the shortage of options at the bar, that was the only problem we had

The r o o m. Huge. The entire perimeter of the building. Everything. Busy but not overpowering with people everywhere.

A sudden visit to Aberdeen. Have spent short stays in Dundee Hampton Hilton. Liked this group, so decided to try it. Not at all disappointed.

Great location, within walking distance of airport and P&J Live. Quick check in with friendly staff. The room and bathroom were both a really good size, and were well equipped and clean. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. Everything seemed new and well put together, no worrying stains or other signs of wear and tear. The toiletries provided seemed of good quality too, and it had the lot, not just tiny bottles of almost useless rubbish. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap and body lotion in wall dispensers which smelled nice and did the job well. I usually have to buy expensive conditioner to cope with my hair, but theirs worked fantastically. The included breakfast was great, enough variety and decent quality. The waffle maker was a fabulous addition. What you get for the cost is amazing really, I've paid much more for way worse in the past.

My room was right above where delivery lorries parked and offloaded, and if I didnt have to get up early anyway I would've had little choice but to do so as they were not quiet! I reported an issue with a stuck sink plug but no one got around to fixing it. It wasnt a massive issue in itself, but I've never understood why hotels dont seem to have an simple, robust procedure for reporting and sorting niggles like this. I've stayed in many different places and nowhere has, this isnt unusual. I just bailed out the sink with a cup and I'm not the type to kick off about a little snag like that, but its something that could irritate yet be fixed so easily.
