Flat was very clean and very well equipped. Nice quiet location, but close to main roads. Breakfast cereals, milk, yoghurt, pancakes and jam in the fridge, and fruit on the table in the living room.

Information from booking. com gave a PIN, but this was not the code to access the key pad. email from owner didn't come through, so we had to phone to get him to come round to sort out which flat we were in, code for the lock box , and wifi password. It only took a few minutes, and he was very helpful, but it wasn't ideal. Also, another couple came the next day and they thought the PIN from booking.com was their code, so they didn't have the full information either. Shower head was a bit odd and leaking, so we covered the holes with some duct tape.

My wife and I loved the comfort and space overall. Definitely a home away from home. Continental breakfast was a nice touch, but even better, the fruits and orange drinks were great as my wife has dairy allergies. It was amazing having a pineapple one of our favourite fruits. Well organised bathroom, a shelf or two would be nice to put own toiletry, organised kitchen facilities; just a heads up minor attention to cleaning in kitchen draws & cutleries not every guests clean well; and also sofa. Overall, the care to deliver good customer experience is evident and heartwarming.

I l8ked everything couldn't fault it I personally would suggest just updating the tvs to smart tvs that way when you stay can just log onto your own Netflix,amazon prime or disney and have more choice of what to watch. I think it would just make the place perfect which it was pretty close anyway. There was however a very big collection of dvds to choose from so was great anyway but I just think if you updated the tvs it would fit with the smart decor and lovely experience just a suggestion

The location was very good - a quiet and pleasant residential area. Ten minutes drive to the centre. Plenty of free street parking. The apartment was small, just big enough for two, but had everything one needed. The heating on a very cold January week was very good. WiFi and the shower was good

Tried to contact the owner / manager about the front door lock which was sticking, but there was no response at all. Managed to get through the week without being locked out, but not good in an emergency. Some of the window blinds needed attention.

Lovely spacious apartment, fridge well stocked, well supplied with good quality towels and tea coffee sachets.

Cups were too small as we prefer mugs, but that is really not picking! I could have done with a shaving point in the bathroom and somewhere to charge an electric toothbrush however I do appreciate the restrictions of a beautiful older property. Quite difficult to find somewhere to eat without going into the city centre.

Beautiful quiet and tranquil area and the apartment was absolutely gorgeous. If you get in a place and can see yourself living there, you know it’s a good sign. Everything was clean, fresh fruit and continental breakfast was left by the owners, which was much appreciated. Communication was superb and getting in the property was very straight forward. The apartment is definitely a credit to the owners and definitely one that I have now saved as I will look forward to stay again in the future.

I always come to Aberdeen and stay at this place. Everything is perfect there. Always very comfortable. Everything is very clean and well maintained! The staff are very welcoming and the cleaning is impeccable! the little breakfast this is so cute!

Nice laid out apartment. Quirky layout given the history of the building. Easy to access property using keypad. Recently updated. Delighted to have breakfast items and fruit available.

We were on the first floor and my daughter is disabled (amputee). She managed to use the stairs to the apartment and take the stairs into the bedroom but she had to be careful. When booking again, which we will definitely be doing, we will request a ground floor apartment.

Loved the location and the quiet street. Loved the facilities inside the apartment. Had everything, even washing powder and washing up liquid. Absolutely belting place to stay. Would definitely return and recommend.

The pillows. 🫣 Too big. But just went Asda and brought a couple, no problem and couldn't let that fault anything. Great everything else. Top accomodation.

Lovely period building in a quiet (minus the gulls 😆) residential area. Easy to get into town centre on bus/taxi. We were in the lower apartment but could see the North Sea from the kitchen/living room window. I’d imagine higher floor would have an even better view. Modern & comfortable. Had everything we needed for a long weekend. Nice touch of yogurts, milk, cereal, fresh orange, tea & coffee.

One tiny wee thing - the bedroom door handle was a bit screechy, especially in the middle of the night!
