It was very clean, warm and comfortable. Had obviously recently had new carpets and a lick of paint etc. Some may view some of the furniture as being a bit dated but it was all very functional and usable. A really warm welcome from the staff (they even called before hand to check we didn't need a travel cot as they noticed a young child in the booking which was a really nice touch). Well equipped kitchen, loved that there was a washer/dryer combo. Great value for money.

Table and chairs would have perhaps been better placed in the living room. I can understand why they would want them in the kitchen with the tiled floor (rather than on carpet) but they took up a lot of room so it did make it difficult to have more than one person in the kitchen. Alternatively a smaller table might have helped.

We were particularly impressed by the exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional service provided by the on-site office staff. We were a little later than expected when we arrived, yet the lady in the office ensured we were properly attended to before she finished for the day, and later in our stay, when I requested some general information about Aberdeen, both office ladies could not have been more helpful. The apartment was excellent, spacious, very well fitted out with every facility in perfect condition and well maintained. It was an apartment that we could happily have moved into as a permanent residence.

We didn't like the three floors and 45 steps we needed to climb to get to the apartment, especially as we don't travel light, so had some quite heavy cases to carry up the stairs. A lift would have been very welcome. On a positive note we did enjoy some good views from the windows on two sides of the apartment.

I booked at v short notice (after office hours on day of arrival after another booking fell through). Quick telephone call to hosts who were very helpful got me checked in and settled very quickly and easily. Lovely building, interior had everything I needed for my stay, and location suited me well for my visit. Will definitely book this property again in future visits.

There are no lifts in the building. We requested a ground floor apartment for my mobility impaired mother (which we did receive) however she was unable to shower because she couldn’t climb into the bath. Having accessible bathrooms in the ground floor apartments would be very helpful. Was a bit further out of the city than I was expecting - a 10 min drive.

Good location, within half hour walking distance from Union street or a few minutes by bus. Both Co-op and Tesco express nearby as well as eating places and a coffee shop. Free parking. Apartment clean and well serviced on the whole.

some of the lights weren't working and the kettle switch had to be held down. This only became apparent on our last night however as we were out and about a lot. I left a note about the kettle.

The apartment itself was nice and spacious, felt homely and was really clean. It was about a 20-30 minute walk from the centre however there is a few local shops nearby including a Tesco express and a boots. There is also a chip shop next door The beds were super comfortable and the shower was a good pressure and temperature It was very easy to check in and check out

Self catering - no breakfast. Kitchen facilities were adequate Location was excellent. Buses into town right outside the main entrance. We've stayed before and will in the future.

Lack of adequate coat hangers. Requested ground or first floor but was allocated accommodation on the third which was quite a climb upstairs.

Lovely modern, large apartment. Very Well equipped and very nice staff. The unit was very clean and the carpet was so new the doors were difficult to open! Supermarkets nearby. Plenty of parking

We had a 4th floor apartment with NO LIFT. Slightly further out of town than I thought from reading the description. We walked one day and it was 3km from the unit to tourist info office. 45mins. But it was flat and easy to do.

Clean, comfortable, well appointed with the basic essentials provided, good quiet location, easy parking, friendly staff who were very helpful. Perfect for our needs and the dog was welcome too. Will definitely stay again when visiting family in the city

Water came out of taps very slowly, so bath took rather a long time to run!

Nice apartment, with parking and close to the center. There's a bus stop in front of the apartments in case you want to take local transport. There's a Tesco and coop nearby with couple of restaurant nearby.

Nothing everything was good, the only side can be if your room is on the top floor then there's a lot of steps to go up and down.
