I could say only good things about this hotel. Superb location, just around the corner there's Union Street, but because the hotel is situated in the lane and off the main road, the atmosphere here is peaceful and quiet. Modern building with an interesting and colourful interior; clean, comfortable and cosy. Our room was not big enough, but with a panoramic view of the city, which was definitely a bonus. All the amenities were available: kettle, coffee machine with the coffee and tea plus a complimentary couple of bottles of spring water. Very thoughtful, indeed. All the facilities at the bathroom were clean and in a perfect working order; high quality toiletries- at hand, even bathmat in the shower cubicle was the additional thoughtful touch. Bath robe was available too. That was nice! Full English breakfast as well as continental one was on offer for breakfast. We asked for the bowls of home made porridge, that was tasty. Thank you for the friendly atmosphere and helpful staff, especially housekeepers. Oh, forgotten to mention the bed, very comfortable indeed. Brilliant stay for us! Highly recommend the hotel.

Nothing. Just would prefer to have a bigger sized room. Apart from that, everything was great!

Only stayed a night but had a wonderful experience here. Spacious room, quality toiletries, block out curtains and convenient location for an excellent price. Room had an iron and board which I love having. I had requested a quiet room when booking and upon arrival the staff member mentioned that they saw that note and they gave me a room quiet room. It is my 3rd stay at a Radisson hotel within a year and they have all been excellent.

If I was being picky I would like a top sheet and a bar fridge. I think it would be good to organise a discount parking rate for hotel guests at the lot nearby if possible. But these are only suggestions. My stay was great.

Seamless from beginning to end....staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very well priced...very central whilst not noisy...apart from the seagulls in the mornings. Overall no complaints and would definitely stay there again.

Very minor, Only had two pillows between us but staff quickly supplied extra on request, TV had limited channels and would have liked a music channel or radio station to listen too whilst getting ready to go out and felt breakfast was a little pricey in comparison to what is available right across the street.....but these are not complaints

We have been here many times but this time was different. We had a superior room ? I would never class this as a superior room. We actually never complain and never this time either as it was only one night . We could see crumbs under the bed and no not right under you could see the crumbs just by standing and looking down. There were no hangers for your clothes either it was very basic but Never a superior room It was no different from the rest of the rooms we’ve been in on our previous visits . Location is absolutely perfect and that’s why we always went there . Breakfast was really nice as were the staff.

As I said very basic Only 2 pillows on a queen size bed No hangers could’ve been a bit cleaner.

Loved it got fresh towels, vins emptied, general tidy and all new dishes and stock each day. The staff were so kind and did go above and beyond. Service was quick and kind. It was quiet and the beds were comfy. Dinner was lovely.

Both mornings of my staff. 90% of the restaurant was blocked off for tour groups sand there wasn't enough tables for residents. The breakfast was pretty standard too. They also didnt have alot of vegetables to add to meals. The food was lovely but they didnt have broccoli or prosecco.

Spacious room, very clean hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Nice bar and lounge are. No complaints.

Although breakfast was generally good especially the continental, I found some of the cooked produce of a poorer quality, ie sausages, and scrambled egg over cooked making it rubbery. Tomatoes were dressed with herbs which is a no for me and beans were more sauce than beans. Continental all the way for me,,which was lovely. Everything else about our stay was great. This is just a minor dislike.

Central location Service staff during lunch was great, fast reaction, customer friendly with all customized extras

Service staff in the bar was not interested, we felt totally not welcome. Bar closed at 10 pm and really all the special drinks for this region in the card (whiskey as it is Scotland) were not available! Bar staff told that are only empty cartons on display and only show, we can only have one from Ireland :D ridicules!!! And this 3 nights in a row, no motivation to fill up stock - at least to what is in the card.

Good location just off Union Street and a short walk to the centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice bar and dining areas. Comfortable room and nice bathroom. Appreciated the water bottles. On the 5th floor with a good view. I was there 3 nights and slept well. It was winter. They put a small, free standing electric radiator heater in my room, which worked very well, and was necessary in this weather! The breakfast was not five-star but was good and had everything I wanted.

Nothing really, only small details for perfectionists!

The room was gorgeous and lived the air conditioning and big tv. The bed was so comfortable and everything very clean. Will definitely stay again. And coming in very late after night out. The man was so lovely letting us in as he spotted us.

The large lamp didn't work. And it really needs a good light fitted directly above the big long mirror by the door because the one small spot light directly above the entrance door isn't enough to say do make up or hair. And there was no packs of biscuits with the tea and coffee. But overall it was absolutely lovely room.

The room was excellent, i loved that shampoo, conditioner and body wash were all available aswell. I just wanted to also thank the two gentlemen working on reception the night me and my friend checked in. We were having some trouble with a guy and they made us feel very safe and comfortable. I cannot thank them enough for the time they took to cheer us up and make us feel comfortable. Two amazing employees who did more than they needed too. 11/10

There wasn't anything i think could have been better
