Very good location central for shops bars restaurants. Bus and train station nearby. Room was clean and comfortable complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was good with a choice of cooked and cold options juices fruit, tea and coffee. Staff very friendly and helpful Will certainly have a return visit

We stayed here due to the convenience (arrived by bus, left by train). The hotel is directly connected to both the bus and train station, as well as the mall. It was clean, modern, and comfortable. A basic business type hotel room, but with incredibly friendly desk staff. The price was quite attractive, especially compared to other cities we stayed at in Scotland.

The location can't be beat if you have a train or bus to catch, but you will have to venture out a bit if you want something to eat beyond basic mall food. The hotel restaurant is decent, but we found better fare in the neighborhoods.

I had requested a quieter room as I am a light sleeper. I had sensible expectations as the hotel is located right in a shopping centre so it was likely to be a bit noisy anyway! The first room they put me in was right at the front, a lovely room but I knew it would be too noisy for me at night. I requested a move and was immediately moved to a quieter room at the back. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, including the bar staff who made sure my table was clean and that I was having an enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel. Ideal location right next to the stations, clean, comfortable, polite helpful staff and overall a very good experience.

Not much! For where it is located I could deal with a little bit of noise, which I would expect in a hotel anyway.

The staff were lovely and immediately accommodating - allowing my partner and I in an hour early. The room itself was cosy, with very helpful items like a hairdryer and iron/iron board provided. The bathroom was also a highlight, and I enjoyed a bath. I ordered a sandwich at around midnight from the 24-hour menu, and the staff kindly didn't charge me for room service as I'd wandered down to reception to inquire about ordering. The staff overall were such a delight. The location of the hotel is perfect for anxious travellers as it's directly next to the train and bus stations.

There were seemingly no big lights in the room, and the lights you could turn on at either side of the bed were a tint that irritated the eyes. However, there was one other smaller light that I was able to use. It was stiflingly warm in the room for the majority of my stay, and I was unable to open a window - I fiddled with the fan settings to no avail.

Great first time stay at Leanardos Aberdeen but will definitely be back Stayed with elderly parents in 2 adjoining rooms on 3rd floor with door between them that could be unlocked Rooms had a great view. Folks had the accessible room and their bathroom was perfect with shower seat and handrails. The hotel itself is very comfortable and perfectly situated in Union Square next to bus and train stations. Staff were kind. Oggi on the desk was friendly and we commend the lovely lady who sorted out folks' shower seats that needed oiling in 5 mins. We were sad to leave but will be back

As soon as I walked in, I felt very welcomed with the reception desk ☺️ I had already checked in online, so it was a smooth transition. I love the location of the hotel, especially for a shopping trip! The beds are very comfortable. I was impressed with the breakfast in the morning that I had paid for. Everything tasted great. Usually, scrambled eggs are so dry, but they are soft and fluffy! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Traffic is a little nosy from the bus station below, but nothing major. Just meant I couldn't leave my window ajar, but there is an air con in the room you can use. The room was too hot in the middle of the night. Everything was exactly what we needed it for.

Central location

Felt like there was a staff shortage as not much staff going about. On arrival we had to queue to check-in and there wasn’t much staff on at breakfast. Breakfast felt disorganised. We didn’t receive a ‘good morning’ or cheery welcome, just took room number and moved on to people behind us in queue, wasn’t shown to a table, we were just left to wander through dining room to find a clean, set table. Only one coffee machine working. Food hot and good enough choice but not a big dining room for size of hotel. Went and asked for a tea spoon but was told they didn’t have any, odd, then waitress turned her back, wasn’t offered a solution or alternative!!

After a long train journey up north the location of the hotel was a great joy to me. One minute walking from the station and I was there! It is also good that the hotel is attached to the shopping centre because it gives lots of choices for food and there is also a cinema as well as shopping, if that's what you want. It's not far to Union street either, which seems to be the heart of the centre. The staff were happy to accommodate my vegan diet and made porridge for me the first morning.

The pillows were far too firm and therefore I didn't get as good a night's sleep as I could have done. Could have done without the fire alarm one evening but that was not anything the hotel could control.

We liked how friendly the room staff that cleaned are rooms any thing we asked it was no trouble lovely people. The room was very nice and clean the bed we didn't want to get out of it was very comfortable. The restaurant and bar staff very friendly. Reception staff some were not very approachable. But we loved are stay very pleasurable and enjoyed are stay at the Leonardo hotel very much. And will be definitely coming back soon. As that was are second time. And is are happy place the hotel and surrounding places to go.

Nothing just wish that there was a restaurant in the evening so you could have a special meal but there was lovely food available would have liked a two or three course meal. Overall the food was excellent Happy with the choices that was available. Would definitely recommend the food at the Leonardo Hotel.

I must commend all the staff we encournered during our staff. They all had a very friendly and helpful manor. I would particularly like to mention the young man that was on the main reception on our check in and again the following day on our check out. He was extremly helpful, just seemed happy to help too and nothing was a hassle. He is an absolute credit to your team. I had made some pre visit requests, the key one being ajoining rooms, with a view out onto Guild street, and was very pleased that this was accomodated so easiliy, thank you.
