Very good location central for shops bars restaurants. Bus and train station nearby. Room was clean and comfortable complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was good with a choice of cooked and cold options juices fruit, tea and coffee. Staff very friendly and helpful Will certainly have a return visit

The quality of the breakfast and the bar and grill were excellent. I really enjoyed the room service and the speed knees of delivery. Being located in the mall gave me an endless choice of shopping and dining. The ability to access either the railway station or the bus station without leaving the premises was so convenient, especially in colder wet weather. Staff were always available and ready to fulfill my needs. When I accidentally left my bag with passports etc. they contacted my room and returned my belongings safely to me. I will definitely stay here any time I'm in Aberdeen. Excellent value for money.

Excellent location, we arrived by Train and the Hotel is within 100m internally accessible through the shopping centre, although could not find the entrance as it is on the 1st floor. Check in was slow, only one person dealing with customers, for the size of Hotel that was surprising. Eventually checked in was assigned a room on the Hotel’s lowest floor, where i always request high floor, where i highlighted my request was for high floor where she initially said the hotel was full, however when she checked the booking she provided a room on a much higher floor. Poor interaction really when it appears to me un-necessary. Room was fine, Central location was excellent, however all the Restraunts appear to close 9.30pm so a bit difficult to find an eating place after this time at night, surprising again. Breakfast was straightforward, normal fare, although somewhat limited, on the days coach tours stayed it was a bit hectic at breakfast. The hotel is adjacent to Union Street and walking distance to the highlights in the City Centre. Checkout was straight forward.

From beginning to end the staff made my staff so easy. As a wheelchair user solo travelling can be difficult, the staff, and the room, made it very easy. My room was spotlessly clean and catered for my wheelchair. The bed was at the perfect height and was so comfortable. I really did appreciate the automatic button to open the door, no struggling required. Breakfast was a very pleasant experience. The young girl immediately made space at a table for my wheelchair and the young man who took a plate and filled it with what I wanted was a godsend. Then he brought me coffee and orange juice. He was so pleasant and helpful, a real asset to the company, hold on to him! I will definitely use this hotel again.

If I were to pick on anything, and it's the only thing, I would say that an automatic button on the outside of the accessible room would be a huge help as the door is quite heavy.

We stayed here due to the convenience (arrived by bus, left by train). The hotel is directly connected to both the bus and train station, as well as the mall. It was clean, modern, and comfortable. A basic business type hotel room, but with incredibly friendly desk staff. The price was quite attractive, especially compared to other cities we stayed at in Scotland.

The location can't be beat if you have a train or bus to catch, but you will have to venture out a bit if you want something to eat beyond basic mall food. The hotel restaurant is decent, but we found better fare in the neighborhoods.

I had requested a quieter room as I am a light sleeper. I had sensible expectations as the hotel is located right in a shopping centre so it was likely to be a bit noisy anyway! The first room they put me in was right at the front, a lovely room but I knew it would be too noisy for me at night. I requested a move and was immediately moved to a quieter room at the back. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, including the bar staff who made sure my table was clean and that I was having an enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel. Ideal location right next to the stations, clean, comfortable, polite helpful staff and overall a very good experience.

Not much! For where it is located I could deal with a little bit of noise, which I would expect in a hotel anyway.

The staff were lovely and immediately accommodating - allowing my partner and I in an hour early. The room itself was cosy, with very helpful items like a hairdryer and iron/iron board provided. The bathroom was also a highlight, and I enjoyed a bath. I ordered a sandwich at around midnight from the 24-hour menu, and the staff kindly didn't charge me for room service as I'd wandered down to reception to inquire about ordering. The staff overall were such a delight. The location of the hotel is perfect for anxious travellers as it's directly next to the train and bus stations.

There were seemingly no big lights in the room, and the lights you could turn on at either side of the bed were a tint that irritated the eyes. However, there was one other smaller light that I was able to use. It was stiflingly warm in the room for the majority of my stay, and I was unable to open a window - I fiddled with the fan settings to no avail.

Great first time stay at Leanardos Aberdeen but will definitely be back Stayed with elderly parents in 2 adjoining rooms on 3rd floor with door between them that could be unlocked Rooms had a great view. Folks had the accessible room and their bathroom was perfect with shower seat and handrails. The hotel itself is very comfortable and perfectly situated in Union Square next to bus and train stations. Staff were kind. Oggi on the desk was friendly and we commend the lovely lady who sorted out folks' shower seats that needed oiling in 5 mins. We were sad to leave but will be back

Nestled right smack in the center of the city, plus next to a major shopping mall, so there are a lot of food option right next to you. Good breakfast buffet Nice and efficient team, and good view from the 5th floor

The room itself was very clean The bathroom though was the downside, clean as well , but there was alot of mold between the tiles Also, the finishing of the bathroom, looks more like an 80's dorm bathroom than a hotel. No stand a lone shower, only a bath and if ur above 6.1' then good luck Honest, the shower needs renovation sharpish

As soon as I walked in, I felt very welcomed with the reception desk ☺️ I had already checked in online, so it was a smooth transition. I love the location of the hotel, especially for a shopping trip! The beds are very comfortable. I was impressed with the breakfast in the morning that I had paid for. Everything tasted great. Usually, scrambled eggs are so dry, but they are soft and fluffy! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Traffic is a little nosy from the bus station below, but nothing major. Just meant I couldn't leave my window ajar, but there is an air con in the room you can use. The room was too hot in the middle of the night. Everything was exactly what we needed it for.
