Place was very tidy when I arrived, Staff was lovely

Only issue was Internet didint work on my phone, but this was an issue with the old owner so cna understand it would take a while to fix!

Exellen location and clean room

Perfect comfortable budget hotel with friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed, little noise and right in the city centre! Lift was out of service but the receptionists took care of getting my bags to and from the room. Would definitely stay again!

It was satisfactory taken everything into account. I would return.

Neighbour kept slamming the door late at night but that's the guest's responsibility. Some young British people can be incredibly self-centred and selfish, especially in hotels, when they are with friends for the weekend.

Overall very good stay. Close and convenient for a gig at the Garage Venue. Staff were lovely. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Had all your basics that you needed. little car park round the back.

Noise from clubs nearby but that can’t be helped.

We had a very comfortable stay was nice and quiet clean had a good sleep in the beds there was plenty tea,coffee etc was definitely worth ever penny would definitely return

The room was clean, the bed was comfy, room spacious and great location

The staff were very friendly, the room was very spacious, free WiFi, smart tv in the room which meant you could watch Netflix, Disney+ etc during your stay, lovely bathroom with a hot shower had a desk with a chair, a rail to hang clothes up on.

the bed was broken but they have tried to fix it. I was on the 1st floor and my room looked out on to the street which meant I had to keep the curtains closed the whole time I stayed as people were able to look in, maybe some frosted vinyl on the window would be good so guests can have the curtains open for some daylight during their stay but other than that it was a really enjoyable stay.

When we got to the hotel door I couldn't find the entry code so we phoned the front desk to be instantly greeted by the friendliest most welcoming man from the front desk! We were briskly in the room and it met all our requirements. We were only staying for 1 night to go out clubbing and the hotel was literally around the corner from the city classic Underground, and probably less than a 5 minute walk from the likes of Prohibition, Soul, and places towards the end of Union Street. For the price I was pleasantly surprised as I've paid a similar price for other guest houses in Aberdeen and this is by far the best of its price range! Beds were comfy, room was super warm, and there was an en suite in the room among ample space to get ready. On top of this you can park your car 5 minutes away for under £8 for over 24hrs at the train station car park! We had to phone reception in the early hours of the morning and were met with the same man from the front desk and he was super helpful once again. Checkout was seamless too! Just dropped our key off on the way out at 10am. Will definitely be returning :)

Nothing against the hotel but the lift was out of service the day we were here which may limit accessibility for some people (our room was on floor 2). As well as this, our window wouldn't open/required a separate key which made the room a wee bit stuffy. However our room was very high up so this may have just been a safety precaution!

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great. The staff was very attentive and helpful. It’s really close to the train station, which was my main reason for choosing it. The area was quiet, although that might not be the case on weekends, because there are a couple of nightclubs nearby.

The elevator was out of service the day I was there, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. I wish the door had a door chain for extra security at night.
