I recently had a short stay at this hotel, and it was a wonderful experience! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect place to relax. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. One of the best aspects of the hotel is its convenient location in the town centre. It was within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and attractions, which made exploring the area very easy. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and prime location. I would definitely stay here again!

Many a day have I spent staring out at windows wondering what I am doing with my life. Luckily this place set me up with a window facing out on the street so I could stare out and wonder what THEY are doing with their lives. Great location in Aberdeen for this. Good value for money and just the right amount of stairs that my doctor recommended for me, says my wife won't get back with me if I don't lose some weight.

I wanted my towel to be done into one of those swans. So bit disappointed that didn't happen, but heck how can you go back to the farm once you 've seen Paris?

The room was 209; bedding clean (and comfy) and toilet clean. The room with double bed and single bed (family room) was tight for space however, for a bed for the night and nothing fancy. The price I got, was an absolute bargain! The hotel staff were very friendly. The location was great, not far from union street and union square for food and shopping. Also, the train station and bus station wasn’t far walk ~ 10 minutes. The parking for the hotel was limited however, I got a space for the weekend (via my parking space). I didn’t try the bar/ restaurant. The room was up couple flight of stairs; I don’t think there was a lift, so if you require one - I’d enquire first. The shower was lovely and warm, good pressure shower. Tea, coffee and biscuits in the room with kettle. Also, tv with Netflix. Free Wi-Fi. Iron and hair drier available too. All in all bargain. Cheap and cheerful.

The heating for the room was an oil heater and wall radiator, so if you like to be warm - take some warmer clothes. As the room was chilly upon entering however, the heating appliances worked fine. The heaters worked well.

Positive Experience at Brentwood Hotel – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at the Brentwood Hotel in Aberdeen and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, ensuring a relaxing stay. The hotel’s central location was a major advantage, making it easy to explore the city with everything within close reach. Considering the quality of service, cleanliness, and prime location, the hotel offers excellent value for the price. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Aberdeen. I booked this for the location near the station - it was also extremely good value. The room, whilst somewhat tired, was comfortable, and everything worked. The en-suite had a bath, which was a great bonus. The room faced on to the car park at the back - which meant that it was pretty quiet at night. The hotel seems to have been put together from at least three different houses so it's a little bit of a maze.

The most annoying thing about the stay (for one who likes to sleep with curtains open) was the security lights in the car park outside, which seemed to come on and off at random through the night. The windows could also be only opened slightly which would be a problem in hot weather. Communication about breakfast ahead of my stay was a bit frustrating as my questions basically went unanswered. So here are the answers. Breakfast is extra - £9.99. It was nothing special but was ok and certainly convenient, in a basement restaurant. In theory, it's served from 7am, although it was about 7:10 before it was actually ready.

Central and easy to locate. Charming terraced frontage. Modest accommodation, but bed was comfortable and room clean. Loads of hot water, and low external noise. The room shift I requested (first room - noisy pipes) was made easy by the attentive staff, headed by the capable and obliging Reuben. Excellent - 5* breakfast, with matching service. Tasty grilled bacon, butcher’s Cumberland sausage, fine fried eggs, hash browns, mushrooms etc. all cooked to perfection. Fresh juices and fruit. There’s also a decent continental breakfast.

The hotel has an annexe which is on the left. It seems that it may be more work-a-day and felt less welcoming when I entered in error. The main hotel however was welcoming s and friendly from the start. I changed room after first night as the plumbing sound in the wall was intrusive. Breakfast room is a bit dated but clean and relaxed.

I needed a 1 night stay to break a very long drive so I paid £34? So expectations were not high, so very pleasantly surprised when booked in to this budget hotel, I'm tall,6'3",and big so normally expect cramped accommodation but not here, found everything of more than adequate quality, staff were excellent, Would definitely stay again if in the area

Parking is metered on the street or £10 in the hotel parking so can be expensive Breakfast is good value but some items less than hot No lift to upper floors for anyone with mobility problems

Excellent location from the town centre. Staff are so nice and friendly couldn’t do more to make you feel welcome, properly need a little upgrade but over all clean and tidy and excellent value for the money. Large bedroom with lots of wardrobe space, large desk space for doing make up etc. could do with mirror being a little lower so can sit and do make up.

only issue on location is from train station you need to go up big stair case to get to hotel, however only on leaving found out if you go down the hills little no stairs but that not the hotel fault
