For the price the room isn’t bad. The bed is comfy enough to sleep in and the room is clean enough. It’s prime location for aberdeen close to everything which is needed For what is paid for the property wasn’t bad at all!

The property is down at the bottom of an alleyway which wasn’t very clean. The property is located up about 3 flights of stairs which wasn’t stated in the booking. The main door doesn’t lock at the bottom so isn’t very safe. The shower doesn’t stay up you need to hold it

Clean quality bedroom, comfortable mattress.

Difficult to find, dark alleyway needs lighting and signage. Needs new pillows and towels. Door had phone number written on it which didn't answer.

The owner forces you to pay to pay him directly and integrates anyone who payed on booking.com, he has anger issues seriously the man is not ok.

The manager was friendly

Firstly, it was difficult to locate the exact property. I had to call the customer representative, who gave me the contact number to get in touch with the property owner. The property owner then sent the manager to grant me access to the building. It was not a pleasant experience, especially considering the fact that I was already tired due to the travel distance. The picture on the website is misleading and does not accurately represent the room I stayed in. Some of the facilities mentioned on the site were also missing, such as a television in the room. Additionally, accessing the property requires climbing a flight of stairs as it is located in the attic. However, despite these issues, the room was satisfactory and the manager was friendly.

Was clean but basic.

Very hard to find, no obvious sign outside, down a dark poorly light alley. No obvious reception just a man eating in the kitchen to give you keys. Half a toilet roll left one towel, scrunched up possibly already used. No remote for tv. Second room carpet was taped down.

Bed was comfortable

Location, no directions to alleyway it's located in, no lighting at entrance,. No answer on entrance system l, 20 minutes wait in a cold dark alley filled with bins before I could get in.

the staff were pleasant.

there was a delay in our entry into our room,(9pm instead of been able to get in at 12.) cleanliness was an issue. no TV. PARKING was a problem even though it said that there was parking.
