This hotel was perfect for us. The location is ideal, right in the centre of town, yet from our room we couldn't hear any outside noise with the double glazed windows so we had a great nights sleep! Ours was room 10, which was pleasant and clean, and came with a roku smart tv and a jacuzzi! I also loved the coffee machine in the common area as well as the fresh fruit. These were really nice touches. I would definitely stay here again, I felt right at home.

There are lots of stairs which wasn't an issue for us but for those with lots of luggage or mobility issues you may prefer to stay somewhere with a lift. We also struggled to get the jacuzzi to work at first - possibly the plumbing needs an upgrade.

Room was comftable and clean. Bathroom was clean and loved the fact of a jacuzzi bath and the mirror has a steam protect on which is nice. The coffee area was nice lovely selection off drinks. Easy to find room. Great location. Lovely clean smell when down on bottom level. For budget hotel love this hotel and always will recommend.

For family room would be nice to have the tv on a swivel attachment hard to see from second bed with layout off the room. The doors and tap and loo seat all very stiff and heavy. Doesn't shut Great. A bit of noise coming from bar upstairs and sound from street.

Great hotel, easy to find and the location is fantastic for any visiting for a gig, shopping trip or night out. Loved the little communal area for tea, coffee etc. amazing jacuzzi bath which was needed after a days shopping! despite being under the garden terrace and next to a busy main road any noise was minimal. The second bed (bed sofa) wasn't set up when we arrived but within 10 minutes of speaking to staff in the bar the housekeeping staff were there with extra bedding and setting it up. All the staff were friendly & helpful. Good air-conditioning. The discount provided to residents using the bar was great. We arrived in the city early and were able to leave our luggage there from 10am until check in at 3. The vibe in the bar and outdoor garden terrace was lovely in the evening for a pre gig cocktail.

Lots of stairs! It was a struggle with heavy cases. The housekeeping could be improved as we found a vape and a couple of other things under the sofabed when sorting it out.

Apartment was fantastic, amenities fully provided for and clean. Bed was comfy. Location fantastic for getting around and exploring Aberdeen + it really helps to have a nice bar to kick back at the end of the day!

They forgot the coffee pods in the room but gave me complementary coffee in the bar downstairs as I checked out! Check-in & out timings were a little unflexible but they were very accommodating to allow us to place our luggage in a hold.

Staff were very accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier than usual as the room was ready and we had a wedding to attend nearby. Everything was clean, location is super central. The bar itself is great too!

The shower head was super low and fixed to the wall so couldn't be adjusted. I could just about fit under it, my other half could not. Also, the shower curtain wasn't great, so the bathroom was more like a wet room after a couple of showers. Two minor things.

Nice shower, beds were super comfortable. Despite the noise, one of the best sleeps I had in Scotland. Overall - great value for money - especially compared to other cities/locations

Located in a party district, just off a main street. Rooms were not sound proofed - we could hear live music (quite loudly) until the early hours of the morning. Despite advertising that there was parking - the car park was full. We found a nearby car park at Aberdeen train station that cos only 10 GBP for 24h so that wasn't too bad. On Booking.com -it said breakfast is offered, but there is no breakfast available at the property.

It was very clean and a good location. The staff was wonderful. I was a solo traveler and went to the bar at night before bed. They casually checked in on me when men would come talk to me and make sure I was comfortable. I really appreciated that.

The parking was terrifying… but I did just recently pick up the rental car and I wasn’t totally comfortable with it. Still, tricky parking. Wednesday and Thursday nights were relatively quiet for sleeping, but Friday night sounded like I was right under the club (I probably was!) Still, good deal for the $. Very clean.

Good location just off Union Street. Room was very nice and comfortable, settee, TV, Hairdryer all in room. Large modern bathroom. Tea and coffee, hot chocolate and fruits available in the lobby area with seating and TV. Microwave available to use if needed. Vending machine for chocolates,snacks. Everywhere was spotlessly clean.

Just for information only...you have to go down stairs to get to the rooms. No problem for me but for anyone with mobility problems might find it a little uncomfortable.

I found the staff extremely helpful really kind and even though it was St Patrick’s day I didn’t hear much noise about as I thought. I liked the small coffee area for hot drinks was a nice space to work and the bar was open for guests to hang out and relax too. Great showers. I wasn’t sure where the elevator was or if there was one and I had a very large suitcase. So carrying it up was a bit difficult.

Clean spacious rooms, good facilities access to tea and coffee in shared area with books and games was a bonus.

The down side was the air conditioning system was switched off and could not be switched on the room was very hot and with only a small window there was no real access to fresh or cold air.the room temperature could not be adjusted which made it uncomfortable for the dog.
