Spacious, clean and very comfortable beds. I've read some comments about the church bell going off early morning so would say to take ear plugs with you. Also its in the busy part of town so expect noise at a weekend.

The very squeaky floors in the main building it really needs fixed, the main bathroom the bath had a crack in it (no biggie but for price you pay would expect maintenence) Main thing was the heat, even with air con on it wouldn't go below 18 and with not being able to open ANY windows it was far too hot. I understand its an older building but no windows being able to open is crazy, you can get safety locks for them.

Having a fully functional apartment in the heart of Aberdeen was so useful. I could cook properly, relax completely with sunlight streaming into the big windows, have a nice hot shower and then tuck into a comfortable bed at night. Airconditioning was fantastic and the addition of a washing machine and clothes horse made for a much more comfortable trip. The security is tight! I could easily see myself living in this apartment.

The check-in process is a little tricky if the staff aren't at the front desk as the only way to get in was to call them. I couldn't do that with WhatsApp. Once in, you get a card for access though which was very handy.

Great location, clean spacious room with necessary utensils if someone wants to cook their own food.

I stayed for five nights and during this time I saw the receptionist only once - at check-in. The rest of the days and at check-out there was no one at the reception desk. Also during my 5 days I never met a security guard in the hotel. When checking in to the hotel, the receptionist did not explain that I had to use my room key for the main entrance to enter in the hotel and the first time I had to wait outside for a guest leaving the hotel. No cleaning person for my room that days and it was not clear where to take out the garbage that had accumulated during my stay. At check-out there was no one at front desk to tell where to leave my room key....

Fab little suite. I was only staying for two nights but it is perfectly set up for a longer stay, location in the centre of the city five minutes or so from the train station. Very comfortable

The sleeping area and bathroom are very well maintained but the kitchen is starting to show signs of wear. Didn't affect my stay though. Also, whilst I actually enjoyed the fact that the sleeping area was up a flight of stairs on a mezzanine level, with the kitchen down a flight of stairs, this would obviously be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues

The flat is comfortable, modern, clean and in an excellent location. The telly is big and smart, the appliances work well - the dishwasher is the smallest I have ever seen! The bathroom / wetroom supplies plenty of hot water. The sofa is cumfy. The receptionist is polite and helpful.

The pillows on the bed were very hard and thick. The iconic view of Union Street is blocked by masonry and obscured by guano. The kitchen is under equipped, there aren't many pans and they are not non-stick & so I couldn't cook as much as I would have liked. The windows don't open so you are at the mercy of the air con.

The apartment was about 10 minutes walk from the train station/bus station and on one of the main thoroughfares, generally this could lead to a bit of noisiness at night but I found I slept easily there on a nice comfy bed. The apartment had everything I needed for a great stay.

It was uncharacteristically cold for late May so I was surprised that there were no radiators. There was underfloor heating that worked great in the bathroom but could not feel it in the rest of the flat. Nevertheless I felt comfortable inside.

The size of our 2-bedroom apartment was insane! Plenty of space for sleep, work, simple cooking, relaxing, etc. for our family if 3. Massive floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of light. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, utensils, and appliances. And, the location couldn't be better - every type of restaurant you can imagine within 10 minutes and plenty of shops for snacks, fresh fruit, and ready-to-eat-or-heat meals. No gym, but easy to run to the beautiful Aberdeen Beach.

The WiFi could be spotty, but we found the good spots eventually. Bring ear plugs as it can be a little loud when folks are at Brewdog (just downstairs) late...and the clock tower starts going in the morning.

I liked the layout of the apartment with the two levels and the bathroom was very nice

We stayed in room 610. Some of the decor and furnishings are a bit outdated and could do with a touch up and repair. Specifically there is a kitchen cabinet door hanging loose, the dining chairs are quite worn out and are quite a few marks on most of the walls. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable too but that could just be because it was super soft and I prefer a more firm mattress.

The location on Union Street Aberdeen was ideal for our visits to The Tall Ships Race 2025. Easy access from the main street and the apartment was spacious and well equipped!

Windows looking onto Union Street needed a good clean! Toilet flush was extremely weak! Shower gel was watered down. But these are minor points, but need rectifying.
