Comfy bed, shower with decent water pressure, the fully equipped kitchen and living area. It was a home away from home! Breakfast was great, a good selection of foods to choose from. Chris the owner was around every day, friendly and helpful without being intrusive.

If you're like me and sleep with the window open, be aware that Tesco is just over the back (although having Tesco on the doorstep is very convenient!) - if you have a room at that side the delivery lorries will wake you up very early!

Very comfy. Room quiet, warm and immaculately clean. Great to have use of fully equipped communal kitchen (and Aldi very closeby). There is a large communal lounge too with comfy sofas, very homely. Looks newly decorated. No staff when I checked in in the evening, but it didn't matter as my key and wifi password were waiting for me at front desk. Friendlt person on desk when I checked out in the morning. Great value. Perfect for somewhere handy for work visit.

No soap in the en suite, just 3 mini bottles of shampoo. But not a big deal, I just used my own

The whole place was clean. The lounge was comfortable and excellent for meeting friends at the start and end of the day. The kitchen was well equipped. Chris, the owner, was friendly and accommodating, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend The Sidings!

If I may offer a suggestion, it would be wonderful if the rooms could provide a bit more darkness after sunrise. This is my preference, as I sleep better in a dark room. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Location was great clean simple room. All the facilities were more than adequate for the hotel. WIFI was excellent

A couple of nights I ended next in the room next store to a snoring. The hotel had several spare rooms as I was staying for week I would have preferred a quieter room.

Functional, a really good supply of food and refreshments and facilities for self catering. I liked the single room and there was a nice variety of welcoming communal areas. It felt very welcoming and relaxed with an excellent shower and other facilities in the room.

It’s positioned next to two supermarkets in a rather “functional” part of the town. The building has been converted (and, intriguingly moved) from a factory I believe, so all the windows are high up and there were no views. It served our purposes as a bunch of guys on a cycling weekend, but I wouldn’t come here with my wife or family.

Brilliant location, quiet yet within easy walking distance of supermarkets and the lovely town of Inverurie. Chris made me feel very welcome. The accommodation was fresh, clean and very well cared for. Superb choice of breakfast food. Loved the relaxed atmosphere and the freedom to come and go. I would recommend it and actually did recommend it to a potential customer before I left. Thank you for looking after me so well, Chris. Heather Hitchcock

If forced to comment on what improvements could be made, the only thing that I would suggest could be improved on is the mattress, which I found a little on the hard side… it wouldn’t prevent me from returning again one day though.

Happy with accom overall, Very happy with all day access to facilities as my working hours were either early or late. Very comfortable bed, lovely hot shower which was also a good size.

Unfortunately the smoking area was directly outside my room window and as it was warm I had my window open so was aware of smoke / smell.

Very clean, stylish attractive decor. The room was smallish, but all that was needed. Excellent shower, comfy bed. Easy access, freedom to arrive late/early. Spacious shared kitchen/dining area, very well stocked. Chris very helpful and welcoming. Lounge area too.

Room was smallish, with high window - a little monastic, but the shared facilities were excellent, lots of breakout space.

Great location, easy to find and clear instructions on arrival to access my room. Friendly and helpful information on use of kitchen facilities, really nice to have a well stocked kitchen with snacks and tea / coffee. I was able to borrow an iron on request. Simple but comfortable and clean accommodation which was great value for money.

Breakfast was self service and the choice was amazing. Cereals, porridge, toast, croissants, yoghurts, fruit, cheese and hams. Tea, coffee and various fruit juices. Plentiful in the fridge and restocked daily. Help yourself and eat as much as you want. Come and go as you please. Great location too
