For the money it far exceed expectations. friendly bubbly staff to welcome you, lovely rooms, greeting message on tv is a lovely touch. Such a relaxed atmosphere with games, chill out space, food, drinks and 24 hour pizza. Amazing. And the photos of hot half naked men doing ironing on the floor beside the lift....... absolutely brilliant, partner was told to take note 🤣 Check out staff bubbly and friendly, esp for 7.30am when checking out and ordered pizza. 🤣 Overall we loved the vibe of the place and will definitely be back very soon

The hotel was lovely. Staff were very welcoming. Checked in fast. Our room was stunning very clean and comfortable. Loved the toiletries in the bathroom They smelt amazing. Bed was super comfy. To say this was right beside the airport it was very quiet and we got a lovely nights sleep. Dinner was lovely very fresh and cooked to perfection. Bar staff were also very welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back for another visit

The only thing I can write here is that I wasn’t told about the £5 car garage part free until we were already there. Not that would have made a difference we still would have paid just would have been nice to have been aware before arrival

Great location for concert, room spotless good size girl at check in really pleasant and helpful x member of staff called Dimitri was great and really helpful and listened to our complaint we had about the food we had earlier in the afternoon

The food, overpriced for what you get, got a chicken burger which didn't even fill half of the burger bun and the chips were absolutely disgusting not cooked properly my friends hot dog could have smashed windows when spoke to staff about it only got offered a free drink would have preferred some cooked hot fresh food tbh also seen and spoke to several other guests who had sent chips and food back to kitchen really let's the rest of hotel and staff down

I recently stayed at the Moxy Aberdeen Airport, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern and vibrant atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making check-in quick and hassle-free. The rooms were spotlessly clean, stylish, and well-designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing a great night's sleep before an early flight. I loved the smart layout of the room, which included all the necessary amenities like a large TV, free Wi-Fi, and plenty of USB charging ports. The bathroom was also fantastic, with a spacious shower and high-quality toiletries. The hotel's common areas were a highlight. The lobby was a lively, social space with plenty of seating, games, and a trendy bar. The bar staff were attentive and served a great selection of drinks and snacks. I appreciated the 24/7 grab-and-go options, perfect for a quick bite on the go. The location is ideal for anyone flying in or out of Aberdeen, just a short walk from the terminal. Despite its proximity to the airport, the hotel was very quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's rest. Overall, Moxy Aberdeen Airport exceeded my expectations. It offers great value for money, combining style, comfort, and convenience. I highly recommend it for both leisure and business travelers looking for a fantastic stay near the airport. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean—probably one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in quite a few. I was on the 2nd floor and had no issues with the room temperature. Despite being near the airport, I couldn’t hear any airplanes or noise from other guests. They had board games such as connect 4 and scrabble down in the bar area which me and my friends had fun playing. They also had a water and ice machine that was free to use. I stayed here as there was an event at the P&J, it took less than 20 minutes to walk there which was great.

I didn't realise there wasn't a fridge which was disapointing but fine other than that.

The hotel was in a perfect location for our concert at P&J Live. We were welcomed warmly with a free cocktail or mocktail & assisted on booking a taxi to the event. There was on site parking for a reasonable price, and arriving before 5pm, we found a few spaces. The room was not large, but clever layout made it work well. The beds were comfy. We had dinner at the hotel. There was a decent range of food available Breakfast was buffet style & the variety of food was impressive.

Our only minor niggles were that I'm not sure how easy it would be to park on site if you arrive later when a big event is on. There was quite a wait (45 mins for 2 chicken burgers & chips) for food in the evening. The duvets were a bit thin for a frosty night.

The room was clean and nice. The hotel is situated within walking distance from the airport, which is what was important to me. It is also right next to the "Dyce Farm", which is pretty much the best place to eat in the area. I had to leave early, so I did not have breakfast at the hotel. But I ate dinner there in their restaurant and it was okay.

The staff couldn't issue a sales invoice to my company, presumably because I booked my stay via Booking.com. This is nonsense, as I have travelled all over via Booking.com and would always get the invoice issued by the hotel afterwards. But the receptionist specifically said they cannot do it, as they don't have my details. I did not really want to argue with them, but it just seems like they either have some IT issues, or are not really competent.

It was in an excellent location near the airport and reasonably close to the events centre. It was clean and soundproofed except when you opened the window (which was needed due to the static AC). It was good to have breakfast, but it was the same every day. Dyce Farm is close for extra food options.

The inflexible AC. People are different; some may need to adjust the AC when they want, which is the essence of staying in a hotel. I understand this could be cultural, but the majority of the staff appeared cold and unwelcoming, except the lady from BAME and one young lad.

Easy to find and plenty of parking. Very quiet even though at an airport. The staff were super friendly. They really liked my dog, which is great that they allowed my dog. She didn’t mess the room up at all, but I understand the extra £15 for a deep clean. The rooms are top notch. Bed super comfy, accent lighting was nice.

The only things that I can find as a negative was the long walk from my room to the elevator. That’s one long hallway! And the bathroom is small with a lack of water pressure for the shower. No bath. But those are minor things that are really not fixable. The menu in the restaurant is woefully lacking, everything is spicy and I can’t eat spicy food. Seating area is also limited.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was absolutely spotless. The WiFi is the best I've ever used in a hotel (and we were up on the fifth floor) and the addition of Chromecast to let you stream to the TV was great. The room itself has a stunning view over the airport and wider city and was nicely furnished. Modern, simple and comfortable with lovely ambient lighting. I would have no hesitation about coming back.

It felt like there was perhaps just a few things missing that stopped it being a 10/10 stay. There were no tea spoons in the room for example, just wooden stirrers. There was no bin, as such, just a plastic box with no liner or the sanitary bin. The shower water pressure was as weak as the WiFi was strong too, which was slightly disappointing. And there wasn't really a desk for working at, just a small glass shelf with a stool. So not ideal if you've got a lot of work to do in the room.
