Steven and Mary were very hands-on hosts since as early as few days leading up to my arrival. They made sure I knew my way to the place since it was honestly far from the city center (although it’s in Old Aberdeen so perfect if that’s your destination), and I inadvertently came during what turned out to be a very busy and transit-chaotic The Tall Ships Races weekend in the city. Steven is a charming and sweet guy whereas Mary, from what I read from the room poster, is the one who makes the delicious breakfast. The bedrooms and the shared restroom are very quiet and clean, and the quaint breakfast room is always open to guests who need to warm their own food or get wee refreshments.
Brewed coffee could make the stay perfect!

I loved this place so much. By far, one of the best places I have ever stayed. The bed and breakfast is cozy, warm, and welcoming. The prices are exceptional for what you get, fantastic location, your own room, and fantastic and delicious breakfasts in the morning. You get a responsive, friendly and delightful host. Steven was incredible. It is clear he is passionate and enthusiastic in what he does. For University visitors, this place is well situated, literally across the road from the entrance. It is easy to get to the city, 8 minute bus or 31 minute walk. Near the airbnb is the incredible aberdeen beach, and heaps of supermarkets. All in all, I loved every aspect of staying here.

The location of the B&B couldnt be better. A few minutes drive from the University and the City Centre. The owner was lovely, polite and very attentive. Upon arrival, we was given our room key and asked to choose our Hot Breakfast option. In the morning, it was freshly cooked and delicious. There was plenty of beverages, fresh fruits and cereals on offer. Our room was comfy, the bathroom was clean and shower was hot. Will be staying again next time I go to Aberdeen.
In the bedroom, there was no blind or net at the window so felt I needed to keep the curtains closed.

Steven is a brilliant host and he was the highlight of my stay. I genuinely enjoyed every conversation with him, and if I ever have need to stay in a hotel/BnB in Aberdeen ever again Brentwood with most certainly be my first choice. Breakfast was great, my requests and needs were met perfectly. I was also prompted to interact more with other guests, which was very lovely and made my stay more enjoyable, as I was travelling alone. The room I was staying in was very nice, I was absolutely enthralled by the lamp, perfect for some late-night reading and can be adjusted to your preferences. The build-in hairdryer was also very helpful! I found the bed and pillows to be comfy, the sheets were fairly soft and seemed to be very clean. The location is also ideal, I was in the city for the University offer-holder day and I could not have had a more convenient place to stay!
The shower in my room didn’t seem to work, but that was the only complaint I have about my stay. Another guest offered to let me use the shared shower that they used, so it wasn’t much of an issue. Some people may be bothered by the outdated decor, personally I really liked it though!

The location is excellent for anyone needing to access the Aberdeen Sports Village or the University. The host was attentive, punctual, friendly and polite. The breakfast menu was limited, but the food was very well prepared and tasty.
The property is next to a busy road, which might not be to everyone's liking, but the rooms are well insulated from the traffic noise. The TV is rather small by modern standards.

Clean, comfortable and very convenient for the university. We arrived very late after 1am ( we had prior checked this would be ok) and we were welcomed with a warm friendly reception. The room was warm and well played out. A lovely very modern en-suite shower room. Breakfast was very good and the hosts super friendly. Would definitely stay there again.
There is only parking further up the street as it sits in a corner of a busy junction

Steven and Mary were wonderfully helpful and considerate. We chose this location to be close to our son studying at U of Aberdeen. It was a very good location for this purpose. Steven was also so kind as to offer complimentary breakfast to my son for 2 mornings so we could eat together as a family.
The location is convenient, but on a busy street. The upside is that it's literally across the street from the university and very convenient to public transportation.

Good location for me as I was going to a friendly match at Pittodrie, but also not too far to walk into the city. Decent breakfast. My single room at the rear of the house was quiet. The parking worked out well, not at the property but close by and off street.
Room was a bit cramped.

I loved that it was in the centre of the city with easy access to wherever I wanted to go. The hosts were superb and so kind and generous. I'm forever grateful to Mary and Steve for their kindness. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They kept my preference in mind for breakfast and they served generous portions. I enjoyed Mary's cooking alot. I'm forever grateful to her for helping me out.
I liked everything.

Very very friendly and helpfull host. We arrived earlier than communicated by us and the host was not at home. The communication was excellent and he came as soon as possible, which I was sorry for since he had an appointment with a friend. There is a nice pub nearby, where waiting is not too bad ;-) Parking is no problem, the breakfast was fine and everthing else was good, too. You can get to the city easily by bus.
It rained...
