Great location for P&J live arena, and airport, right next to bus stop, just off the A90, so easy to get to, rooms, reception and all staff were great so helpful and nothing any bother, the rooms were spotless and gad everything in them including hairdryer, iron, ironing board, trouser press, plenty of sockets, toiletries etc, The bar had a good variety of drinks and menu choices were great they have a lunch menu then it changes to an evening meal and can order pizzas for after concerts etc theres also a fridge/vending and microwave available for snacks in your room and can purchase cans, bottles, snacks like pot noodles, sweets, nibbles, chocolate etc they have thought of everything you would beed and even with all that in site they even allow you to bring good in (takeaways) we had breakfast included it was buffet style bacon sausages mushrooms beans scrambled eggs etc but you can ask for eggs of your choice which i loved as i love a runny egg :-( theres continental choices and cereals, muesli, fruit, loads of choices of juices, toast, jams, croissants, coffees etc all plentiful, fantastic hotel and we’ve stayed couple of times and would definitely stay again and recommended to anyone looking for somewhere for concerts etc

Receptionist was charming and helpful. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. First class full UK breakfast. Nice evening meal. Friendly bar and serving staff.

Not really a criticism, but I didn't know that, on arrival, that I could walk from the airport through the car hire area and go through the gate to the hotel carpark. So, arriving, I walked a lot further than I needed to, going by the main road up to the petrol station. Advice on that, in the details or confirmation email would have been good. No PowerPoints near the bed, so phone had to be charged on the dressing table overnight. Always useful to have power by the bed.

Good location for Teca. For the price we could have a room each. We loved the Peter Kay menu & that we could get pizza until late when we returned from the show. The reception staff were very helpful & booked us a taxi when we couldn’t get one & they chased it when it didn’t turn up. When the car park was full we could park at the sister hotel nearby.

The local taxi firm Rainbow were rubbish & didn’t turn up & the reception had to chase them. They also wouldn’t book a return journey, very poor service. We walked back & will never rely on such a poor service, Aberdeen city need to sort that firm out. Getting away from teca is very poor. Scheduled buses were packed & a friend of mine who had s cab booked had to wait over an hour & half. It puts you off going to teca.

Extremely friendly & professional staff. Made it feel homely & unlike all the other large chain hotels beside it. I stay regularly in all these for work so I know. Room was large, well lit, quiet and clean. At two storeys the hotel feels smaller add in the staff & hence it feels more like a ‘home’ than some faceless corporate space. Location wise it is far handier for the area than I ever realised. With the bypass so close you can access pretty much everything in no time. Hire car pick up/drop off as close to hotel as is possible & the airport terminal literally the other side of the hire cars. You won’t beat it for airport/hire car convenience. All within less than 5 mins walk.

Could do with some electrical sockets beside the beds for phones charging that act as alarm clocks.

Lovely clean rooms, nice and warm and we could control the temperature. Optional room service was fantastic, plenty of tea and coffee supplied. Comfortable beds and lovely warm duvet and soft comfortable pillows. Lovely reception set up and wonderfully friendly staff. Easy check in process and plenty car parking spaces at a reasonable nightly rate. Loved that there were snacks available to buy in reception if needed. They catered for comic con guests, just little things but they really made it a fantastic stay.

The only little thing was there is wheels on the bed and they moved every time we sat on it.

Love the location Staff are always happy and friendly. Always stay there when I go offshore. The room is always nice and quiet and bed is really comfy.Room is alway spotless. Great that you put on transportation to the NHV,they always get you on time for your check in and driver is always helpful and cheery. If I get delayed going offshore I always ask my manager to put me up in the Leonardo. The breakfast are really good and again staff are always helpful and friendly.

Everything is good

This hotel is always a pleasant place to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is a very short walk from the airport. The hotel is always the cheapest in the area. Breakfast is great, my company puts me here regularly, when I'm travelling myself this is the hotel I choose because it's cheap and you're well looked after.

Bed mattress could do with replacing,v very hard in room 406 I don't mind a hard bed, but some will be disappointed. Some painting is overdue, some of the rooms walls have some small marks, and were noticed again after returning after some time.

Staff are very friendly and helpful including the housekeeper staff. Breakfast was very good and value for money. Plenty tea, coffee and milk in the room. Liked you can buy snacks at reception for the room. Great location for the P&J

Nothing I didn’t like only thing that might be useful would be to have a bus timetable in reception area as the bus stop for the P&J are a few minutes away from the hotel we found out that information from one of the housekeepers

Warm friendly staff at reception. The bath! Sparkling clean and spacious Location of room ar back of hotel was great- no airport noise or noise from heavy footed or noisy guests, Incredibly comfy bed and pillows of varying softness. Smiling cleaning staff who said ‘good morning’ and showed a quicker route to reception when they saw I’d a heavy case. Thank you Bright, quiet breakfast area. Room service trays on floor outside rooms awaiting collection Limited breakfast options for vegetarians.. There were grilled tomatoes, eggs, no veggie sausages/ alternatives. Same with gluten free options. Only sweetened fruit yoghurts available, no natural yoghurt.

Location is excellent for offshore crew changes, no fuss no frills hotel with price to match. Room is clean and tidy. Courtesy bus to heliport in the morning is the main reason for choosing this hotel.

Evening menu is a bit limited and rarely changes. No power outlet near the head of the bed and no USB charging outlets, which are becoming more and more common in hotel rooms. Room could have benefited from a small collapsible trestle to put my luggage on, again, common in hotel rooms.
