Great appearance on the outside with plenty of parking. Free for a Club Room. Reception was open and always staffed. Always happy to help with taxis, extra pods of coffee and prices. If you book a breakfast at hotel, night before, it's £12.50. On booking.com, it is £16.50. Booked through hotel on the day, it's £17.50. We used Rainbow taxis which the hotel has an iPad to help you book them. There's a Starbucks and lovely restaurant too. Our room was on the 4th floor. Spacious and comfortable. No fridge. We had a bath. One thing to note, it is hard to get in and out of bath with no rail beside width wall. There is a rail at the end of the bath which helped a little. We used the pool which was lovely. Busy on an evening and some men were a little intimating. So, we went early or during afternoon. We used the Village app. Just a note, they don't do any offers regarding alcohol or their free drink.

One day, I had no coffee pods left and they weren't replaced. One front of house staff member explained it was hotel policy to not replace them. This needs to be clear in booking the room. Other staff were fine with giving me coffee pods. A lot of men in the pool area during evening. They were watching women move around. This put me off going in the evening. I think these were regulars not hotel guests. The hotel is a 20 min drive to centre of Aberdeen. I'd stay closer to city next time. That's personal preference. A taxi costs around £20, one way.

We booked the hotel as it was advertised as accessible and we weren't disappointed. The communication with the hotel before our stay about what wheelchair-accessible options were available was really helpful. The disabled parking was easy to access and the entranceway was very easy to manage. The carpet was hard to push on but this is common in hotels. The lifts were really spacious and easy to manoeuvre with suitcases and a wheelchair which is usually a challenge in hotels for us. The room was bright and clean and the wet room was really spacious with excellent handrails and safety features for showering. Staff were helpful throughout the stay and very respectful

During our stay there were often cars filling up the disabled spaces with no blue badge meaning we had to park further away from the entrance A large proportion of the breakfast is on a high up counter which is impossible for someone in a wheelchair to see or reach. Can ask for someone to get for you and staff were helpful but its always nice to be able to see what the options are to be able to make choices.

The hotel was in the perfect location for us as we were going to an event at the P&J Live! We checked in around 8pm and the staff helping us check in were wonderful! The room was the perfect size for us (two adults and one child in a double double room)! Breakfast in the morning was great, the buffet was good with plenty of options too, there was something for everyone!

My partner and I found the beds quite hard! There were also a few small stains on the bedsheets and the towels on the towel radiator in the bathroom as well as holes in the duvet on both beds.

Modern, convenient location on outskirts of Aberdeen. Leisure facilities. Well maintained. Friendly staff. Parking. Nice room.

As with all Village hotels breakfast is depressing - ultra budget offering. Must be one of the worst of all hotel chains (no fresh bread, cheese, cold cuts, yoghurt, fresh porridge, boiled eggs). Mainly just small boxes of cereal and cheap bread for toast (hardly worth £12!). It’s as if the restaurant is run by a different company. Doesnt match the overall midscale vibe of the hotel at all and unfortunately at this location there are few alternatives nearby.

Room was sufficient, although small. Had evening meal in restaurant food was nice but small portions especially the starter. There was also a problem with one of the beers it was apparent there was dirt in the pipes

Bath wasn't satisfactory, firstly its difficult to get in to due to the height of it and you have to grab the handrails. The Glass frame again is more of an obstacle getting into the bath. Hot water was only lukewarm at best . The height of the Bath is a Health & Safety issue in my opinion , I did point this out to a member of staff.

The hotel is fresh, clean and has good leisure facilities. We used the pool early each morning as adults only before 9am. We didn't use the restaurant so cannot comment on the food. Staff were polite and helpful. Lift to rooms is next to reception dest near entrance to the hotel. Large car park which is free at the weekends and I believe only £5 per day Mon-Fri

Only negative is it is there is nothing around the actual hotel itself. It is situated in a business park around 8 miles from the city. This did not affect us personally as we dont drink so could drive the 20 mins to reach the city centre each day to enjoy a meal out and an evening show. Something to consider if you do enjoy a drink or 2.

The room was really good - very comfortable, and everything you needed for a chilled weekend break. Great facilities within the hotel too - especially the gym and pool. Staff were very helpful throughout the Hotel.

Breakfast was OK, but it was really busy so staff were run off their feet, and as a result some of the basics were over looked. Hotel location is about 6 miles from city centre, but it's a good 25 minute drive depending on traffic - take the bus if you can...less hassle!!

Good facilities, very clean and comfortable. Staff were accommodating, and breakfast was lovely. Room had an iron and ironing board aswell. Shower was amazing! Being a starbucks fan having a Starbucks in reception area was class!

Location isn't the greatest being on a business park however not a problem for us as we had the car. Used the pool which was nice, jacuzzi was amazing and the pool a good size, very clean changing facilities etc however when we were there there were swimming lessons taking place which is fine but parents were also in the pool area with clothes on and taking up all the beds for chilling on. Would benefit from a viewing area if parents want to watch their child on their lessons. Hotel would also benefit from some electric car charging bays, there's more electric cars on the roads bow and would be handy to be able to plug in whilst in the hotel.

Before we arrived we received a personalised phone call to see if we had any questions about our stay. We had added an additional night and the person we spoke to at reception was very helpful in ensuring that the two bookings were merged so that we did not have to change rooms. The breakfast was great, hash browns were top notch and plenty of choice. Pastries were delicious. One of the breakfast staff made our mornings - he asked how we were and made us feel very welcome. The reception staff ensured that we were able to park for free in the hotel car park. The hotel was in a great location and it was easy to travel further north and south due to the proximity to the bypass.

No fridge in the room.

The hotel was super clean and modern. Staff were very helpful , friendly and professional. Hotel exceeded our expectations

Bed was a bit hard for me, husband likes a hard bed. Asked room attendant for an extra duvet so I could lie in top of it. He brought it straight away. Then I had a better night's sleep on the second and third night. Only other negative was the juice at breakfast. Most hotels I have stayed at have had fresh orange juice at breakfast. The orange just tasted like a very week cordial. Husband said Apple juice was weak too.
