Location was wonderful. Central. Just a few minutes to all the places I wanted, but felt idyllic and peaceful. Clean and modern room as advertised.

Overall great. A few areas to improve: - Mattress could have been comfier - WiFi didn't work as expected - confusing process - Some confusing messaging about room cleaning and linen. "Please consider using your towels for multiple days or leave towels in bath if you want them replaced" but the room is only serviced once a week. - I didn't want to send an email for service. I just wanted clean towels and empty bins. Shame there wasn't a way to report this onsite or self-service. I'd have happily dropped off my own rubbish and dirty towels.

The apartment was very clean; the location is central, in a walking distance from most of the highlights (not the uni, you need to take the bus there). The apartment has nice views, we loved the seagulls! Also, the communication was very good - we never managed to get hold of anyone during the reception working hours but everything was resolved via email.

The spare bed was way too soft - one would be sleeping on the floor pretty much. Our kid fell ill so he couldn't make it so this wasn't an issue but I cannot imagine sleeping in that bed.

Easy to get access once codes had been issued and process understood - one code for both front door and suite door. Communication was always prompt and efficient. Great location, moments from Union Street with retail and nightlife / restaurants / bars etc. yet always very quiet in Bon Accord Square. Suite layout was well thought out making good use of space. Kitchenette allows basic self catering if required with full size fridge which was bonus - had expected little hotel bar type fridge.

This location is just inside the Aberdeen LEZ zone so at £60 per day for non compliant vehicles, make sure you factor this in. Fortunately I was aware and planned parking "nearby" in advance. It meant a 15 minute walk with luggage but it saved 2 trips to drop off and depart over 3 days. = £120 potential extra if you don't plan for this. Parking outside is free overnight but max 2 hour pay to stay during the day if your vehicle is LEZ compliant.

The maintenance man, Ross, was super helpful. He helped us solve the mystery of my missing bag (it was actually never delivered, even though they sent a picture of the bag being left in the lobby). Once the bag was actually delivered, he placed it in our room for safe keeping. The location was nice and near by a parking garage for keeping our rental car.

We never saw anyone else working there. We stayed 3 nights and there was never any housekeeping done.

I recently stayed at this serviced apartment and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, featuring a comfortable double bed, a coffee table with a sofa, and a small kitchen area which was very convenient for light meals. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom was particularly large and comfortable. The heating worked well, which made the stay very cosy.

One thing to note is that the body wash and shampoo provided were not sufficient for the duration of our stay. We had to send an email to request additional supplies. However, the response was very prompt, and the housekeeping team replenished the items in the bathroom while we were out. It’s worth being aware of this, especially if you or your family members are not familiar with the email request system in place.

We arrived at 145 (check in 3pm).We anticipated leaving our 2 cabin cases and going to get some shopping . However we were informed in an unhelpful manner that there was no luggage room or toilet available. We asked if we could leave our 2 small cases for a short while in the spacious reception and were told this was not possible. Having travelled by public transport we had nowhere to put our cases and had to sit in reception with them, until we were allowed to check in at 230pm. I found the lack of storage and toilet facilities unacceptable and have never encountered this before.

Room was clean and had everything that we needed, Bed was comfortable Was close to the shops and main street. And also right round the corner from where my friend we were visiting is living.

Obviously nothing that can be changed and no fault of anyone but i wasn't prepared for the amount of stairs we had to climb to get to the top floor for our room and no lift, I might have missed that description somewhere but years of gymnastics has ruined my knees so it wasn't easy for me to climb. Just saying so to inform in future. If booking again i would request a room lower than the top floor

Clean and comfortable, also well-located to the city center.

We arrived a couple of hours before check-in, and inquired if we could drop off our bags so we could walk around the city before we could enter the room. Despite speaking with a staff member in a large, relatively empty reception room which locked, we were told it wouldn’t be possible to store our 2 bags. This was a bit odd, and we weren’t given a reason why we couldn’t store our bags in the reception room, only that it would “start a trend.” The staff member then recommended we pay an extra 10 euros for early check-in, which we politely declined. Storing 2 bags while waiting for check-in is a pretty standard request; it would have been nice if this option was available.

Nice welcome by the concierge; the apartment was spacious & clean. Not exactly garden view but it's located near Aberdeen center and still very quiet.

At first arrival we were sent by Google Maps to the back of the property & finding the entrance wasn't trivial. Parking is somewhat of a problem; I used the Your Parking Place app to find a spot.

The location was central, but still quiet. The suite was clean and had all that was needed.

Arrived at the premises at 1.45pm. Entry to the room was 3pm. We asked to leave our bags at reception but were informed it would be an additional £10 for an early check-in. We did not want an early check-in, but wished to leave our luggage and come back at check-in time. The receptionist said this was not possible. We paid the £10 only to be taken to our room which was still being cleaned. We then had to wait outside the room until the cleaner was finished.
