The owners were warm and hospitable. Location is decent with a bus stop just outside. Nice sized room with small tv. The only downside is having to walk downstairs to use the bathroom and it is shared with several other rooms. Very clean and safe place to stay.

Having to go downstairs to use the bathroom and sharing it with so many people wasn’t very convenient for us.

Evelyn was a fantastic host who created an incredibly welcoming atmosphere. Clean rooms and facilities and the property is located on a very nice street in the suburbs with easy bus connections to the center of town

The manager was very helpful, very responsive! She made possible a room change for some of our group that was an excellent recommendation. Also, one of our group left something in the room and the manager was VERY considerate and helpful arranging for the recovery of the items. My wife & I stayed in a cozy upstairs room which was quite comfortable.

No breakfast provided. The accommodation was spacious and hygiene routine was good

The water pressure in the shower was too low on the second floor.

Really nice old house. Very friendly owner. Easy check in. You can check in yourself. Quiet neighbourhood. Nice view from the window. Parking space on the street.

The only thing, that mattress could be a bit more comfy. But that's my personal preference.

Location for me was fit for purpose. Host was very nice and very polite allowed me to change room a couple of days before with additional charge paid upon arrival.

The facilities were acceptable, water pressure from shower was poor. Bed was too firm for myself and for the most part the bed and shower etc were clean but the skirting boards could be doing with a freshen up.

Evelyn was a lovely woman and made me feel very welcome and comfortable staying in her home! She upgraded my room at no extra cost which I appreciated greatly as I am a young student this meant I had a private en-suite which was very well kept and clean. She catered to my needs exceptionally. The room was warm at night and the bed and pillows were very comfy, which made my stay a lot more comfortable it felt like I was at home! The facilities were clean and had everything I needed. Overall I’ve had a great stay and I couldn’t fault anything!

This was just a quick overnight stop for us so not sure about location and access to the city. Owner was lovely and helpful. Great to have access to a little kitchen/dining room

Beware stairs are steep

Evelyn was the sweetest host ever. The room, bed and bathroom were really comfortable. It was quite and clean.

Other people I shared the bathroom with, made a lot of noise at 5.30 in the morning and left the bathroom light and fan on. My room was next to the bathroom.
