Such lovely people running this guest house. Welcoming, friendly and warm. We felt at home. Bedrooms a good size and nice and quiet. Very clean, light and bright. Had tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast lovely and as a family it was a great place to stay with 2 bedrooms. We enjoyed driving down to the Footies and walking along the beach. Also visited Seal beach at Newburgh and nice dinner at Shepherds Rest - fun pub which was really lively. Highly recommend. Easy to park and safe area.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel. The value for money is excellent — you truly get more than you pay for. The breakfast was a highlight, with fresh strawberries and raspberries that made every morning feel special. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, which really adds to the experience. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and parking was very easy, which made our trip stress-free. Overall, a place we would definitely come back to!

Look into the eyes of the host and feel the joy of the here and now. Throughout the Scotland trip, the encounters with people were for the most part the most crucial. Our host has heart, mind and an incredibly wonderful sense of people towards people. We loved the character of this home and the garden. Our room was quiet and had a lovely view. Our host, David, was such a pleasure to chat with and gave us some great recommendations for Aberdeen and beyond. The scrambled eggs at breakfast may have been the best I've ever had. Plenty of parking at this location in a beautiful residential neighborhood.

Excellent location, we were made to feel very welcome and no issue was too much trouble; David kindly organised a taxi for us to get to the restaurant we had booked. Breakfast cooked by Marion in the morning was lovely and a great choice also.

We were overwhelmed by the generosity of our two hosts, who were fantastic, nice, and helpful people. Staying in a guest house allows you to experience the warmth of the Scots. They were extremely friendly and gave us recommendations for places to visit and eat. Breakfast was excellent, and vegan options were available. We strongly recommended it! Welcoming structure, in a quiet area, 25 minutes walk from the city center. Varied and good quality breakfast. Very kind host who provided us with information about the city. Ease of parking near the property.

Marion was so lovely, very welcoming and friendly, she also had great suggestions for the area and baked some sweet treats for everyone as well! Our room was huge, clean and comfy and breakfast was wonderful. There is also parking out the back if you have a car. We really enjoyed our stay here.

A lot of light got in through the curtains so it was bright quite early but we were so tired it wasn’t a huge deal.

Early arrival and check-in offered, given upgrade on arrival which was a pleasant and welcome surprise.. Great location for walking into the City centre. Lovely hosts.

A beautifully kept house with wonderful and helpful hosts. Very spacious room and lovely comfy bed. A delicious breakfast served with love and care. Free parking in the area and within easy reach of pubs, restaurants, city centre etc. Definitely recommended if you are staying in Aberdeen.
