Very friendly and accommodating staff. Top marks! The room was well presented, clean and tidy. The bathroom was clean and the shower was very good & spacious. The food from the bar/restaurant was excellent Top marks!

We stayed in the balcony room, and the floor was noisy around the door/bathroom door area when walked on, simple enough to replace some fixings to reduce the movement and noise. On the outer balcony area, there were lots of old discarded cigarettes buts easy enough to clean up, and perhaps some signage to remind guests that smoking is not allowed in the rooms or on the balcony's or a bin designed for this type of rubbish for guests to use. It would be useful to have a chair in the room. The toilet had an intermittent fault, on occasion, it wouldn't flush correctly

Clean, good price and easy parking. staff are a credit to this establishment, always nice and helpful. roku TV so you can sign into your own subscription services such as netlfix etc.. please also consider getting dinner here!! I've eaten here a couple of times now and food has always plentiful, great value and very tasty!!!

Beds were uncomfortable, old spring mattresses but for price wasn't an issue. noisy loud music till early hours but to be expected for central location and we stayed a Saturday night. Took a good 15min to get checked in as no-one at check in desk upon arrival, despite ringing bell several times. Had to enter bar area to finally be served, however this could be my own fault as I didn't advise a check in time as didn't know til abut 15min before. so please give an arrival time well in advance!! staff were lovely and really helpful though!!

Friendly welcome, huge room, great shower, comfy bed, big fluffy towels. Hair drier on request. No noise from the bar (which was packed), so a peaceful night. Free parking, 11am checkout, which was great after a Christmas night out.

All minor things, but worth mentioning. Bathroom mirror had come off the wall so was useless, no working extractor fan in bathroom, no socket anywhere close to bedroom mirror so drying hair was a bit hit and miss. Bathroom could have been cleaner, and decor a bit worn. No conditioner provided. The hotel doesn't serve breakfast, but there's a lovely café (The Long Dog) 4 minutes' walk away.

Comfortable bed and nice front facing room (may have been upgraded). Loads of hot water and heating. Bath and shower over bath. Tea and coffee making facilities. Opening window. Handy for Albyn Hospital. Great price

Two sockets weren't working - USB and bedside lamp. Flickering light in the en-suite. Some noise from the road and the bar but very muffled. I think there was football on as it was Saturday. No breakfast but I knew that beforehand

I liked the balcony room, lovely and cool with the window open. I liked the cleanliness and the big, fluffy towels. The bed was comfy. The staff were so vey helpful & friendly. The food was very good and the beer was grand. i loved the dog-friendly pub.

Didn't like: The bedside cabinet which was falling to bits. The pillows were awful, flat and offered no support. I couldn't reach the very small mirror on the wall whilst sitting to apply my make-up. A larger wall mirror would solve that problem. Perhaps a glass or 2 as there were only 2 coffee mugs on offer. I really missed not being able to have breakfast. It was the biggest problem for me.

The property very clean and comfortable, great shower and slept like a baby . The staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. The food and ambience in the bar was fantastic. Would definitely recommend and stay again next time I’m in Aberdeen.

Could do with mini fridges in the room and maybe some pictures on the walls.

Staff was amazing, girl we think her name was Ellie very lovely could not have been more helpful and we all think she should be recognised for her exceptional customer care ! We originally had been let down with our stay at a different property and this girl was amazing from start to Finnish with helping us book into this hotel.

Managed to get the parking on the hotel grounds, friendly staff, nice and clean room and bathroom. Travelled with my pet and she was calm and happy to be there too. Shops and restaurants were very close by, we even went shopping to the Union Square as it was a nice walk.

You could hear some sounds from the bar, aka people shouting while watching some matches, and hear the rumble of closing and opening it, but it wasn't anything that made the stay worse.

The staff were great. Nice Malay restaurant and bar

The entrance to the Hotel was poorly marked scruffy and appeared run down. The Reception area was also in a poor state. The car park was also not clearly signposted. These factors gave the wrong immediate impression of the hotel. Which was much better than it initially appeared on arrival.

staff were very helpful. we ordered food at the bar, even though we were told at reception there was no room service bar staff kindly brought our food up to the room when it was ready.

limited car parking at the rear. The shower felt like it was barley running. Another party member booked direct at reception when we arrive to be given a much cheaper price for the same room.
