Good location, clean and had all the essentials we required. The fresh fruit, juice and continental breakfast was a nice touch. Free, allocated parking. Good location.
The WiFi was poor and the TV wasn't a smart TV, so no Netflix or Apps. Also no hoover. Not normally an issue but we were staying with young children so these things would have helped us. Not sure I'd stay again with young toddlers, but if I travelled alone or in an adult/older kid group I would.

Excellent location for getting around the city centre. Very welcoming hosts, who left provisions for us, which was greatly appreciated. Having a numbered parking space at the front door is also a massive plus point, as most hotels in the centre do not provide parking anymore (or charge a premium for it). Overall a great find.
My only negative would be the bed we had. It was a bit creaky and dipped slightly in the middle. It wouldn't stop me booking again, but for a longer stay like we had, it wasn't the best.

Picking up the keys was very easy with the lockbox. Wifi worked well, bathroom was clean, well stocked with the products you require. Lovely big comfortable bath. Kitchen was very well stocked, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, great oven and cooker, fridge had additional items in it which were fantastic, milk, cereals, jams etc. Utensils were great too, amazing selection of fresh fruit too which was very appreciated. Apartment was a nice size too, bed was comfortable. Location was not in the centre of Aberdeen so nice and peaceful but still close enough to all the places I wanted to travel to. Will definitely be staying here from now on

An exceptional home from home with loads of nice touches. Lovely and clean with that cared for smell. Top marks to the cleaners. Really comfy beds with nice big towels. Loads of storage and well proportioned rooms. All you need breakfast was great with a lovely bowl of fresh fruit as an added touch. All facilities and entertainment easily accessed on foot or by nearby buses if you don't fancy the walk so a great location. Lovely and quiet even with a window open at night. Great safe parking. Communication with host was very efficient.
Nothing to dislike, but suggestions, key a bit sticky in the lock but we got the hang of it and a USB charging point would have been handier for us.

Clean spacious modern 2 bed apartment, good WiFi, nice breakfast items included, private parking was a bonus. Good location, makes an excellent base for exploring the city. Great heating system, apartment was nice and toasty, with plenty of hot water. The main front door access is on a keypad basis which gives greater security,, with the nicest roses planted around the building.and carpark
Reference flat 6. The inside of the apartment access door lock was broken, which we only discovered when we were about to go to bed (around 10.30pm ish). This resulted in us having to move apartments from no. 6 on the top floor to the no. 2 on the ground floor. That said, we were grateful for the swift response and caring attitude of the manager when we made the call. Reference flat 2. Could have done with a couple more cooking utensils ie tongs. Small detail - the fridge in the no. 2 apartment is too close to the cutlery drawer, and so the fridge door has to be opened to access the cutlery items :) Handle on the freezer door was also broken but not unusable, we were able.to still open the freezer to get ice ;)

Excellent, cozy, spacious apartments with everything you need for living – it feels like you are just living as if you were at home – a kitchen, a relaxation room, a bedroom, and a spacious and warm bathroom – everything is there! I was very pleased with the nice bonus of fruits and various breakfast sets – which I consider very important. I also liked the area – there is an authentic pub nearby, and it's not far to walk to the city center, and Duthie Park is just a 10-minute walk away.
I would say, that ventilation in the bathroom should be cleaned properly- now it looks like so, that can be potentially the source of black mold and harmful for the health.

The apartment is in a great location. 10 minute walk to Union street. The well maintained apartment was clean, warm and comfortable. It had all the essential equipment to cook a meal. The continental breakfast provided was excellent and plenty of it. A huge added bonus was a dedicated parking space. Next time we're in Aberdeen, we wouldn't hesitate booking it again.
The only thing that we didn't like were the cleaners in other apartments, they were going in and out and constantly allowed the doors to bang. This went on for a good half hour.

The apartment is spacious and provides all the things we needed for the stay such as on-site parking, cooker, oven, washing machine with dryer function (even provide washing powder). It also generously provides various breakfast choices such as milk, cereal, pancake, fruit juice, fruit etc.. which is sufficient for our whole stay. The host is very responsive and well communicated with us.
The apartment is a bit dated and tired. Some of the window blinds need repair, one of the sofas was so worn you will sink in while sitting on it. No hot water when we showered late at night (happened to us around 10:30 pm)

The flat was in an ideal situation, very close to the city centre, with a bus stop only a 5 minute walk, which happens to be beside a great wee pub, that allows children in when eating. It had everything in the flat that was needed for our short stay, the washer dryer was well used!!!! A lovely touch having the continental breakfast in for the morning. Secure front door entrance made it feel very safe. WiFi in the whole flat had great reception. Contact with the owner was great, very speedy when messaging.
I couldn't complain about anything regarding the apartment, would definitely recommend.

The property is in a good central location of Aberdeen. A continental breakfast consisting of cereal, fruit juice, yogurt, and fresh fruit was supplied for all the days of our stay. The kitchen is well appointed, with a separate lounge, bedroom and en suite bathroom. The parking is free and reserved for the property.
The property is on the first floor and does not have a lift. The lighting in the kitchen is poor.
