Nice beautiful comfortable bedroom. Spacious, well equipped kitchen, and large living room with sea view. Staffs are very helpful and responsive. The washing machine in my room is out of order. It soaked clothes for about 40 seconds and stopped , so my unwashed clothes are wet and already with detergent. The staff - Mr.David kindly coordinated with Ms.Ula to have my clothes washed, dried, folded, and delivered to my room.

The bathroom glass partition : A glass wall partition installed at the bath which is ~ 1/3 the bath’s length does not block water well enough from spilling out on the floor while shower. And there is a sign indicating that this bathroom is not supposed to be a wet bathroom. I think guests do not like wet floor in the toilet either. To correct this issue, the wall glass may be uninstalled, and use curtain wide & long enough to cover the open side of the bath. Limited warm water: Guests have to be careful not to take shower or use hot water at the same time longer than a certain period. I was the last one to take a shower and suddenly there is no warm water, so with soap already on, I had to wash it with chilly water.

Great location - close to a 24 hour shop, several bus/tram direct connections to both the centre (about 30 mins) and the airport (about 60 mins), several very good restaurants nearby. There was no noise in the bedrooms from the surrounding apartments or outside. Calming views of the park (with swans), sea, castle, Artur's Seat, HMY Britannia. Perfectly cleaned. Very brisk communication via emails/chat, convenient way to hand over keys. Well equipped kitchen.

What is missing/could be improved: Separate bins for separated waste. Storage space for food (what doesn't need to be in the fridge). Grease the hinges of the room door. Avoid loud slamming of doors (due to automatic closing of fire doors). A rag to wipe the floor.

The 2 bedrooms unit is very spacious, with big kitchen and living room. It is very clean, the free parking in the basement is very convenient. The location is premium, by the sea, perfect for leisure strolling and is a quiet area, very nice. The Fishmarket restaurant nearby is commendable 👍 There is a bus stop nearby, #11 will take you downtown to Princes St.

The bathrooms could have been installed with exhaust fans, and the twin beds are sagging in the middle.

Great location with public transportation ( bus £2.29 flat rate) about 100 yards away into Edinburgh city centre. The flat was clean , it had all the facilities you needed for a home from home. The flat offered a great view ( we were on the 5th floor) of Edinburgh. The beds were very comfy, large fridge and freezer. The staff on reception were helpful when I went in to ask questions and they also responded to any email requests on the same day, so I was pleased with the customer service that was offered.

I would have liked a shower mat as the bath did get a bit slippery and I was concerned that I may have fallen. Also in the bathroom I would have liked an extractor fan to get rid of the steam. Apart from that all good

Probably one of the best experiences we have had. From the initial booking, Ocean Serviced Apartments have gone above and beyond to ensure our stay was one not to forget. The apartment was exceptional. Very clean, spacious and peaceful. The views over Leith were beautiful. Transport into the city was frequent though we actually walked, which was quite a distance. Luckily there were plenty of watering holes en route 😁 We wouldn't hesitate in going back in the near future.

The only thing we could find fault with were some of the kitchen cupboards were so far out of reach. You would have to be 7ft tall to be able to access them 😂

Clean, spacious, brilliant views & so easy to get into town & the airport. It was a corner flat , so had views of the sea, The Royal Yacht Britannia & Edinburgh Castle in the distance which was lit up, but I don’t know if this was because the Christmas market was on. There is a bus stop about 5 minutes away & a lovely harbour with places to eat about 10 minutes away. We walked to the dock to see Britannia which also has a shopping centre & this probably took 25 minutes. There is also a large Asda & the tram about 15 minutes away. We found the transport links very good & there is a choice of bus tours in the city. It’s in ideal position if you want to stay slightly out of Edinburgh itself which we did , but also able to get there within 15 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing, to us it was perfect & had everything we needed.

The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area, which I really appreciated as I prefer to stay away from the noise of the city center. It’s about a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, and you can reach Princes Street in around 30 minutes. There’s also a large supermarket about a 10-minute walk away.

Cleaning service is only provided for bookings of 7 nights or more. My stay was for 8 nights, but the cleaning was done only once, which was disappointing

A nice Xmas chocolate welcome pack was very appreciated. The apartment was very clean and spacious. It had a decent kitchen with accessories. Heaters worked well and gave instant heat. Great showers. All round very nice. Would definitely stay here again if in Edinburgh again. Also 24 hour Asda within 10 minute walk or less. Very good store. I must say the bus service was exemplary and ran like clockwork. We used the buses and they were always on time. £2 for a one way and £5 for a daily pass is very good.

Initial access wasn’t easy but we met a lovely family who showed us what to do as we arrived after 6pm and although I had been emailed I hadn’t seen it yet with all the key jcodes on.

Apartment was warm and comfortable with mainly good facilities and easy check in and out. Bus stop to city right outside and good car parking facilities.

Had stayed there before and that time was given a great bag with lots of Scottish treats. Very disappointed that this was not a feature this time as the accommodation is not cheap and it was a feature that encouraged me to re-book. Could do with a chest of drawers within the wardrobes in the bedrooms as nowhere to put clothes that don't need hanging up. Also could do with a small table somewhere in the hallway for keys etc. A floor lamp in the lounge would be nice.

The apartment was amazing! We stayed on the 7th floor and enjoyed a beautiful view. It was very spacious and located in a new, modern area. We rented a car, and the property provided safe and secure parking in a garage, which was a big plus. To visit the city center, we took bus number 11, that pass every 12 minutes which conveniently takes you straight to the heart of Edinburgh. Driving into the center isn’t worth it, as parking fees are very high—ranging from £7.50 to £12 per hour.

The only thing we didn’t like was being asked to take out the rubbish ourselves, which we’ve never experienced before, especially when paying for a stay. While it wasn’t a pleasant part of our experience, it’s a minor issue, and overall, the stay was very good. I’m sharing this feedback as a suggestion for improvement.
