The apartment was clean and with all the facilities as shown. The location is only a mile from Prices Street. There's Tesco's and Lidl nearby to help you stock up. Uber for 4 people takes £6-8, taxi for 6 people takes about £9-13 per trip and you could walk in from Scot Monument or Hanover Street in about 30 mins. You could even split and share the taxi expenses. The property owners were great with communications and helpful to let us in before scheduled time as it was raining badly when we arrived. Please note, the property number is marked as "Twelve A" and not 12a as shown on Google Maps. Overall, we loved our stay and this is definitely recommended if you're looking for an accommodation in Edinburgh.

Thoughtful and modern facilities, big window with two opening settings which worked fully, spacious bathroom, immaculately clean. Excellent bed and very large sofa bed which was very easy to open and set up. Tasteful yet neutral decor. Lots of power sockets and extension leads x 2, international charging adopter, etc…. Just place we have stayed in Edinburgh. Street parking in front.

Could hear loud thuds from various directions, loud social club underneath until late at night, slight drainage smell from second night in the bathroom (first night was fine as we could only smell bleach which assured the proper sanitisation prior to our check-in).

Everything went smoothly with the check in and check out. The contact with the host was also excellent, they answered all our questions and helped us with everything within 5 minutes. The location is also one of the advantages, the center of the city is easily accessible from here.

At first the apartment was lacking in cutlery, so when we decided to eat dinner inside we didn’t have anything to do it with. Luckily the hosts quickly took care of that and brought us some cutlery almost immediately after we sent them a message.

The apartment was beautifully appointed with comfortable beds, great quality kitchen equipment and lovely towels. There was a huge Smart TV that the kids used to watch Netflix and there was easily enough room and equipment for 6 people. There were also recycling facilities in the apartment which I thought was particularly good. The host was really friendly and fast to respond if you had a question.

The only small downside is the distance from town, which was fine for us because we took this into account and weighing up the price of an Uber for 6 people still made it very good value for money

There was plenty of space. Everything was very clean. 10 minute drive from the centre on a quiet street. A little detail that was super important to my family that we wasn’t expecting was that there was electric fans, with a mum going through menopause and 2 kids that like to sleep with them on we were glad to see these. Overall a good stay, with no real complaints. would recommend to future visitors.

If we are Being super picky, for us personally the pillows were too big/hard. Walls are thin, You could hear the next apartment. Not a big deal overall.

This property really surprised us, the apartment is huge and everything in there is clean and tidy. Very nice decoration and comfortable furniture. We loved it as soon as we arrived. Communication with host was always fast and good. You have a lot of things to use in there, food, drinks, spices, etc. 2 fans, hoover, cleaning stuff as well is provided. The location is good. Maybe it looks like unsafe at first sight but nothing like that, the neighbourhood is safe and even though is not close to the city center you can get there by a 10/15 minute walk. We recommend the place and would come back 100%

Maybe would be good some more big towels and the pillows are not the best but it’s just a detail.

Good location. 6 minute taxi ride from station. 30 min or less walk or short bus ride to all of Edinburghs attractions. Lovely apartment with all facilities and equipment for a short stay. Precise and timely communication with owners. We would recommend to others or stay again if in Edinburgh again.

Shower in the bath. Would have preferred walk in shower. Smoke from smokers outside club next door coming through our only window at the front.

The stay was great! Perfect value for money, easy to get into and very comfortable for us. Had everything we needed within our apartment and was a great size for three adults. Located slightly outside the hustle and bustle of city life, however close enough to walk to everything we needed Key collection was quick and easy, and communication with hosts was 10/10! Couldn’t have asked for more from them Would 100% recommend!

The apartment was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped. Having a supermarket nearby was great and it was quiet. It more than suited our needs and was a good base for our visit.

The location was OK but the street itself isn't the nicest. The shared hallway and laundry space were a little untidy, though having access to a washing machine etc was great. A clothes horse would have been handy to cut down on using the dryer.

The room was big enough for three persons. Everything was nice, the room was clean, the couches can be transformed into beds, but they weren’t very comfortable. The bathroom is very big and clean. Also, the mini kitchen very ok. The location is very ok, there are 2 supermarkets nearby and you can get easily to the city centre (via foot or bus, the bus station is very near).

The couches weren’t very comfortable. The room was a bit noisy, from neighbors and downstairs it is a bar ( Saturday night there were many people who made a lot of noise).
