Great modern apartment with excellent facilities. The locations is also great whether you have a car or going to us busses.

The only not vey major issue is that the boiler is set to work automatically once a day at midnight which makes certain amount of hot water available for each day. They have a backup option which is a booster button to heat more water if needed, but understandably this takes time to heat, so you need to plan ahead to ensure that you'll have hot water. We were 4 and on the first night we ran out of hot water and had to wait for +/-1 hour unter the booster did it work. For subsequent nigts, we used the booster proactively which eliminated the problem.

Property location is good and accommodation is very good

if you are reaching post 5 p.m. you have to follow different path to get in.. no one will be set to help you.. you need to help yourself…

For the price of a hotel room I had a full one bedroom flat to myself. It was so clean and well presented, I could believe I was the first person to have used it. I hope to book again when I am next in Edinburgh, particularly if I come by car as there is onsite parking, though this is also in walking distance from Waverley. Very close to Tesco (with a Costa) and a short walk to the Waters of Leith riverside path and to the Botanics.

There was some noise from the corridor, but the hosts had supplied ear plugs in case that was an issue - very thoughtful. The allocated key box was quite high up so even on tip-toe it was tricky for me to see the numbers, but that wasn't a big enough gripe to reduce the grading.

The location is really close to the city centre, near the bus station. The appartement was very well and modernly equiped and nicely furbished. Super tidy and comfortable. The wooden floors contributed to the cosy atmosphere. The place was quiet and we really slept very well. There was a dishwasher (tabs were provided, thank you) as well as a washing machine (with tabs as well). Enough cutlery and accessories to cook and prepare meals.

It would be nice to add a few more items in the kitchen to provide for when the rest is in the dishwasher ( plates, dishes etc..). But all the rest is perfect.

Location easy to find Entry using door code was also easy.The apartment was exceptionally clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.The beds were really comfortable and the the rooms each had a tv. There are plenty of restaurants and bars and it is only a short walk up to the. City

Nothing Everything was excellent The entry to the building was spotless and lots of travel guide booklets were available in the foyer.Although we never saw a staff member we did feel that if we did have a requirement help would have only been a all away

We loved it all. It was a spotlessly clean, fantasticly appointed apartment that I would happily recommend to anyone going up to Edinburgh. In the perfect position to catch a bus into the city, a Tesco around the corner and an M&S food shop attached to a garage opposite. The beds were so comfy, and the shower was very powerful, with plenty of hot water available. It was lovely to see a vase of fresh flowers on the table and a box of shortbread. In the fridge was long life milk sachets and a selection of sauces. Plenty of tea bags, coffee and sugar which meant we could make a hot drink immediately after arrival. We were given a wonderful welcome by Dorreta, so friendly and helpful and explained everything that we needed to know about gaining access to the building.

Nothing, there was honestly no faults apart from no snow fell !

Great location, apartment and personnel! Location was a 15 minute walk away from the Princes Street Gardens, the apartment was VERY spacious, the beds were super comfortable, kitchen included everything you might need to prepare meals (if I remember correctly, they even had a veggie peeler, which was appreciated!). There was complementary tea/coffee/milk in the kitchen as well as toiletries in the bathroom. The personnel was fantastic. We were able to have a late checkout for extra fee (10 EUR for an additional hour, up to 1pm), they also were able to provide one plug converter (EU to UK) as we didn't have any with us. And check-in was super easy even though we arrived after reception hours (clear instructions sent via message). So overall - great experience! Definitely a place to stay at in the future!

Minor flaw - the bathroom was cold and we couldn't figure out how to to turn the radiator on. I'm sure they would have helped us with this if we had asked though.

A unique place to relax, full relaxation and relaxation. Great staff, a place to relax for the whole family. Close to the center, bus stop, gas station, Tesco. The hotel room was at the highest level, TV, the Internet all amenities. Dishwasher and dishwasher tablets, a washing machine with a dryer plus washing capsules, a kitchen equipped with equipment needed to prepare meals. In the bathroom, soap, shampoo, bath liquid, hair conditioner, hand cream. I recommend the standard at the highest level. I will come back for sure and recommend to my friends and family.

Everything was exeptional! The appartment was very cozy, spacious, very clean, recently renovated, well equipped and had comfortable beds. It is situated 20 min walking from the historic center, a grocery store just in few steps. The staff was really frendly, helpful and flexible. We arrived earlier than it was planned and they allowded us to check-in one hour before the check-in time. Also, they helped us with keeping our luggage and with booking a taxi. I would give more than 10 stars if I could 😀

Everything was perfect!

Very clean and organized. The apartment is very well equipped with all the utilities for kitchen e close to bus station and supermarket, gas station. We really loved the place.
