The apartment was so spacious! Lovely large lounge, admittedly a small but good kitchen and 2 large double bedrooms each equipped with their own TV’s. The bathroom was very modern. We were so impressed at how light, clean and what a good location it was! Very good value for the price. Honestly couldn’t fault it and would really recommend. The staff had great communication too with all our requests, and even let us have early check in and late check out! Thank you so much, everything was such a breeze and we loved it.

The apartment and communal areas were spotlessly clean, bed was comfy, shower very good. Agood size TV in sitting room and bedroom. A hair dryer, iron and ironing table were in the apartment which you dont often see much. There was nothing we did not like and will definately stay here next time in Edinburgh. No point looking elsewhere. Added bonus of private car parking also.

Great modern apartment with excellent facilities. The locations is also great whether you have a car or going to us busses.

The only not vey major issue is that the boiler is set to work automatically once a day at midnight which makes certain amount of hot water available for each day. They have a backup option which is a booster button to heat more water if needed, but understandably this takes time to heat, so you need to plan ahead to ensure that you'll have hot water. We were 4 and on the first night we ran out of hot water and had to wait for +/-1 hour unter the booster did it work. For subsequent nigts, we used the booster proactively which eliminated the problem.

The apartment definitely exceeded our expectations, lots of space, very well furnished, and even had complementary tea, coffee, oil and milk. The area was also very cozy, a bit outside of the busy center, but still quite close. I recommend taking the "water of Leith" path into town, very lovely!

The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you need for cooking meals. I loved the big shower! The bed was very comfortable. Good quality shower gel/shampoo and body lotion was available. The location was peaceful and very close to Tesco supermarket just around the corner. The bus stop outside the building was very convenient to travel to the city just 12 minutes ride away. The staff were so friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Edinburgh Apartments. The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is fantastic—central and convenient, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do in the city. Parking was also a big plus—there’s a dedicated space conveniently located right next to the apartment, which made things so much easier during our stay. This is a great place for families. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, making it ideal for those traveling with children. A special thank you to our host, Jarek, who was incredibly polite and accommodating throughout. We truly appreciated the thoughtful gift basket on arrival—it was a lovely and welcoming touch. Jarek also kindly allowed us a late checkout at no extra cost, which made our departure much more relaxed. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

The apartment comes fully equipped for cooking and cleaning. It is spacious too especially the toilet. Free parking is available on-site. The city center is 15 minutes walk away , quite convenient.

Only 1 toilet to share among 4 person. The supply of hot heater is no.1 complaint. Both nights we stayed no hot water for showers.. Pressed the booster button in the kitchen as instructed, but nothing happened. The washing machine also not very reliable. After Wash and dry function, the clothes are still quite wet or damp. Even a standalone function to dry , yield the same results. For housekeeping, you will need to make known one day beforehand, else no fresh towels.

The facility seems new or very well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need and the kitchenware with good quality. I can feel that the host is very thoughtful they even prepare the oil, salt sugar etc. Even though I'm self check in, the procedure is quite smooth as they provide clear and precise details. And staff has very timely response through messages during my stay and are helpful. It is a good location in the sense that near Botanical Garden and Superstores and bus station and Cafes just around the corner. 15-20mins by bus to the central old town.

The host really goes far behind expectations to welcome guests and to set the apartments with great taste and everything that is needed. We had a problem on the day of our arrival and we got it checked and solved in less than 1h, even if it was after the closure time of the reception. The apartment is also very quiet, which gave us a great opportunity to rest after the long days exploring the city. City center is very easily reached by public transport which is 2 mins away from the doorsteps. Supermarkets and pubs are also available nearby.

Maybe it would have helped a slightly easier way to identify the shower booster button (a tag might suffice). Adding a hairdryer to the apartment would be a nice extra.
