The apartment was so spacious! Lovely large lounge, admittedly a small but good kitchen and 2 large double bedrooms each equipped with their own TV’s. The bathroom was very modern. We were so impressed at how light, clean and what a good location it was! Very good value for the price. Honestly couldn’t fault it and would really recommend. The staff had great communication too with all our requests, and even let us have early check in and late check out! Thank you so much, everything was such a breeze and we loved it.

The apartment and communal areas were spotlessly clean, bed was comfy, shower very good. Agood size TV in sitting room and bedroom. A hair dryer, iron and ironing table were in the apartment which you dont often see much. There was nothing we did not like and will definately stay here next time in Edinburgh. No point looking elsewhere. Added bonus of private car parking also.

The apartment definitely exceeded our expectations, lots of space, very well furnished, and even had complementary tea, coffee, oil and milk. The area was also very cozy, a bit outside of the busy center, but still quite close. I recommend taking the "water of Leith" path into town, very lovely!

Everything was excellent!

Great modern apartment with excellent facilities. The locations is also great whether you have a car or going to us busses.

The only not vey major issue is that the boiler is set to work automatically once a day at midnight which makes certain amount of hot water available for each day. They have a backup option which is a booster button to heat more water if needed, but understandably this takes time to heat, so you need to plan ahead to ensure that you'll have hot water. We were 4 and on the first night we ran out of hot water and had to wait for +/-1 hour unter the booster did it work. For subsequent nigts, we used the booster proactively which eliminated the problem.

My stay at Edinburgh Aparthotel was excellent from start to finish. The location is perfect — close to the city centre, within walking distance of the Royal Botanic Garden, and conveniently near an M&S Express and a large Tesco hypermarket. The team provided exceptional service. A special mention to manager Jarek, who went above and beyond by personally contacting us and offering thoughtful gifts after a minor misunderstanding during check-in — a wonderful gesture that reflects true hospitality. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Dorota, who was a model of professionalism and customer care, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped — washing machine, dishwasher, and all the essentials for a comfortable, long stay. The complimentary Scottish shortbread biscuits were a lovely touch. Overall, an outstanding experience. I would highly recommend Edinburgh Aparthotel and look forward to staying here again on my next visit to the city.

The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you need for cooking meals. I loved the big shower! The bed was very comfortable. Good quality shower gel/shampoo and body lotion was available. The location was peaceful and very close to Tesco supermarket just around the corner. The bus stop outside the building was very convenient to travel to the city just 12 minutes ride away. The staff were so friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment met our needs. There is nothing that we didn’t like.

It was absolutely exceptional. The property contacted me before arrival to enquire about our arrival time to ensure our apartment was ready, which was already a lovely and thoughtful gesture. We arrived very early, and had to wait a little which we were absolutely fine with as it was way before check in time. The lady at reception was so lovely and I feel she couldn't do enough for us. We were able to leave our luggage there and it was kept safe as we went to explore. On return, our bags were already brought up for us and we got our keys. The apartment was absolutely spot-less and really well equipped. It really exceeded our expectations with how well it was stocked and how lovely it was. We felt so welcomed and taken care of. It was very easy to get around in the area, shops, cafès, restaurants, multiple bus stops right by the complex and Princes street is only a 15-20 min walk. Overall, so worth the price and we will definitely book again!

Everything was perfect

Great position, excellent facilities, in the small but fully equipped kitchen there was everything needed for cooking meals, including oil, vinegar etc, plus a roll of kitchen paper towel, washing/drying machine. dining table, comfy couch. In the bedroom the bed was lovely, there was an iron and an ironing board. All very clean and tidy. Very well set up. Bus into town just around the corner. Tesco and Lidl close by and a small M & S right across the road for supplies.

Two things needed for a perfect score, a privacy screen on the windows, people sitting on double decker buses going past could look straight into the bedroom and the lounge. The ‘heated’ towel rail in the bathroom didn’t work.

Our stay at Edinburgh Aparthotel was pure perfection in every sense of the word! The location couldn’t be better: everything within easy reach, with bus stops just around the corner, making exploring Edinburgh a breeze. The apartment itself? Absolutely fantastic! Better equipped than many homes coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and even tea, coffee, and milk waiting for us in the fridge (the ultimate survival kit for travelers 😉). Two TVs one in the living room and one in the bedroom so no battles over the remote! The mattress was so comfortable that getting up in the morning felt like an act of bravery. Impeccably clean, fresh linens, soft lighting, and relaxing background music welcomed us just like stepping into a movie scene! A special shoutout to the wonderful lady at the reception (sending warm greetings 🤩), who greeted us with a smile and shared all the best local tips to make our stay even more enjoyable. In short: absolute perfection! If we could give more than 10 points — we’d give 11! 💫
