Fantastic location to enjoy the city and very convenient if you are using airlink to travel to/from the airport. Main living space was also huge with high ceilings that made it very comfortable for the whole family to enjoy. Checkin/checkout process was super easy.

Not a huge deal but water pipes in the wall were very loud near the bed and some street noise. Kitchen amenities also really lacking (few dishes when needed for 4 guests, dishes available in the cabinets/drawers not very clean and we had to wash before using, washing dishes very generally difficult with minimal supplies, and no instructions for any of the appliances). Luckily we were at the end of our trip and already had things like paper towels, tea/coffee/sugar and extra hand soap.

Wonderful location in the new town of Edinburgh. Easy access to the apartment. Clean apartment. Washing machine presernt however I think it’s not advertised so I did not know and did not use it.

The sofa bed is way too small. Both the bed in the bedroom but especially sofa in the living room - are too small for 2 normal sized adults. The sofa was truly a joke that 2 adults were to sleep on it. If you allow 4 adults then please buy a large size sofa for 2 adults. Morning hours are loud from the living room sleep are if you have open windows and all the clean up and deliveries for the restaurants can be loud and will wake you up. Overpriced for the size of beds.

The apartment was lovely. More than enough room for three of us. The door codes / self check in worked perfectly. The location was very central.

The oven is on some sort of timer and turns itself off, which since you are renting to adults is completely ridiculous and unnecessary as unnoticed it took us over an hour to cook a pizza. There were also no baking trays which isn't very helpful. The rest of the kitchen was well supplied although we couldn't find the chocolate. The earplugs were a nice touch as I wasn't aware a pub was so close by, but we didn't need them!

Very central location, beautifully renovated apartment in a historic building. Clean, spacious, comfortable, very nice amenities and tasteful decoration. Helpful and communicative staff. Will gladly return to stay again.

The property is located close to/above a local pub and the pub goers can get loud in the evening. Wasn’t loud enough to be disruptive, in my opinion, but earplugs are provided! Wasn’t a deterrent for us, would happily return when in Edinburgh.

The interior, the location, and how easy it is for the access. There is a bar downstairs and it was a little loud (also it was a weekend) but eventually they turned it down by 11pm ish or 12am. I was worried because we traveled from Indonesia + with 2 kids. But we had our good sleep and we love the apartment! Will definitely recommend !

Excellent location, cleanliness and facilities

All great, lovely apartment with classy decor,

A gorgeous little suite, absolutely spotless and very nicely decorated throughout - modern with a fairly industrial feel but very stylish - super facilities, some state of the art and lovely touches including very nice soaps, shampoo, conditioner and even ear plugs...which we didn't need. Also a fantastic location - Just off Princess Street.

Parking - we parked in a large multi storey in the nearby shopping centre which was idea/secure etc, but it meant a bit of a journey with bags.

very good location, walking distance to all attractions. its clean and spacious enough.

well, there is a live music irish bar on the ground floor, so you will hear it (there were free earplugs by the bed, so that was nice tough). for some its a good thing (since the place is good craic!), for others, not so much (if you want to go to bed early). 10am check out seemed a little bit early, but its acceptable.

Good location, in the middle of the hustle and bustle for a true Edinburgh experience. Bijoux but very comfortable accommodation. Clean and felt secure.

Was a bit noisy, but to be expected in a city- earplugs were provided. As we were planning to eat in a fair bit to reduce our expenses, could have benefited from a few more kitchen utensils such as Pyrex bowls for the microwave and a baking tray and oven gloves.

Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay for a girly weekend at this apartment the door coding was really smart and high tech so you didn’t need to share a room key which is usually a night mare! The whole place was spotless with more than enough towels and bedding and decorated lovely in each room would recommend. The host was super helpful and very responsive.

The one thing we did not like about the property was that is was lacking in kitchen items such as an oven tray or normal sized drinking glasses and was very disappointed there wasn’t and tea coffee or sugar as we then had to buy big amounts but on the plus side they left us some lovely cookies.
